Adam was an excellent technician. He fixed my problem and explained what he was doing so I could understand. It turned into a pretty big job and it was the last job on his shift but he remained pleasant, good natured and courteous despite the lateness of the evening when he had already put in many hours of work. Two heros came to my door last night. Not in capes, but in caps and shoe covers. Dylan and Adam were here for hours last night removing toilets, plunging away at a drain nightmare that I was living in for almost 40 hours at that point. These men were funny, kind, respectful and left me feeling like there were still good men left in this world. Not only did they fix my plumbing, they put a smile on my face that I desperately needed.. thanks guys! You are amazing!!

Never ever, call Roto-Rooter! They totally pull you in by telling you that they can have someone there in 45 minutes and of course you’re desperate because you can’t use your plumbing! Then once they get here and figure out the problem but say they can’t fix it today but still want to charge you for the service call and for the repair which they can’t do right now! What?? But they can come back tomorrow and fix it for $6-8 thousand dollars! $6 thousand to repair the septic line and $8 thousand if I wanted them to repair the concrete too! I refused to pay for the repair that didn’t happen that day (I did however pay for the service call) but they tried to get the money from me! Really? I found someone else to do the repair the next day for $4000 which included the concrete repair. Don’t ever call them! They totally tried to gouge me! If I could give 0 stars I would’ve.

Roto-Rooter plumbers are amazing. I can't recommend them enough. We contacted them on very short notice and they were still able to arrive exactly when we were hoping to have their help. The plumbers themselves were also very professional and it was clear that their goal was to fix our toilet while still being affordable. After we agreed to the quote they gave us, the actual job was done quickly and effectively. Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing issues but if we do... Roto-Rooters are the ones who we will be calling.

They were both awesome, friendly professional and,saved the day for us! Nate fixed our toilet gave recommendations on a kit for the tank, informative so appreciated that.Colin also so helpful with going above and beyond, helpful with getting paper work, using my phone, worked with his boss on our behalf to assist us in being able to pay for there services.
