First time in a Camping World store. I was a bit underwhelmed at the size and selection of the inventory, but I am new to the RV scene, and my perceptions are just that. I was cheerfully greeted right away, and the item I was searching for was recognized and remembered by both customer service folks, but after a thorough search of computer and inventory, was found to be no longer available. Great customer service, attitude, and effort!

I'll gladly drive out of my way to take my trailer in for repairs just so I never have to deal with this dumpster fire of a business again.My wife and I live in our RV full time and dropped it off here for minor repairs while I was in town for work (work was paying for hotels).A month after dropping it off, we needed to grab a few items we accidentally left behind. This is when I realized our trailer was parked on the backside of the building facing the main road, not behind the protected electric fence where we dropped it off. This is also when I noticed our bicycles that were stored on the rack were missing. I will admit this falls on me for forgetting to take them with us. It was chaotic trying to get everything we needed out of the trailer and into the truck, and the bicycles were left behind. However, the part that is unacceptable is nobody from Camping World called to notify me the bicycle was stolen. Only when I called inquiring about it was I told it was stolen...3 weeks prior. Too late for a police report, guess I'll just go F myself.Fast forward to today. My trailer has been with them for 68 days, and 1 thing was repaired. The other items have notes stating various components need ordered...these notes were submitted a month ago. Were the parts ordered? No.So 68 days at Camping World and my bicycle was stolen and nothing was fixed. Yay.Take your business elsewhere.

Lots of great products. Employees were nice and very knowledgeable. Prices are decent. But seems their website they're cheaper on some things. If they don't have something in stock they're more than happy to order your items. Great store, awesome selection for camping, boating and trailers.

They’re a really clean store. It’s a very specific customer segment who really knows their stuff; saw a few customers today shout at cashiers which seems really unnecessary. If you own an RV, this is clearly a destination for you. They have a whole RV repair shop located at the store and every kind of RV accessory you could imagine. Big pet section and a nice home/housewares section too.

I dealt with the saleslady named Sydney and had a very satisfactory experience purchasing a folding bike. She was very pleasant and showed professionalism that I expect from a country-wide business like Camping World.I'd like to give Mitchell, who also works with Sydney, a shout-out for helping me learn how to fold the bike and placed it in my vehicle.Excellent service and "will be back"!

Maija was amazing! She sold us our new trailer and was beyond helpful and kind. Always checking in with us and explaining everything we needed to know or would find someone to help answer our questions. Everyone from the mechanics to the general manager were amazing, we couldn't have done it without them! Thank you!

Tried to give a few chances as there only few options but my experiences have not improved. Always pushing memberships, limited selection of items, website is not user friendly. Tried to shop once, and even though it was during posted business hours, they closed early and locked me in their parking lot. The employee in charge of sweeping the parking lot didn't, and closed the gate before I could get out.

Now that they have become a dealership, it's just awful going there. We walked into the building and we're immediately approached by a salesman asking if we were there to buy an RV. We have a membership but no longer get members prices. We don't plan to go back for maintenance since they broke our stairs & the slide-out was crooked after they worked on it. There are other stores, we probably won't be coming back here.

Maija helped me and my fiance buy or first travel trailer and she was AMAZING. We’ve felt cared for through the whole process and if Maija didn’t have an answer, she found someone who did. The folks that work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole time we didn’t feel like “just a sale” to them, they really went the extra mile. Great experience overall!

Everyone was incredibly nice! I’m also against most store memberships but elected to buy the 3 year because of all the bells and whistles that I’ll actually use and not just fluff! Better selection and better prices than Amazon as well. Haven’t compared to places like Walmart but if I have to walk into a store, this is more I like it!

I have been a customer at Camping World of Fife for several years. Any time I needed service on my travel trailer I brought it here and was always happy with the service, until this summer. I brought my trailer in to have new stairs installed to replace the original stairs I had damaged. When I picked it up and took it home I discovered that they had not installed the stairs properly and the door would not close with the stairs down. At the same time I discovered that they had turned off my refrigerator and all the meat in my freezer had spoiled and created a horrible, putrid smell in my fridge. I took my trailer back to them and they fixed my stairs to an extent, I still have to force the door closed if the stairs are down, but they completely denied turning off my fridge. I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of the odor. It has decreased significantly, but the smell is still there. I think the only way to fix the problem is to replace the fridge. That will cost me $2,800. Obviously I will never be a customer at Camping World of Fife again. I even called the number for customer complaints in their main office. They offered me a $50 gift certificate. That is just an insult. That wouldn't even cover the meat I lost.

Went in to have a new automatic transfer switch replaced. I brought the part. When I picked it up I checked to see if the RV Tech turned on the LP switch. It was off. I asked him if he tested it, and he said he did. I asked how, please show me. He told me and showed me that he turned on the microwave. Unbelievable.

Went in to get battery and propane tank locking devices to keep the local crackheads at bay. I don't know the young ladies name but she had nice blue hair; she was so helpful and polite. The devices I needed were online only so I ended up not purchasing anything during my visit.Once I received the devices I was able to install them easily enough. After getting my hands on these things, I quickly realized that I could have gone to Home Depot and accomplished the same things for about $65 instead of the $250 I spent.

