I had an outstanding shopping experience at Costco! The store was incredibly clean and well-organized. From groceries to electronics, everything was available in bulk at unbeatable prices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist or answer questions. The checkout process was remarkably efficient, with minimal waiting time despite the busy atmosphere. I was also impressed by the variety in the food court, offering delicious and affordable options. Costco truly stands out for its excellent customer service, great value, and diverse product range. Highly recommend!

Employees have little pride in their work at this location. If you ask for your items to be boxed they literally throw a few items in a single box, scatter the rest in the cart and give you empty boxes so you can work on it in the rain outside yourself. It’s super fun to have 50 loose items in a pickup truck bed.Lanes are purposely closed when checkout line is backed up, the entire experience is poor, I won’t be renewing membership.Employees aren’t dressed professionally very poor management at this location.Would you like your raw chicken to be removed from the bag, scanned and then left out of the bag and placed on your fresh blueberries? Would you like your electronic device you just purchased thrown in the cart with backspin? If so the Gig Harbor Costco will help you with that!

Awesome service! I was in their car repair center. And they did a good job. All the payment process was really fast. Also the guys that work in there are very kind. We needed only two tires fixed, but they checked all other tires, and filled up some of them with air. :)

The Gig Harbor Costco is a great store. Their store and parking lot are clean, the staff are friendly, and the lines are typically short. This is in a very convenient area with many smaller stores nearby to include Walgreens and crumble cookie.

This place has the best prices in town for fruits and vegetables, and making it affordable in that aspect, the rotisserie chickens are at $5 versus Albertson's $10. It has helped save money, especially for meal prep. The whole food court is excellent. It's always a treat to take my family of 5, get out for under 25 bucks, and everyone's excited!

Today, Sunday, parking was scarse, and the store was crowded. The store was adequately staffed under the circumstances, but shopping was challenging. Shoppers need to assess their capcity to consume large quantities of certain items, particularly perishable items.

This place has impressed me. The front end supervisors have their heads on straight. Not like southern California. Limits we're adequately posted. People acted civil. We had to wait in line outside for about fifteen minutes. It was a stress free trip. Thank you Costco.

You can get quality food for a good price here. Costco also takes care of it's members. I had a bag of chicken which I found out was split open when I got home to put it away. They refunded me the next time I went into the store without any hassle or even a receipt. Needless to say this is one of the slew of reasons I will continue to be a Costco member for years to come. Just don't raise the price of the hot dog or rotisserie chickens!

Costco is a busy business. You need to bring a sense of humor. The prices are good but you need to be careful about buying a large quantity if you don't need it.

“It’s best to bring cash with you to check out! “Because even if you use a visa debit card (you know there is enough balance in the card to pay) they will say that your card declined the transaction! I will never go to this place again. No fun. Because this has happened to me twice. No problem at other locations.

Getting fuel on a Saturday. This is a busy time with about half of the lines almost to the entry way. Still, moved reasonably quickly, though it helped that the lane I chose, while the pumps were full, I had only a motorcycle ahead of me.

This Costco is easy to navigate through. I couldn't find a item and a associate went back and got it for me while I was checking out. It's a great Costco to get in and out of.

So easy to get prints and the cost is inexpensive! I order online and pick up in store but you can have them delivered. Just download the Costco app and use the photo center to download pictures, choose your sizes and voila they are ready! Great for Christmas cards and graduation announcements!!

Very well stocked warehouse, huge parking, nice staff and great neighborhood... good availability of products because it doesn't get mobbed like the Tacoma or Federal Way locations ... newer building and plenty of space. Fresh seafood like Chilean Sea Bass (my fave) and wild Atlantic Salmon (in picture, made with dried plums from Costco too), Steaks and Veg galore and well stocked.

We love shopping at Gig Harbor Costco. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. And the rotisserie chicken is the absolute best!!We fuel up our car there as well. It can be about 40 cents less expensive there. Hence, the lines at the pumps due to the lower cost, but they move quickly.

I'm happy to have Costco near my home. I find the prices are generally lower than elsewhere, yes even Amazon and the quality is great. Excellent customer service and easy returns or exchanges. I also use the pharmacy, which takes my insurance and I can talk with a pharmacist if needed. Also good prices and service for tires. That area just needs one other person to handle the brisk business.

Been going here since 2020. The honeymoon is over I guess. I buy less and less because it's such a hassle from start to finish. Hate the layout. The parking lot is horribly designed. The pharmacy has never improved since it opened. Some day before I die, someone will figure out a way to get prescriptions filled expeditiously. No, I do not want to roam your aisles waiting for my prescription to be filled with no ETA. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. The tire shop is infuriating. They always have to order. The product selection is meh. I'll give it six more months. Sigh

Clean well maintained store. Shelves and food section is always well stocked. Much calmer shopping experience than the tacoma store. Gas station lines are usually short. Parking lot has plenty of handicap spaces. In a plaza with other stores. Easy to park in the middle and do your shopping. Togo food is fresh and delicious . Staff is friendly and helpful . This is by far our favorite Costco. They also have an outdoor seating area .

New Costco Member review. I travel for my job, and normally I can find a Sam' Club nearby. I recently I found my myself in the Pacific Northwest. Apparently Sam's Club gave up on Washington and Oregon completely and closed all outlets back in 2016. I first made an attempt to check out Costco by seeing if it was possible to check out the store before purchasing a membership. That is not an option!They might be trying to kill us with their rotisserie chicken! I was shocked to taste the chicken and instantly spit it out... tastes like bleach and other chemicals mixed together... I thought this might have been a mistake in the cleaning process of the cooking unit. But it's all over the internet! Because I searched the topic on Google I get daily stories about people getting sick or their cats refusing to eat it.Overall it's not a friendly place to shop... you walk in the front door and you better have your card with the picture showing! You go to the self service checkout, they will need to see your card again, before approaching the checkout. Then you have to wait in line to leave. I'm annoyed because they don't ever have what I need in stock! No salt, pepper and garlic blend, no pants in my size, and just overall... clearly a company without any competing stores nearby. :(PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE FROM THE USDA FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING AT COSTCO BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!!!

As always, it's a great place to shop. They do get very busy. I have found that if you're early, they open the doors 15 minutes before the posted opening time.
