Crumble cookie in gig harbor is amazing! The staff are friendly and efficient. I love that the cookie flavors change each week. The chocolate chip and classic sugar are some of my favorites. They’re huge and come in packs of 1-16. You’re looking at a little over $5 per cookie. Highly recommend.

Ooo man, okay, so I was treated to the crumbs of a couple that my buddy had got his hands on. Of course, the giant pink box, the rotating plethora of different flavors on any given day and let's not forget, the fact that these are some giant decadent cookies, I'm talking two hands, has me hooked. When you step inside the bakery you are at first greeted with a very clean, very modern, very minimal front area. There are no gimmicks or frills decorating the place, it struck me as almost sterile, like a chrome doctor's waiting room. But after registering the decor you will notice a giant display board on one wall with a few flat screen monitors set up on a table beneath. The display is showing their classic chocolate chip as well as whichever 5 other cookies are up in the rotation that day. You then use a monitor to place your order and even pay then if you would like. Within 5 mins of placing our order I had my giant pink box in hand and was still reeling from the dent in my wallet, think $5 cookies and that pink box? Gonna set you back about $25. But oh man, if you've got disposable income atm I would Def recommend spending it on giant cookies.

Always great. Weekly changes in flavors. Serves them warm every time. Nice fat big cookies. Worth the price to get as a treat every so often. I am not even a big soft cookie person, but these, these aren’t just cookies. They are soft but I love them lol.

I love a warm chocolate chip cookie. If you also enjoy warm cookies, then this place is for you! I used the app to order a curbside order and it was brought out to me within minutes of arriving. And they were warm. And gooey. And delicious. Give this place a try and check back often because the menu changes week to week.

Lol😄Nah just kidding, if you want to indulge and go into a sugar extravaganza then treat yourself.A friend of mine handed me a gift card for my Bday and guess what?!The chocolate cookie with the Carmel on top was really really really good!I will NOT be indulging to often, but I will recommend!

First ever experience with Crumbl Cookie. Ordered through the app. Was truly surprised at how smooth it went being that it was their second day open. My favorite if I had to choose between the flavors during their opening week, I’d say Twix.Curbside pick up is currently not available at this location but their curbside parking is there. Maybe because they just opened? For the portion you get, price is definitely worth it.Be sure to click the arrival button (if ordering through the app) when you’re in the store otherwise if they call your name and you’re not present, they won’t call your name again. (I realized this after clicking it from the parking lot and waiting for 10 minutes for my order that they had already put my cookies back) Will I be back for more? Possibly in the future to try other must have flavors but other than that, it’s a great pick me up when you’re absolutely craving cookies.

Friendly service with all smiles from the minute we walked into the store front. We chose the molten chocolate cookie, the pink sugar cookie, and the salted toffee cookie. All so fresh and made with love. Love this little shop. Would definitely recommend it to friends, and family. Fun shop.

My son wanted a treat after his sport lesson. We went to crumble cookies. The 2 employees were very happy to help us ordering. I can't wait to eat the lemon one! I wish they had gluten free options

This Crumbl is like every Crumbl I've been to so if you like a Crumbl you will like this Crumbl. If you're unfamiliar with Crumbl they sell cookies. Every week there's a different selection of cookies. They're big semi elaborate cookies and I think they're usually pretty great. I'd recommend check the website and if you see 2 or more cookies you want then go. I've never regretted it.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped parking and the sidewalks have cuts for ease of access. The door is unobstructed

We saw that the store was now open se we went in to see what they had to offer. The place was clean, bright & busy. There were 8 cookies on display - each one had a little sign saying 'served warm, & one was sugar free. The cookies are large & $3.98 each.The person in front of me bought 4 cookies, which was presented in a long box.We chose to split a milk chocolate chip. I much prefer dark chocolate chip, but that wasn't an option.The single cookie was served in its own box.. We both thought the cookie was good, but not great. My wife said she wouldn't get the cookie again.I'll return & try another cookie one day, but these are expensive to me.Unfortunately they did not offer any gluten free options.

Cookies never disappoint! Each cookie is always bursting with flavor and feels like a party in my mouth with every bite! I will continue to get Crumbl cookies especially since my whole family loves them!Today I went to this location and ordered through the app. I brought a different car with me and called the store to let them know. They were as sweet as their cookies and accommodated to the change. Awesome customer service! Thanks guys!

Rude staff. Building is EXTREMELY HOT, so hot that it is more comfortable to wait outside. If you do that, a staff member will get snotty with you when they stick their head outside to tell you your order is ready. Limited—extremely limited cookie options. Apparently the menu changes weekly which I was not aware of before buying a gift card. Cookies are “ok”. I am not sure why everyone raves about them. Of the cookie flavors they had, we got them all and only 2 were preferred by our large group.PS: When a kid politely asks the car runner if the order is for him, next time don't snap at him with a raised voice saying, “NO IT’S FOR A CAR”. Fortunately for you, my kid is a nicer person than I am and expressed to me that you must have been stressed. If you have an issue with your job, get a new one.

Today was my first day ever try and crumbl cookie, and they did not disappoint. I'm not a big fan of pumpkin but the caramel pumpkin cookie that they have for this week special is amazing. I took a bite out of each of my cookies to see which one I liked best.The only cookie I suggest returning to its old recipe is the sugar cookie. It was my first time trying it today and usually I'm a big fan of sugar cookies but the almond extract that you guys are now using to make the frosting is over bearing and it's making the sugar cookie nasty. I took one bite and spit it out because of the strong taste. I also found a hair on my peanut butter cookie which is why I am lowering the amount of stars I am putting on here today.I would love to see what the old sugar cookie recipe taste like! Other than that everything was amazing, will definitely make it a weekly thing to try your cookies!

Have not had a bad experience with this location. The employees are always hustling and friendly. The cookies are delicious. So glad I live an hour away because any closer and I'd be here half the week, lol.

Used the app to order ahead. Was greeted upon entering. A bit crowded. Smelled yummy. Was bright and clean. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Cookies were ready to go in about 5 minutes after we arrived. We were shown the cookies before the box was closed. They looked great. Friendly quick service! The cookies were amazing.

They are delicious. The only reason was the confusion between curb side and the other option. I sat out for awhile. She said the confusion happens all the time, so that needs to be fixed. Either way, we love this place and make the 20-30 minute trip for these cookies!

The cookies are shrinking. When they first opened they used to fill the box so the hardly had room to move. There is so much space in the box now. What's the deal with the default 18% tip at the self serve ordering system? Cookies are still good and the weekly varied choices keep me coming back.

First till start off by the cookies ended up being bomb!!!! On Monday I made catering order for 150 cookies to be picked up Sat 230pm. I show up at 230 and the lady lets me know my cookies aren’t done and in fact still in the oven! No call no nothing. I had ice cream in my car, everything for the party!! 45 minutes later the cookies were done. If they aren’t going to be done give people a heads up!!!
