I love the inventory but the staff is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. Spoke to my husband like he was stupid, passive aggressively put out the “ring bell for service” after my 6 year old dinged the bell. Very rude and impatient

This is absolutely one of the worst Dollar tree locations I've ever been to. Aside from no carts or baskets, the messy isles that you can barely get down, the employees are extremely rude. I had been waiting in line for over 10 minutes with a few other people to check out, and as soon as the other register came back from their break the lady whose line I was in she immediately shut down and would not help anybody else who had been waiting. It would have been courteous to offer the customers that have been in her line to go to the newly opened line or at least finish ringing up her customers before she left for break. I have been a cashier for many years and I could never imagine closing my line down abruptly after customers have been waiting well over 10 minutes. Unfortunately I was not able to check out because the other lines were even longer and I was not going to wait any longer so I left all of the things that I was going to buy and I'll head to Walmart where I'll spend four times as much but that's okay because at least that company appreciates your business. I was really excited for this location to open up however if it's going to employ horrible people that treat customers like they could care less it's not going to make it long.

This store has been clean. The staff is friendly. But I find some managers lazy,I see the cashiers running back and fourth to the stock items on shelves. Long lines only to hear managers tell employees "hey you have customers". Instead of grabbing a register and saying I'll take the next customer they load more work onto their already overloaded cashiers. If uou ask me give the work staff a pay raise and put them in management.

This is the most organized and clean Dollartree in the area. It's worth the drive... everything is so easy to find and the people working are so nice. We even find some premium items - I feel like the selection of items is better than on any of the other stores on the Kitsap peninsula.

They always have something fun for the holidays .I am happy to have this so close to home amazing all the things you can find here .Also someone outside not making me comfortable leaving my car ,the employees were so kind about checking it out .

This place is awesome! ^_^Nice and clean, easy to find stuff. Compared to other Dollar Tree locations...this place is a gem. Haha! A bit chaotic in the toy isle there but thats alright, my kids love it. Thank you for the work in making the establishment an enjoyable experience each time i go.

We go there for few things like dish scrubbers and gift bags. Of course everything is $1.25. Kids love the place.

Some items always out of stock, way too much stuff in toy area usually pretty messy lol, but still fun to dig through, checkout time is good, but i can usually most things i need at the time and it's nice having this store around everyone is always nice & friendly!

I can't believe the audacity of whoever just picked up the phone for this Dollar Tree. My friend is borrowing my car and I have GPS location so I knew she was there and since she had been there quite a while I was worried my car wasn't starting so I called the store asking if she could see my car and she asks me you mean a customer and after repeating myself 4 times I said you can see outside can't you and she replies with I can't go looking for a customer I'm busy. I was so floored by her ignorant rudeness I just hung up. I will be visiting that store tomorrow and will make sure someone will have a bad day.

If U know what they "usually" have but can't find it... ask.They will probably agree that they "saw" it sometime in the past but don't know if it will be back... Once a month, to pick up "specials" is enough...

Handicapped accomodations were a little lacking. Parking, door.. other than those two things I was impressed. Aisles were not hard to maneuver with cart and it was well stocked.

It's the dollar tree, so you can never be sure what they'll have, but I was very happy today to see they had what I went for. Nice to get a good deal on some things, though not everything is a good deal here.

Just went in to buy some glass vases and cashier informed me that they had no way of wrapping so I go and get some wrapping tissue and bring it back she total my order and then wouldn't even wrap them or even give me a bag..last time I will shop there..
