Great Portions Of Food. Great taste, but on are visit slightly over cook edges of country fried steak and biscuits hard and dry even smothered in gravy as pictures show. Bacon and ham dry I will eat there again and hope to have better experience. Three meals two Country Platters and one Landmark buy name. Country fried steak three eggs hash browns two biscuits gravy- platters, Landmark two bacon two sausage linksand one piece ham two biscuits hash browns gravy.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors one level ,table areas.with tables or bench booth areas.

We enjoyed The Lumberjack platter and the Idaho Potato Pancakes for breakfast. We enjoyed bottomless hot coffee to drink. The waitress was so sweet and taking care of many large tables. There is lots of seating and lots of choices with a menu all day. The pancakes were amazing and huge. They soaked up all the syrup and were served with whipped butter. The potato pancakes were to die for!! I highly recommend both dishes. They cook your eggs to order. The bacon wasn't very crispy or fresh but it was good. This place has been around for a long time!Parking: Free parking lot. Ample parking

Went here for a regular monthly event and wasn’t disappointed.I ordered the Powerhouse Club and Cajun fries, and my wife had the pumpkin French toast. Everything was absolutely delicious.My only complaint was with the service. The waitress did an amazing job, but the venue didn’t provide enough staff to accommodate the meeting and the amount of people attending, so the poor girl was running around on her own all night long taking care of a large group.Parking: Huge parking lot with plenty of spaces.

I had the chicken fried steak when biscuits, hash browns, and eggs. Overall, it was ok. I enjoyed the eggs and hash browns. The gravy on the biscuits and steak wasn't again l appealing, though. It was thick/congealed and lacking in flavor. The chicken fried steak was a but mealy too.I will them another try, though.

Southern people, rest easy when you order the sweet tea. You will not regret it.I don’t want to know how the biscuits retain some crispness under all that gravy, because the answer is probably magic. Greasy spoon in the best way. Has found its way into rotation.

The #PoodleDog restaurant is a family owned #diner in Fife, Washington since 1933. They started out with 2 tables, but now boast a large seating area, and Banquet rooms. I of course have to visit this Iconic Landmark on the old highway 99. I enjoy immersing myself in the atmosphere. I can feel the history, and I enjoy remembering the stories my late Partner shared with me about the Poodle Dog. I’ve been several times and enjoyed all the “Good Food” I’ve tried. I have friends that come to breakfast here every Sunday. They Always serve great Diner breakfasts. On my latest visit I had the Signature Favorite #WreckedEggs Three scrambled eggs with #bacon and cheddar cheese. Served with #hashBrowns and toast. Sour cream and guacamole served on the side. I loved it. Nice crispy hash browns that I enjoyed mixing with the Guac and sour cream and some hot sauce. There was a lot of crumbled bacon on my eggs, which I appreciated. The food was A tasty diner breakfast that went well with my endless fresh ground coffee. I love visiting the Poodle Dog and look forward to future visits.

Have always wanted to go here! Classic diner with excellent waitstaff and classic diner food with a little extra like eggs Benedict and potato dish specialties. Biscuits and gravy good; crispy bacon excellent. Coffee and waters kept full, and no problem staying an extra hour after we finished eating. Crowded on a Saturday morning. Loved it!Kid-friendliness: People had kids.

The food was just average. Most of the stuff we ordered tasted like it came from a can or a powder mix so nothing exceptional. The service was kind and friendly but as an LGBTQ couple walking into this restaurant felt like going onto hostile territory. We got a lot of looks, and overall it was just super uncomfortable. We left as soon as we were able.

Loved our waitresses, the food was no better than shari's. The kicker was the 20% gratuity added to our order, with only two of us. The building was slow, no rush hour, no huge group. Our order went from 46$ to 60$ the bathroom smelled of putrid liquid diarrhea, so we didn't tip, and left. It's basically a dive bar with a terrible business model. If I could give zero stars- I would 💖

Wow! Very pleasant surprise this morning! Haven't been in Poodle Dog for a few years. Truly our loss! It's been remodled, the food is great and the service fantastic. We'll be back much sooner!👍😁😋😘 Had the Salisbury steak tonight! It was fantastic! The salad was great too! I'd trade the mashed potatoes for a baker or french fries next time. Still love it!😋 😊

This place has amazing food and great service. The workers there are nice and the food is fantastic and it comes out and a very pleasing aesthetic manner. That triple berry shake was freaking amazing and the amazing Apple French toast really fills you up so I would highly recommend that meal if you want something to fill you up. I had a wonderful time there and the atmosphere in there was warm and friendly and nostalgic.

No matter how busy they are we always get seated as soon as we walk in. A couple times we have come in a big group & the servers are always so patient and kind with all the kids. The food is always good as well! The restaurant itself gives off old school diner vibes and you want to think it’s just another Denny’s but it’s so much more! We love bringing our out of town family members here because it just has a home feeling and everyone is so nice!!

Terrible service. Wasn't busy, but had to wait 7 minutes to be seated. Once seated, another 8 to 10 minutes just to be asked what I'd like to drink. Never brought me water with my coffee. Had to wait another 7 to 8 minutes for order to be taken when clearly I put the menu to the side. When it was time to pay, she handed me the check. Took it to the front, gave her my credit card, and she just handed me both receipts, one to sign, and she walked away, not waiting for me to sign. Went in in a great mood walked out, never again.

Good solid selection and good quality comfort food. The server was exceptional. I give it 3 stars for the atmosphere only because it's loud. A lot of people are good with that or even expect it to be so peace. It's located on a busy corner which makes it a little hard to get in and out but all in all it was a good experience, fairly priced. I like Poodle Dog.
