The ONE groomer who took care of our dog without freaking her out is gone. Our appointment was delayed 3 times and cancelled each time. We were promised a 50% discount for the REPEATED cancellations and failed promises, and guess what. When we finally got in, they changed it to 15%. Not going back if we can find a decent groomer who is actually reliable and doesn't make false promises.

They are way understaffed but everyone was nice. Be patient if you go.
