Petco in Gig Harbor does an amazing job. I have a big dog (Newfie) and a little dog. They do an amazing job with both of them. My dogs are happy when we go in, not scared or nervous-and they come out happy as well.

This was the worst groom I have ever had for my dog. His hair was choppy all over his body. His ears and tail were not only not trimmed, which I specifically asked for, but weren’t even fully combed out! I had to comb them myself when I brought him home. So frustrated to spend all that money to have him look worse than what I could do at home for free! I will not being using Collyn again.

The groomers were friendly and immediately made an effort to make my dog and me comfortable. They ask questions about my dog and my preferences. They were very professional and the atmosphere among the adults was positive. It felt like a great place to leave my dog. They called me as they said they would and the cut was perfect.

This was my first time using this grooming facility for my standard poodle. The appointment was easy to book and my groomer was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also did just what I wanted and the cost was very affordable. I'll use them again.

I was noticing my dog, a Lab/retriever mix, was lagging behind on our daily walks. I wondered if it could be because her nails were too long thus causing her feet to be tender. I took her to Petco and asked if they had time. The staff worked us in and used a grinder to buzz off the nails...my dog is touchy about her feet, but it was done before she could get really worked up. On our walk later on, my pet was keeping up and walking on the road better....I think the nail filing did the trick. Thank you.

if i could give no stars i would give no stars. Joe Gallagher astonishes me, to think he has even a morsel of intelligence, to be in any sort of position of management is incredible. this guy claimed we stole the rabbies collar on our puppy from another dog, claimed our puppy could be infected and subsequently refused to allow him to be groomed, even though, our wonderfull goldendoodle had rabbies shots as a newborn and at 6 months agian, just so that we could have a certificate proving so. we brought our puppy in with his engraved collar showing the date of vaccination, and location where he got it. and the groomers claimed that the collor could have been stollen and its not enough proof that he has vaccinations. absolutely awful store.

All they did was wash and light brush my dog...I paid for the premium package.. nails not done.. no de-shed, fur still matted, no hair trimmed...I'm disgusted they charged me for the full package