I visited for the first time, didn’t find what I was looking for, which is fine. A worker there tried to help, which I appreciated.BUT I noticed, the phone rang a few different times. Over and over again, and the few workers there, let it ring right on through. They didn’t pick up. Then I recalled…. I called weeks ago too, to schedule an appointment for my dads RV. I recall having to be directed to the operator NUMEROUS times because it was so difficult to reach someone at the store. And even the operator can’t help with most needs. Then I had to cancel the appointment a week in advance and even then couldn’t get through to anyone for days. I ended up asking the operator to leave a message for the store to cancel it for me. I figured they were busy. But I got to actually see it in person. Please, get better at answering the phone. Some people who live in their RVs full time may have urgent needs.

Have not been to the Fife camping world for about 2 years. Went in today and was shocked to see how much the store has downsized to accommodate remodeling for rv sales. Very sad because I have been buying my supply's since my 2013 Good Sam membership. Will have to shop else ware.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long timeMy rv went in on an insurance claim for an awning replacement four and half weeks ago and is still there. Service person rarely there to take calls, and promised return calls do not happen, I will not be returning

I was thinking more along 3 stars for the place, but with the shortage of people in MANY businesses, it's not really fair to do so. The shop area is pretty good sized, with about 8 maintenance bays and sufficient equipment to support most RVs. The parking lot gives plenty of room to jockey your rig into position and their tote will do the rest. Lots of choices for the tools, utensils, or gotta-have gimmicks you'll use when camping (then forget you have it and buy another). The floor area is large, clean and well organized. The down side is they are quite popular, big customer base and that means you may have to wait to get assistance. Be sure to schedule your appointment well ahead of time if possible, as their maintenance department seems to be understaffed and all work being scheduled is down to the minute. Looking for a part? I suggest let your fingers do the walking on your computer or phone, because calling and asking them to do it isn't going to get you the answer any quicker and you're just being a little lazy. It's amazing what info you can get from Uncle Google. Put on your patience slippers when calling, because you may not get immediate assistance, as they are helping other customers at the counter or on the phone with someone (perhaps another person that needs to talk to Uncle Google?).

I was shopping for an RV refrigerator and found a women in a blue shirt who was very helpful. She took the time to gather all the materials I needed and printed them out for me.The guys at the counter, however, not helpful at all and did their best to look like they were busy so they could ignore me.This store appears to be well stocked with good quality items.Camping world is easy to see from the freeway but to get there you have to get on Pacific Highway. From there it's difficult to see where to turn. Use your GPS.I would recommend going on a weekend because they close at 6 pm so many of us would have to take off work to go there on a weekday. If you do go on a weekday, keep in mind they're located in Fife, a miserable little town that's choked with tractor trailers during the day. It took over 10 minutes to go a few blocks from the freeway off-ramp to the store. :-(

Prices are outrageous but sadly worth it for the convenience of not having to wait for a shipped item purchased online. Thankful for this store cause most major necessity needed while rv'ing is locally only sold here! Not at common typical stores

I first thought this location was A1. Until I realized that many employees here at this fife location clock out about an hour or two early prior to closing time. Which then leaves me without a resolution to my issue and without getting my money back from a return needed.Customer service is never available it seems like and it's annoying. 🤦🏻‍♀️Overall a 1 star. Due to inconvenience this issue has caused me.WILL UPDATE RATING/REVIEW ONCE CHANGE IS SHOWN.

My experience have not been good there alot of miscommunication and also the repair work that was done was horrible also would like to speak with someone about this 1st repair was done even before I bought it they said they where going to take care of some issues but they didn't so took it for repairs 1 week after I bought it and when everything was fis supposedly I whent to pick it up and there was a big dent on my new Keystone passport they took care of the damage but using my own insurance, 4weeks later I whn to pick it up and it had a big scratch on the side off my camper haven't been happy with CampWorldOverall my hole experience since I bought this keystone was really bad I regret buy this here at camp world should've buy one in a family own business they would take more pride on there work and on what they sale and there repairs....

I went there looking for a anode for my water heater for my RV it was $12 with membership, without membership it was $30. So with membership of $30 and the price of the add note of $12 and taxes it would have been $50. I said he'll know I'll go to eBay and get it for $13 and they ship it for free there is no paid membership like Amazon. But I wanted it that day so I went to Tacoma RV and paid $22 with tax $8 cheaper then camping. They're about a mile apart. I will never shop at camping world again. They are a complete rip off.

Stupid sales staff doesn't know what they are talking about. They just try to sell you stuff you don't need instead of answering questions. The prices are too high and the selection low. You are Better off looking up your questions online and buy from Amazon. It's cheaper and you get what you really need without wasting time in traffic and in their store... If you can find a place to park that is.

I went there to get a tongue jack they were very busy I had to ask a customer for help and he was very kind and helped me. On your way in there's this very obnoxious pushy woman trying to sell campsites and an outrageous price she's pushy I tried to tell her I was tired and just wanted to get my part and go and she kept insisting I didn't care for that but they do have everything and they fix your RVs etc as well and they look like they have a lot of business other than that woman I didn't really have a bad experience or anything but I would have liked to have had help cuz I've never been there before this is my first RV but if you want RV products they have it
