My Lobster looks dashing and he will remain this way until he finds a puddle. We take him to Howllywood for his nails monthly or when needed, and recently for his grooming. He looks happy with how he looks based on the picture or maybe because he knows he is clean and got a lot of kisses and hugs from us. I will be taking Lobster to Howllywood again and again because of proximity and the awesome staff.

Great people here. Took my farm dog in for proper grooming. She's never been to a groomer before, but they made her comfortable, and she loved it. Details were on point. She looks great. Really reasonably priced as well. We will be returning as regulars.

Saved the day AND got our doggos back looking fresher then ever. We had a sitter cancel last minute and as we were dropping the dogs off for a first time grooming asked if there was any chance they could take two last minute over night guests. The front desk employee was very helpful and went out of her way to check and see if they could take them in.

I have been boarding my two dogs at Howllywood Pet Grooming for several years now and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Every time we drive up to the shop, my pets are excited and happy, which puts my mind at ease. I always opt for a bath on the pickup day, so when I come to pick them up, they are not only clean but also happy and well-groomed. The staff at Howllywood truly goes above and beyond to ensure that my dogs are well taken care of and I highly recommend their services to all pet owners looking for a place to leave their furry friends.

They do an awesome job. You can do a drop in for nails or make an appointment for more services. They have boarded for us too. I am very satisfied with how they have treated our two dogs. I would recommend them.

Very nice crew who kept my skiddish shepherd calm! My dog was happy to be there. I appreciated their feedback concerning my dog's behavior and interactions with other dogs. They seemed to know what they were doing and could "read" my dog. I Will be my boarding place from now on.

Oh if i could give this 0lace more stars, I MOST DEF. WOULD!! They Were so awesome with My 8mnth old Pitty.. took him in for his nails clipped n filed... We have tryed at home, and It turned into a huge fight... The girl comes Out n Was Saying how Good of a Boy he is, SHE HAD MO PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER... THEY ARE AWESOME ON ON THE PRICES ... THEY ARE GONNA BE SEEING ME AGAIN FORSURE...

We moved to the area a little over a year ago. Since then, our border collie has gone to Howllywood once a week for daycare and for all of his grooming. He loves it! We love Howllywood! I have been taking my dogs here recently and we love it. Everyone is so nice. Just left my 7 month old puppy for two nights and she came back so tired and happy, did a flee check and she didnt catch any, didn’t come home starving like my older pup has staying at other location. Going to try out the daycare soon 👏🏼

Took dog for doggie day care. My dog was too nervous with me gone. They did not charge me for today. I will bring my dog again but will stay so dog can relax & have fun playing with other dogs. Staff was very friendly, gentle with my dog & very helpful. I will try doggie day care again! Prices r very resonable

Whitened our English golden, perfectly trimmed Grinch feet, and fast turn around for both of our goldens. (Also trimmed our daughters golden doodle, he looked like a million bucks at pickup! White and fluffy, not a hair out of place, and zero razor burns).

Staff is friendly and caring. My dogs' cuts were great and they were happy when I picked them up. They do not have to stay in kennels the whole time but allowed to walk around with other dogs, if appropriate.ooo

We bring our golden doodle here for trimming and they always do a great job. The staff is friendly and have great communication. Their backlog is usually pretty far out, which can be difficult, but clearly they do a great job for others too.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They treat every dog like a respected member of the family and genuinely care about the animals.I did not care for the cut my retriever received. It looked like a teddy cut, which isn't what I wanted, but o be fair, I don't think I was specific enough with my explanation to the groomer.

We have used Howllywood for many years for both grooming and boarding. We have always been happy with all of their services. The staff is very caring and friendly and always glad to see our dog Stewart. The facility is always very clean and welcoming. I would recommend them for any service.

Great staff, cute barn like building with acreage and lots of happy dogs. Every dog looked like a model for a dog magazine not sure where the pupparazzi is but they should be doing magazine covers here. My yorkie poo has never looked better or felt so soft. The staff did an amazing job talking to both me and my pooch to make sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We love this place! Lots of room to run. Clean. Great staff. We also had our Aussie groomed here. Very reasonable rates and the best haircut she has ever had. We don't mind paying the toll to get there, awesome camp for our dog.

I am extremely please with Howllywood pet grooming. You won't find a better facility anywhere!I used them a few years back when there was a groomer in there that I did not feel did a professional job and she was not very kind to me or my dog.I really missed the owner as she was always so friendly and kind and helpful and my dog loved her!I started going to a place in Tacoma, but learned that there were new groomers at Howllywood so decided to try it again.I am thrilled to be back!This is the most professional place I have ever known, and I am 73 years old and have used groomers for many years of my life.I will be back every time I need boarding or grooming.Thank you Howllywood for a wonderful experience!

It was NOT a good experience. My elderly dog ended up injured, and the experience was poorly managed by the staff. As I returned to the place to pick my dog up on Christmas Eve, I was first asked to pay for the grooming services. I did not think much of it, so I did as they asked me to. After the payment was done, they told me that my 11 year old dog had had "an accident." Somehow, my dog jumped off the grooming table, and the choking pressure of his neck collar was so high that his left eye protruded and it looked reddened and inflamed. My dog was also limping. The staff seemed very nervous while telling me their versions of the story, and their versions were not consistent with each other. I was informed that my dog was not wearing a harness and apparently they don't use break away collars to prevent this type of "accidents" from happening. It has been a week since my dog's accident. Since then I have not heard one word from the manager or anyone in the place to follow up on their poor care. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone who loves their dogs.
