My Weimaraner is too smart for his own good and kept figuring out every slow feeder I got him. He learned that if he created enough suction, the food would vacuum into his mouth. He was finishing his bowl in under 5 minutes and would even end up coughing because he was INHALING his food. The lady working was wonderful. I had no intentions of buying anything, but I sure am glad I did. They have some pretty cool slow feeders; I left with about a two inch deep honeycomb and my dog now takes about 20 minutes to finish his food. Thank you so much for the help!

We were looking for something like a little treat bag for my pups birthday that he could take with him for his doggo friends at his doggy daycare. The owner went FAR AND BEYOND our expectations and completely outdid herself! We were shocked at how cute and absolutely adorable the treat boxes she made and customized for us! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I’ve bought a couple of harnesses and lots of treats for my dog the past year, my dog pulls me in there for the smells on our afternoon walks. Unfortunately, the weekday afternoon staff has a way of me feeling unwelcome. Tonight I heard one lady say something to the other as I was walking out and heard a chuckle. Why do I think this? Half of the time my dog won’t eat snacks from other people but will eat them from me. Most shop workers give me the treat and that’s that. My dog loves to go in there but unfortunately I’ll have to wait until the weekend if I go.

Great shop. Really well laid out, clean, friendly, and well stocked. The staff here is VERY knowledgeable, and they are so willing to help! We went in to get one of our dogs a new harness, and were guided to a product I wouldn't have normally considered... and it is literally the best harness ever. Who knew? They knew. I am so glad to have this shop close to home!

I love this place!! There are so many things to look at and the chew selection is fantastic!! My dogs always feel welcome and on their birthday months, I get a discount at the store! I wish they had a bigger variety of cat supplies but I'm still in love with the place. The staff is lovely and super knowledgeable also.10/10 would recommend!!

This might be my favorite pet store I've ever been to. Unbelievable selection laid out to browse and socially distance. We have Frenchies and an Aussie and they love coming with us or getting a treat when we stop by without them. Dog beds, human clothing that shows your love for your pets. Can't recommend this store more for anyone visiting or local.

Local store with interesting and unusual products for your dog. I purchased a door mat that works great at keeping the fir needles off my floor. My favorite products are the CBD Hemp supplements. I use the Joint supplement for my older dog, and the Chill supplement for my younger dog who sometimes has separation anxiety. Great employees who are very knowledgeable about the products. It's a fun place to browse.

Incredible store! Brought my new puppy in and the staff helped me with everything I would need, including the correct healthy food for a large-breed puppy. They have a huge selection of food, treats, toys, and gorgeous collars & leashes. We even got to play in the puppy play area!

This is our regular pet supply store. We get everything for our two dogs here. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to anything dog. They have given us countless advice when it comes to making the right choices for our dogs. Wouldn't shop anywhere else, plus the dogs love going inside to get a free treat!

I’ve been a customer with Lucky dog since they’ve opened and I absolutely love the products and the quality is fantastic. But unfortunately my past couple of visits have been fairly negative and did not leave a good impression on me or the people that I’ve suggested to check them out. I did try to go one more time hoping for a better experience but I was unfortunately disappointed so at this point in time I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I have nothing against the business I just wish the customer experience side of things was a little bit more welcoming and friendly.

Have been in twice and have yet to speak to an employee. We recently added a puppy to our family and we're looking at food options, toys, and bedding. I understand the staff undergo training in animal nutrition. It would have been nice to speak to someone. I won't be going back, though. Shame.
