I simply love this place. It's a stone's throw from my work and home, right next to a great gas station, and always has exactly what I need. In the past 6 years (since moving here), they have only ever been out of straw one time. Because they were out and felt bad, they offered me a bag of free straw sweepings that actually worked perfectly for what I needed at the time. Always friendly and service with a smile! They even hand out water bottles on hot days and treats/candy in the cold months. They recognize you, even if you only come once every few months. Their prices cannot be beat, the products are high quality, and I don't even have to get out of my truck. My only gripe is that they're not open on Mondays, which are my usual errand and shopping day, so I have to make a special trip out the next day to stock up the farm. The fact they're so close is helpful though, so not a huge deal.

My wife and I always prefer to give our business when we can to locals. Drive Thru Feed has been great to us. The products, pricing, and customer service are excellent. I love being able to order online and have our feed delivered right to us.

Love this place. They have a good deal on wood stove pellets -40lb for $5. Also, if they have any available, they will give you one free bag of hay sweepings per day. Just ask!

Drive thru feed has always been really helpful to us. They are pretty close to where we live. The prices are reasonable. The workers are all really friendly and helpful. They have a reward program too. We have chickens and ducks. They have pretty much everything we need for food and bedding. Great animal supply place!

Great feed shop! They will work with you on trying to order things if they don't regularly stock it. Highly personable and awesome small business. Also, the only place I have found for Payback rabbit pellets on the Penn.

Waited too long for someone to fill our propane tanks. Other customers behind us were served and not us. When asked why nobody was helping us we were told we help feed customers first. Still nobody helped us so we left and were rudely spoken to. And people really shop here. Not the Jerry's place we remember

Sold hay with yellow fox tail in it. Denies he sold it to me. He manipulates the conversation to not answer you if he is going to replace it. Spent 1200.00 in hay from them in four and a half months. To have him not want to do anything about the 6 remain in bales I had left. Said I raised my voice with him. I did. Upset my horse has blister in mouth from hay purchased at his business and all he can do is avoid answering my question of if he will replace it. He said the hay looked fine . When I tried to show him the foxtail in it he refused to look. He didn't like my tone. Sorry Jerry my tone indicates you sold a product that hurt my horse. But not sorry I stand up for myself from you ripping me off. My husband returned his follow me to drive thru feed sticker and told him we would not be back. He had the guts to try to shake his hand. Been a pleasure doing business with you. Not!

The lady at the front has horrible customer service! She was very rude and short with me after I waited for several minutes while she was smiling and chit chatting with the car ahead of me. Obviously if you frequent this business they treat you differently. Not a good way to treat newer customers.

yesterday I bought propane (over $100 worth) and my truck would not start as I tried to leave.Jerry and 2 of his employees just watched me from the office. so I went to the office to ask for help and Jerry told me it would cost $25 for a jump start, after telling him I would not pay $25 and I just needed a jump box or something the younger guy said he would get the truck to jump mine.the employee drove the truck over to me and I already had my cables ready and proceeded to help me. I only had the truck hooked up for the time it took Jerry to walk over from the office to the tanks and my truck and asked "did it work?" (less than a minute) I said "not yet" and then he unhooked the trucks said "we need to get back to work" and then tossed my cable in the back of my dead truck (the younger employee shocked and confused starting to walk around the trucks to the cab) when Jerry started to YELL at him "Hey..HEY!!! put the dang truck away!" and told me they have to work and wont help me (NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE THERE!) as I was trying to think of a way to get home he said I just needed to call someone for help and walked back to the office with the other 2 employees and just sat inside and watched me (it was around 29 degrees).After about ten minutes he walked to me and my truck while I was on the phone (trying to get help) and told me I had to push my truck off his property because they were closing soon (in 45 minutes). At this point I was very mad and it was getting dark, but at the same time my friend with his truck drove up and Jerry walked back to the office to sit and watch us.Not 2 minutes later my truck was started and I thanked my friend for the jump/told him what had happened. As I went to leave, I was so mad I decided I was finished doing business with Drive thru feed, so I removed my "Follow me to Drive thru feed" bumper sticker and asked Jerry to talk with me. I told him "I am very upset with the way you talk to your employees. most of your employees have told me you yell at them and you have a temper and I can't imagine how you must act when people aren't around and I am very very upset with the way you treated me. I spend only $600-$700 per year for propane and its the only place I buy it from and I will not be buying from here any longer and I will be writing a review on what happened". I then gave him the bumper sticker back and all he said was "OK, god bless"......NOT EVEN A "IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY/WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT", NOTHING !!!!!!HE JUST WALKED AWAYso I will not be going back.....sorry for the long run on sentences but I am still upset. To me this whole situation sucked (standing in the cold for about 40 minutes and Jerry just watching)...I have worked with the public and understand working on a customers car can open a business up to liability and I would have been fine if he said that...... but he did not and it sucked..END RANT

Bought 9 50lb bags of Barnyard Buffet to feed the deer on Herron Island. GREAT employees and great place to buy feed and other farm supplies. I think they sometimes sell chickens and rabbits
