My Americano with extra cream is always fantastic the service is always great they're always quick and thorough and they always offer me a little bit more then maybe I plan on going in but I always fall for it because I like their food too. The locations perfect for me and the staff I mean like almost all the Starbucks I've been to the staff is well trained and they really take pride in what they're doing at least from what I can tell and I like that and they don't have snarky attitudes they don't act like you're inconveniencing them they make a good cup of coffee and it's a nice environment good place to relax and I like free Wi-Fi so maybe you pay a little more but in the long run you get a lot more for that money. It's a good value. The egg bites they're crazy good I love the egg bites so with that I would recommend it if you haven't been there before I'd be shocked but if you have been there go try it again.

This location has poor customer service they claimed they were closed. I arrived at 7:20 the was a long to hair dark hair male and long black ponytail female. When I arrived through the drive through he asked me what I wanted and one minute later the lady gets on the mic and states they were closed and he didn’t presumably know the store was closed. She didn’t reply when I asked for the store information and manager information to make a complaint. I asked for her name etc all at the window and they both proceeded to hide in the back while I recorded the store. 1/20/22 Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and there employees obviously need training on customer service communication..

Everyday I order 2 coffees via mobile order. Lately I had to add no milk foam to the orders since they would give me half a cup full of just milk foam. After requesting no milk foam on my order they continued to do so. When this was the case I would call them to let them know of the situation. Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait for a remake and I would request to get the coffees the next day. They do this so frequently that this time when I called about the issue they said they would no longer remake them for me.This honestly, wouldn’t be an issue if they would’ve made my coffee with no milk foam.The lady who said this claimed to be the manager “ Jacqueline” When I called to confirm who the manager was they hung up on me.Not all the staff is rude but Jacqueline in particular doesn’t have a good attitude towards Hispanic people.

The long line when I came in moved quickly thanks to all the baristas working extra fast. This location has a drive-thru, but be sure to enter before you get to Willow Road! Plenty of seating and outlets to charge!Thanks to Liz who took our order, she was nice and took the extra effort to connect with all the customers in line!Only complaint was that the bathroom on the left was a bit malodorous, but maybe the fan just wasn't working?My drink was delicious though, so a great experience overall.

Always love Starbucks I am always up for coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that was very helpful. Thebpeople.that work here go the extra mile to make sure your coffee is the way you want it. Somedays this place is packed in the mornings with a line almost out the door at certain times and that can be a little slow when your in a hurry but this is a clean Starbucks.

Our drinks were exactly as expected. It was super busy on a Saturday morning. Staff was rushed, but pleasant and attentive. Mine was a mobile order, but because it was busy still waited a couple extra minutes for it. Recommend ordering ahead of you can. The parking lot is small and the drive-thru is crammed in there. Use caution.Parking: Very few parking spaces, close together.

Everytime I pass, because of the location they block 1-2 lanes of traffic.You deal with rude employees and frustrated consumers.People will cut you off as they try and leave because they are impatient, creating a bottleneck.Traffic is blocked as they try to enter and it's blacked at they try and leave.Seen many near misses from customers. This store takes the parking spots of local stores as their own. Because they allow people to park in other stores limited spots.

I noticed that there were a few people new to the store and they were very spot on with the presses of making what I ordered. It was a busy morning for them and I'm very impressed that they were able to hold the line and not keep people waiting for too long. I come here everyday before work and they always make my drink the right way. Definitely deserve a 5 stars from me. 100% for sure that I will be coming here more often than any other stores they have.

Horrible location, I’ve never seen such bad customer service at a Starbucks, a company known for good service, it’s actually shocking!They are rude, and in my mobile order bag they placed my hot sandwich and cake pop bags right against each other and my cake pop was completely melted. Thanks a lot! Stay away from this location, just yikes.

My personal opinion is that chain coffee shops are not known for their atmosphere. Well, such is the case for Starbucks on Highway 99 in Fife.Vegetarian options: I noticed some attractive veggie options on the menuParking: Parking stalls are striped for European compacts.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

I'm going here 2-3 times a week. Everyone is so welcome, nice and respectful. You don't need to buy coffee to feel better because just by stepping in you feel welcomed. They made my day. Love this place so much. ❤💛Thank you for making my morning a sunshine.

Gwen went above and beyond to help me find mass coffee on short notice for a work event . And in the middle of morning rush ! Beautiful location, lovely customer service ! Highly recommend!
