Located in the Olympic Village Shopping Plaza. Alongside Ulta, Bartells, Cutters Point Coffee. I shopped during their first week. There was a good amount of selection. The bedding dept was busting through their seams. If you need bed sheets, this is the place for selection and low prices. Tuesdays are 10% discount for people age 55 and over. Update 2023. There is even more inventory now for clothing. I was able to find casual knit tops for only $8.00!!

The poorly trained staff are obviously unfamiliar with the concept of customer service, and the thought of hiding their total disinterest in anything happening in the store clearly eludes them.This polyester palace has clearly been so abandoned by upper management that they have even closed down the dressing rooms.Speculation abounds as to how they stay in business - as in, "What are they a front for?"

I has visited this Ross past friday Feb 23rd 2024. It Iooks spotIess. Super clean, well organized. Not saying that Marshalls is a luxury store at all but this Ross looked like a nice MarshaIIs. Congrats to the manager

Wish they still had the selections of spices and food stuffs they used to have but it is still good for finding good prices on certain things, like sweat pants and sheets. Tuesdays get a 10% seniors discount.

Wonderful false eyelashes to choose from! They had more than usual designer jeans as well. Just wish the dressing rooms would open so I didn't have to try them on in the back corner!!!

The cleanest Ross store I’ve visited in a while. I don’t live around here so I stopped by here almost like an accident. I was really impressed by the quality of the merchants they carry and the way they keep them.

I don’t know what it is with Gig Harbor but in stores like this they are so racist! I came into the store tonight purchased approximately $350 worth of stuff when my order became $319 the clerk which was the manager rudely asked me are you OK with this price before I finish bringing up everything else as if I couldn’t pay for it that was the rudest thing she could’ve ever said then I go out to my car I put my bags in and I can’t get out because she left a tag on one of my items and then says oh I need to go through the bags…”you’re right you need to go through the bags” she basically accuse me of stealing and then everybody in the store started ragging on me and bullying me please look at your cameras so embarrassing but yet they said I caused the scene she accuse me of stealing this is not the first time does happen to me I don’t understand yes I am black yes I have tattoos I work hard but to accuse me is so wrong. And then when she realized she was wrong she didn’t even apologize. Yes I was yelling but you would be very upset if you were accused of stealing and you were not!!!

I'm not one to complain. My wife and I went into the store just after 9pm. I went to look at shoes and could hear the staff talking about someone. Every other word out of their mouth was the F word. I was in back of the store at one point and could still hear them. They where all just standing around talking smack. Not very professional. Lazy and vulgar. We won't be back.

I like shopping here. Although this store does not have a large selection of goods, I will always find something special and at a good price. Pleasant service and organized departments. I will highly recommend visiting!

Inventory has been sparse since they opened. Cleaner and neater than most of their stores. If you're willing to do the work you can find some good buys.

I did get a great deal on my favorite perfume but the store had very little selection and stock. I hope this changes. We need more than one store in Gig Harbor.

My mother and I went to check it out....such a disappointment. Thought it would be like Marshalls/home goods or TJ'sStock was very low, no known designer names, cheap quality goods. But what really took the cake was the set up....cashier by jewelry only took returns. As she was busy taking returns, there was noone at cash register. As a line was forming with about 6 customers, there was no one at registers to ring up purchases. Asked her if she could call a cashier for purchases, she said "there is no one".Last time I go there. We then went merrily too Marshalls and Home Goods. Ross will not be any competition for them.

Really disappointing about 3 weeks ago. Shelves were nearly empty and it was already a mess. Hopefully it was just a down day and they can turn it around.
