I come here to return Amazon purchases.And then I usually shop with my return coupon.They used to have a nice large workspace set up for the employees to return items.Now it's been moved to the far left corner by menswear. One tiny counter with no space for the transfer of returns. The poor guy needs more room to work efficiently. Lines down the aisle and he has to do this juggling act? Do better Kohls.

I have come to expect consistent high-quality goods and customer service from Kohl's. That is likely still the case. Kohl's very cleverly became an Amazon return service, which is quite convenient and efficient. When a return is completed, you receive a discount coupon, which is an incentive to make purchases. The coupon purports to apply to all in store merchandise. There is no indication of restrictions or limitations. Much to my surprise, when I checked out with the coupon, the cashier told me the discount did not apply to the item I was attempting to purchase. There was no explanation other than that's just the way it is. I was very disappointed. It was more the insult than injury, but Kohl's didn't get a sale and won't in the future.

This place always has great deals. If you shop smart you can find what you’re looking for pretty cheap. Often I find half off deals or buy-one-get-one-free deals. Plus you get kohl’s cash! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Returns are super easy, too!

This is the first time I have ever been in this store - usually to go the Kohl's store in another town. What a NICE store! So clean and well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous on clearance. Must bring using common core math the figure % off. Selection was very limited on sizes and options. Was really disappointed. Even staff were stuck up and rude.

I love this Khols location. I primarily use it for Amazon returns, but it is a non-busy store and there are always tons of parking spaces. The store is very clean and I’ve always experienced good customer service. Highly recommend this Khols location for any of your fashion or home needs.

The Kohl’s store in Gig Harbor, Wa is well staffed, thoughtfully organized and neat. Shelves are tidy and hanging items are convenient to sort through.The Kohl’s parking lot is safe, clean and large. Additionally, I find it very handy to do Amazon returns at this location before heading further into the Kohl’s store itself.

My daughter and I went maternity clothes shopping for her birthday gift. We walked into KOHL'S Gig Harbor store directly to the Maternity Section! What could be better than that you ask? SEVENTY- PER CENT OFF!! Kohls is ways clean. Their selection is quite large, regarding clothes and shoes. We usually get our kids shoes there. Today at 1100 am the store was not too crowded, which made things even nicer. We got our youngest one his sketchers shoes there. The bonus was the sale they had on them. You do not need to be a holder of their credit card to get the sale price. We also received so.e kohls cash after paying.

What I love about this place is their men's clothing selection is very large. I come here all the time to shop for clothes because any other place I go has mostly women's item and next to nothing for men. This place is the opposite and I really love that. I can find everything from everyday printed t-shirts and jeans to business casual slacks and polo shirts and even suits and a marvelous selection of ties.

It's sad that the recent incline in theft affecting retail stores is dictating our shopping experience. Employees now aggressively herds you to the front or completely out of the store 25 minutes before marked closing times, customer care and experience means nothing anymore. And they must be rewarded for being rude. I'm sure of it, and making you feel like you've done something very wrong, even having security creeping 4 ft behind my every step all because I came in less than an hour before closing. Seriously this dude creeped me out and refused to give me his name. I had to literally sprint to a worker and explain that the man high on my tail was harassing me and making me feel unsafe by not declaring who he was .. She literally didn't open her mouth. I'm sure there has to be rule somewhere in that book stating if security or any employees of Kohl's is to stalk and intentionally make a customer feel unwanted and uncomfortable they must state their name, intentions and reason... Right? For safety purposes? I understand everyone wants to go home but come-on! There is a listed time that paying customers use to rely on, knowing if they make the trip the door will be open between written hours...And my money must mean something to this company, mine and the other unknown number of customers they have lost due to this treatment.... This used to be a favorite place to shop. More upscale quiet environment where you can relax and enjoy yourself, yet still affordable. Well, Not AnyMore.After driving 45 minutes after a 9 hour shift to catch some important birthday shopping before closing and making it with an hour to spare.. I left empty handed, offended and confused.Thanks Kohl's for embarrassing me and making me feel like criminal after years of loyal patronage. 😭😭😭 Farewell. I'm sure you're following the likes of your longtime mall neighbor Bed Bath and Beyond. It sucks.

Okay I literally do not leave reviews - with that being said…I made my cashier write her name on my receipt just so I could leave a review based on her customer service. Seriously the best & sweetest person ever. I hope her manager sees this & she gets a raise. I was super anxious & stressed while walking through the store frantically trying to last minute shop for Christmas. As soon as I was at the check out line, I felt immediately welcomed & she helped me with my coupons/ discounts. Thank you, kind human.

Had these less than 3 months. It's probably not Kohl's fault but the maker of the rain boots.this isn't ok. Consumers spend money to only get ripped off is not ok in America. Much tired of the inflated price of trash I get.Totally went against my own promise to not buy anything new anymore.Added product reviews... I bought an espresso machine from Kohl's that doesn't work properly. I have since closed my account with kohls and won't be buying anything else from themIm only hoping my winter coat lasts longer than one season

This location is great, store is well stocked and clean. Employees are friendly. Shantel at the register in particular was absolutely amazing. She was super kind and friendly. Helpful with and quick to answer all my questions, she also had the cutest personality. Give the Women a promotion!

Buy from Amazon or anywhere else. They have a sign in the check out saying take about to 2 minutes might as well throw a 0 on that for 20 minutes! Poor cashier asked customer service 4 times to get help so I could check out I could see the customer service 3 employees unwilling to help none had a customer must have been a having a do nothing day or sit down strike. I waited 15 minutes with zero help to get me cashed out. Cashier trade her best but no help from her co workers and she had a customer overwhelmed with some app she couldn’t work. Use that smart phone and order from Amazon and not stand there will the do nothing customer service people stare at you for 15 minutes with your arms full off goods

So. Much. Clearance! I scored a pair of Levi's for $25! Kohl's is fabulous! I also got two more shirts at about $5-$6 each, so I spent about $35 with tax! Plus the sales staff recognized my mom and I, and showed us just where we wanted to be. Fabulous!
