This is the cleanest, most well organized Home Goods store I have ever been to!The staff are friendly too.All of the merchandise is well organized. Product placement is laid at well and easy to access. Visually, the store is warm & inviting.Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

They usually have a good selection of products, that is updated often. Weekdays tend to be less busy, so you can take your time looking and searching for good finds. Plenty of parking and the staff will be helping you loading your finds in your car.

Store is very nice, but the employees are neglectful and cold.This was my first experience here and, as most people say, there are some great items at good prices.But the employees made this a very disappointing experience. No one greeted me or even responded to me say hello. They treated me like I was toxic! I've seldom had the experience of saying hi to a store employee and them rolling there eyes and looking away.I shop for both good items and deals AND the experience. I won't be coming back here.

Love this store! So many fabulous items..good prices. Foods from other countries. Gluten free items. Good selection of towels sheets. Pillows..variety of a bit of everything. Including fun areas with clearance sales! Everyone is usually always Nice and helpful. Only had 1 experience about a year ago when I used the restroom. Only for an employee/boss. ?( not sure )complain about how the place smelled. And told the 2 people in the stalls to flush the toilet and have consideration! 😳. I was floored. No problems since that I am aware. Had it happened again. I may not have returned to that particular Home good store.

Like it says..it's OK. It's fine for quick and cheap items. I'm not giving the employees a 3, they get a 5. The store felt a bit bare and I felt a little bit of attention to the stores neatness would have gone a long way. On the plus side, cool eats I didn't expect... nice cacao! Prices are very reasonable, and all the basics are covered. This store is easily a 4 with a few hours. It doesn't suck. :)

I really enjoy sitting in the parking lot while my wife shops. She loves shopping for the perfect item to buy whether toys for the grandkids or something for the house. On the occasion that I do shop with her the employees seem nice and helpful. The store is very well stocked.

Does everyone like to shop this store as much as I do? They always have great new finds. I have purchased some awesome rugs from this store, towels, best prices on glassware, always fun decorative pieces. Stop in to see what's new every week, or two! Always find something I need, or can squirrel away for Christmas.

Love love love this store. I can get into a lot of trouble here, so many goodies. But today I was specifically shopping for a memory foam mattress topper and found one on clearance, for a steal at $70 for a King sized!GREAT store for finding housewarming gifts, white elephant and Secret Santa gifts.

Store is clean and decently organized but very tight and the other shoppers are rude and will run you over without even an excuse or pardon me. Definitely think the aisles could be made a bit wider or not have stock carts blocking aisles.

Though I love the store and have literally spent hundreds of dollar at the Gig Harbor store, the reason I am giving this store only one star is their customer service, which appears non-existent. I had several items in my cart among them a fairly large decorative tree. The large red Home Goods tag prominently displayed on the tree's branches said $69.99.When the cashier rang it up, it came up at $79.99. I pointed out that it was $69.99 and with that the problem started. In the process of the next half hour three different managers were called, all of which tried to persuade me that the tiny little sticker on the way bottom of the container was the correct price and that the tag obviously was a mistake.Now I have been to Home Goods many times and these red tags are on just about every item. It seemed right for them to honor that price. I was told among many rolling eyes and exasperated sighs the Home Good's staff was not shy to show, that I must have taken that tag off some other item and put it on the plant, which, they claimed, customers do all the time.Then I was told that the girls in the back must have forgotten to put their glasses on when they put the tag on. Then the computer didn't work, and on and on it went. After half an hour they reluctantly gave me the price the tag said. I thanked them for helping me with this (which was hard to do after all they put me through)but they wouldn't even acknowledge me. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.For me it wasn't about the extra $10.00, but about the fact that the store places these tags on their items and that's what the customer sees and expects to pay.As I left the store another customer came up to me and told me that it was outrageous what they just did to me. She said she was watching and if they had not given me the correct price, she would have spoken up.Will I go back to this store? Probably not. There are other options out there and no customer deserves to be treated like that. Shame on Home Goods for fighting to honor their own tags.So, customer beware of those red tags!!

My first and last time here. To me, this place is claustrophobic and overwhelming. It's filled with so much stuff. Maybe because I don't change my decor every month or every holiday. I did buy a shoe organiser but only because I saw one and had been thinking about getting one. All done.

Great selection of items for the home at mostly reasonable prices. Mostly wide, comfortable aisles, although a couple were only big enough for one cart at a time or were cluttered up with chairs, footstools, etc. Making navigation tricky at times. I would be hesitant to bring young kids into this store as there's lots of breakables and fragile items. They had natural stone/crystal items too, like geodes and large decorative pieces. Applying for their credit card gets you 10% off that purchase and rewards points there and at TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and one other place.

One of the better shopping options in uptown. So much cool furniture, seasonal decorations and cool food options. The discount furniture section is always worth a look, along with cheap, large framed art, mirrors, lamps and throw pillows. If you catch it before it's gone it's also a great place for outdoor furniture in the spring and summer.

As usual, it pays to stop by HomeGoods frequently since they change things out often. We bought a perfect dogfood storage container a few months ago. It holds 65 lbs and only cost $30. Comparable ones at other stores or online ran $60. Then we needed a second. None in stock for a few months. Then we stop by today and BAM. All good. As my wife says "Don't go in looking for anything. You're sure to find it!".

Lots of inventory to choose from. New items weekly. Friendly staff. Look the item over carefully before purchasing. I found many interesting things for my home. Great store for gifts.

i like this store! lots of cute affordable home items... the people that work in there are friendly. i had picked up this heavy candle holder that was on sale and i was holding it by the base and one of the cups that held the candles in it all of a sudden it snapped off right before i set it onto the register! i was like oh no! the lady told me its ok and to grab another one and i didnt have to pay for the one that fell apart! really nice and im glad i got another one that was more sturdy before buying it and taking it home
