After reading all the horrible reviews I was worried to deliver here but it was fast, and an easy process. The building I thought was hard to find but if you come off 70th Ave drove through the little Caesars warehouse and up it'll be the building to the left but makes for a blind back. The other option is to take the split for us foods and the wheel shop and at the end turn left that will bring you up to the warehouse/store. Hope this helps

Thought after reading delivery reviews I'd be in for along day However appt 0500 unloaded by 0530 easy check in fast unload ! So dont always believe what you read ? Now maneuvering back to I5 is a completely different story residential area all around this place with 7ton restrictions glad its early ?

Serious issues here my last one star review was censored probably because it had to do with S. Assault. It is a real problem here. It is a constant traumatic nightmare, dreams of getting touched without consent and things falling and crushing my head. If this review is taken down like the last one God help anyone who walks in this building.

Miserable place to deal with when delivering a truck load. They were telling me I missed my appointment time before they even knew what it was. Try to avoid delivering here. They want to fine trucking companies for late appointments, even when they are the issue.

Nothing to be afraid of here if your delivering, act civilised and everything will be ok. 04:00 appointment out at 04:30. Easy delivery

Very rude. The guy was so rude and grumpy that he just snatched the papers from my hand when i came for check-in, in the morning. He purposely made me wait in that cage cabin for abt 30 min cuz i was 15 min early from my appt. time. He was their supervisor.

My appointment was at 4 am in the morning and I was out by 4:22 am. It was pretty quick. I actually was scared to come to this place after reading all the reviews but it went pretty smooth!!!

I was a customer for about 20 years but the past few years their customer service has nosedived to the point that I switched all my business to a different company. Absolutely no one at this company cares one way or the other about how awful they treat their customers. They just say that it's a different department that handles that, that they have no control over it, blah blah - blame shifting. I highly advise NOT becoming a customer with Animal Supply.

Driver driving their 53ft semi truck northbound i5 sunday June 14th 2019 at 12noon was honking and cutting cars off and passing on the right shoulder, tailgating and about ran my mom off the road. Called to complain. No answer at their office. What a way to represent your company....

No star for this facility, company ‘s staff reacts to truck drivers same as company ‘s first name, they ruined 5 to 6 hours easy, I do not recommend to anyone for this business, at the front desk lady react as company’s CEO she is specialist in wasting truckers time, if you are a foreigner be careful,,,

Don't come early. Receiver is rude, and even though they aren't busy, can't take 54 boxes. The transportation manager in the main office is friendly and would take it early if he was here. The receiver straight up said he doesn't care what manage says or thinks.

Be careful if you have to deliver load here. They kept my driver for 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
