We love checking out the dive bars and restaurants in little towns. This was the first time we visited Rockford. What a cute little town.We highly recommend the Harvest Moon. The food was delicious and atmosphere was enjoyable. Thr wait staff was pleasant, kind and professional. They made the experience even better.It's one of the best places that we have ever eaten at spontaneouslyon one of our adventures.We will definitely be back to enjoy the Harvest Moon and also the little town of Rockford.

We were with friends who wanted to try this restaurant for breakfast. There were two other tables in the place. We waited for our food for over an hour. I felt so bad for the wait staff because it wasnt her fault. She kept telling us it is ready but they ran out of gravy, 5 minutes later our party of 5 walked out. We will not be back. Hell's Kitchen needs to visit this restaurant!

Quaint little establishment with awesome service and a down home feel. Wait staff was super friendly, super fast and fun. The good was great! Large portions and good prices. If you're driving through, definitely stop in, even for a milkshake.

Stopped for a steak and salad on a bike trip. Friendly staff, decent prices and a nice pub bar atmosphere. Plenty of windows, nice and bright. Good food and wifi is decent too. Would recommend.

Great place. Had breakfast in the bar. They did mess up my order but fixed it promptly. Cute decor. Clean and prompt service. There is a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other.

Our server was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. The corn hash beef just taste. Just like corn, hash, beef, from the can. It was not good at all and I did not eat any of it Instead of offering me something else or taking that part off of my bill. I still paid for it anyway. I would just say. Do not eat the corn hash beef. It is not Good at all I would say that the service was great except for the fact that I paid for something I didn't even eat. And not even a apology for the gross corned hash beef probably will never eat or recommend this restaurant to anyone should just eat something else if your headed through Rockford

Not sure if the cook was new, cordial greeting upon entering. entered at 11:10am. Told to find and empty clean table to seat ourselves. party of 3. Server took our drink order, waited several minutes to get our order taken. Two other parties entered after our arrival, server took their order before our. One group was a table of four and a table of two. should have left than. Food finally came out it was very dry deep fried potatoes, cold melted cheese, burrito filled with the same type of potatoes... o well, off the return list. Added to the never again list.I can't recommend any of the foods.... but, can't move forward to say not to any of them. so i have to check something.. i didn't order, water tea, coffee or juice...is all the place should offer.Vegetarian options: I'm sure there are some items on the menu. It was breakfast time and that is all i wanted.Parking: no lines marked for parking area, be careful. Cars were parked at angles and the main street is a through street for the main highway.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat. Great BLT on hazelnut bread. The staff is friendly and made it feel like I was home around friends.

It was recommended to me to try your breakfast. We got there a little late for that and got lunch instead. The burgers we got were great and the wife wants to stop by again for the potato salad. The service was a little slow, but the car show was going on and it was busy. We also so your help wanted sign in the window. Hopefully next time we stop by it will be an even better experience.

Although the hamburger and fries tasted okay, I asked for my burger to be made a certain way and they failed to do so. It is unfortunate that I had to leave a three-star review, but if you want the five star review, you have to earn it by not messing up to go orders. The waitress there was kind and very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the menu and the computer system they used to place orders there

The reviews are good, but I really wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in on my wife's birthday. But we were pleasantly surprised by the cheerful staff and the downright delicious food. We especially enjoyed the burgers, and my wife absolutely loved the clam chowder.It is always such a treat when we find a new, good restaurant in the area and this one is on our list to visit again soon!

Heather our usual Bartender at, "the Moon", as we affecionally refer to it, is awesome. While we were staying in Rockford we ate and drank at the Moon several times, but the three most impressive dinners were all daily specials, thanksgiving turkey plate was excellent, loaded with fresh mashed potatos, stuffing and covered with housemade gravy! Another evening, we had an excellent, tender New York strip, with a huge baked potato with all the, fixins and a side garden salad with their blue cheese dressing, but the absolute, hands down winner of the entire trip, was the Seafood Fettuccine, I told my husband, "I think this is not only the best seafood fettuccine we've had in a long time, I deemed it the best I have ever had, period!!! We've eaten at some of the best restaurants in the country. The Harvest Moon in tiny little Rockford truly Rocked this one.!

Took a motorcycle ride and stopped by mid week for lunch. Both of us ordered burgers and were very pleased with the taste and quality! They obviously use fresh meat. It was also neat seeing the fresh eggs being delivered by one of the neighboring farmers. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Yummy as always riding motorcycle with friends or rather on the back of one. It’s always wonderful to stop in for breakfast and have waitresses that are personable plus very friendly !!! everything is clean and makes you feel at home. If you try the waffle with blueberries and lemon make sure you half it with a friend. Huge!!! a lot of sweet too Doesn’t need syrup LOL

Eating here was a very good experience. We had a large group and it was quite busy when we were there, the weekend "lunch rush" I guess. Even so, service was prompt and courteous, and the food offerings are pretty good.The cook was working hard to keep up with all the orders that came in at one time, and a couple of plates for our group arrived later than the rest. Our server offered a heartfelt apology and removed those plates from our bill.The food was quite tasty, but my girlfriend and I were convinced that with the portion size we were given, we'd have been smart to share a plate.Highly recommended stop when you're in town.

This establishment is well worth the short drive from Spokane. They have a varied menu and their homemade soups are always delicious. They have daily specials, pizzas and a full bar with some craft beers on tap. If you sit in the bar, you will enjoy conversations with the locals and may even get a history lesson. They have occasional live music, a jukebox and plenty of pull tabs to keep you entertained. We enjoyed a burger and bowl of vegetable beef soup on this visit. It was all delicious and quite satisfying. We didn't win big with the pull tabs but enjoyed meeting the new bartender. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Rustic place. Been there 3 times visiting friends. Service is... Let's say--relaxed, but food is excellent. Have had three different burgers, all have been great and I always get the clam chowder. It's excellent.
