My husband and I had Tommy come out to our house on April 26, and for someone who said that he hadn’t been doing this very long, he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and he was very pleasant. We won a Rainmate air purifier. Brett came and demonstrated the rainbow vacuum system and Rainmate. The Rainmate quickly fills the air with a fresh scent while removing particulates. Although the Rainbow wasn't a good fit for our home, I would consider it if I were in the market for a home cleaning system. He was professional and amicable; my perceptive chihuahua was quick to size him up as a friend.

Tommy did an amazing job explaining how everything works. We got the rainmate from him and absolutely love it so far. We are currently waiting till I can start working again to get the big machine. The little air cleaner we got from these guys already got rid of the smell that was coming up from our downstairs neighbors within 5 minutes.

Jonny came to our house and presented us with the rainbow cleaning system a little while ago. He was a very professional guy, knew a lot about the entire system, and told us all the ins and outs of the machine and all of the attachments! We ended up purchasing the rainbow and it has helped us in many ways. The dust that I picks up is absolutely insane. We’ve gotten sick a lot less than before and the air feels fresh and clean. I feel more energized and overall happy with the system. I recommend this system to anyone who is in need of a high quality vacuum and air purifier!

Such great service! We've had our Rainbow for five years now And they've always been super helpful with servicing, Every time it's been absolutely free. They keep me updated with warranties. I won a free air purifier from a drawing (wow! Thanks!) and while dropping it off, Brett brought a Rainbow by to do a demo on my truly gruesome carpets. The previous owners of house had three dogs and it shows. There have been stenches and stains I've never been able to remove even after countless carpet shampoos, steam cleans, and exorcisms. In just a matter of minutes, the Rainbow purged all those nasty stains and made my carpet good as new!! AMAZING!!THANK YOU BRETT YOURE A HERO!!!!

Brett was awesome. No pressure, very informative and showing how GREAT the rainbow system is!!! Clean the whole deodorize the house. We used both our Dyson and our Kirby on our carpet and the Rainbow system showed how inferior the other vacuum was!!!
