Love this 711. They always have the best gas prices (once it was $1.50 cheaper than another place within 2 miles. But it's always significantly lower than most other places. But the same as the next door Arco. They also have the big regular sized bottles of creamer for use so you don't have to open several of those little cups which is convenient. The staff has always been quite helpful and friendly.

New and big type 7-Eleven with lots of options. Clean and good service. And classical music was playing outside the store which I found weird for the part of town its in but whatever.

I have been paying my rent at this 7-11 (3309 Pacific Hwy E, Fife, WA 98424) for almost a year now and today the manager told me I have never paid my rent there and suggested I was at the wrong 7-11 and maybe I've been going to the 7-11 a mile down the road for the past year. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have looked up the receipts. Terrible customer service, they didn't even offer to try the payment. I just posted a rent receipt from that same 7-11. The manager very openly told my I was lying and confused about which 7-11 I had been using. Here's the receipt, it's a shame the manager doesn't know her own store.

My 3 AM visit at this store has been pleasant compared to other 7-Eleven stores. With police presence and opera music playing at this location, i feel safer shopping at this location, and I find night shopping here more pleasant than other 7-eleven locations in pierce county.

Zero stars! Just like some of the reviews on here. I was also accosted for trying to use the restroom here. We were on the road for hours and I really had to go. They had a sign that said, “No public restroom,” which I also assumed, ‘customers only restroom.’ As soon as I was already inside, the women consistently kept banging on the door and asking me to leave. I was already in there at least give me the human dignity to use the restroom. Are you even human? Everyone knows how badly you need to go when you need to go. Have some humanity in you. We are paying customers! The door did not lock very well and she continued berating me to get out. I didn’t want her to open the door while I was using it, so I opened the door. I begged her to just let me use it while I was already inside and she refused. I left in disbelief. I wanted to return the items I bought. Never come here if you want to be treated like an animal! Oh and don’t repeat the same post to contact 7-11 customer service! I think this public post is sufficient to warn people not to come here. Love’s is just around the corner and they have gas, snacks and more restrooms!

For the two white women working in the store please keep in mind you both were wrong! Learn how to handle ppl better. Your establishment isn't worth stealing from especially when I have and make money ! I don't need to steal from any store.

First and last time was here. The service is terrible, the cashier yelled at me to put my backpack near the door, and then I went shopping, I did that today, I took my passports from there, but valuable things remained there, after that I was worried about the safety of my backpack and bought it because this couple of things. No one was guarding my backpack, it was lying near the door, and I was very unhappy about it, I was upset for the whole day. I am a truck driver from New York and traveled around the USA for many years and I met such an attitude for the first time ... It’s very very unpleasant ... And I’m very very upset because of this, I never stole in my life and didn’t intend to, but here they acted like a thief then, otherwise I’ll suddenly fill the whole backpack with something ... It's a shame.

Gotten better, plus always have fresh croissants, bagels, 🍪 🍪 🍪 cookies, 🍕 🍕 pizza, 🐔 chicken wings, drumsticks, and much more to select. Fresh and yummy! Plus Security, knowing it safe to go there. The 7 eleven before was horrible, not it gotten better. Thank you. Enjoy, coming back for more than Loves, or Arco. Rather come here to 7 eleven more selection and cleaner. Still abides with Covid compliance.

Yikes…is all I can say.I’ve never been verbally accosted by a business until today when I visited this gas station.I paid for fuel and pumped my gas. After it was finished pumping I went inside to use the restroom. There was a sign on the door that said “No Public Restroom” which I assumed meant that the restroom was for customers only, but not for the general public. This is the case in most businesses. Being that I just purchased a half a tank of gas I didn’t see any issue with using their restroom.I came out to two staff members quite literally yelling at me and berating me for using the restroom. I tried to de-escalate the situation but honestly I was quite dumbfounded over their reaction. They were not able to wrap their mind around the fact that this could have been a misunderstanding. Not sure why they were so protective of their restroom. Very strange and very poor customer service to be honest.

I've shopped at this location several times and always had a good experience but my last visit here was my last. The cashier was incredibly rude and had an attitude with me because I needed to do separate transactions and needed change. After this I expressed how horrible her attitude and how rude and b***chy she was being and the manager (I assume) followed me into the parking lot and asked me not to come here anymore because of my words but took no accountability for how her cashier's lack of customer service was. I admit I was wrong but the cashier was also wrong and was an uncalled for amount of rudeness. Had she not been so rude from the time I got to the check-out counter, none of this would have transpired.

After standing in line to wait my turn, I had issues with a card making my money dissappear after paying for gas. I should not have been made to go through the line again when only $20.00 on two is the transaction. My time is also valuable! I feel walked on, and treated as my time is not important where everyone else's is. The Manager even backed the cashier up on this.

Avoid if you need a restroom. We've just stopped to fill our tank and expected to use the restroom. The store clerk told us there is "NO RESTROOM!" (capitalized to emphasize voice tone and volume). I clarified saying we were getting gas and she insisted there is no restroom. Two thoughts:1. When I'm traveling i expect to get gas, a beverage, and use the bathroom in one stop so I won't visit this store again.2. By WA law if there is an employee restroom it must be offered to customers if there are 3 or more employees on duty. I hope the employees have a restroom to use. I didn't count the employees in the store but this could also have been a violation of state law.

Hands down the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. Alleged 'manager' was extremely rude. I hope this store gets shut down as fast as it opened. If we absolutely have to have more 7-Elevens in this city, they need to be 100% better than this one. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

DISCRIMINATION NOTICE PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE***incident occured 6/28/22 @ 715amThis store had nothing posted on it and when i came in mind you after already having shopped here three times in the last three days with my backpack i was told to leave it up front. Now my backpack has a ton of valuable electronics in it and i have money and so i explained this and then was told it didnt matter. Well i explained without a sign it’s discrimination because then they can just pick and choose based on how they feel towards someone. Then this larger woman said she was going to call the cops to which i replied that she should and then left. The original lady was an older african american woman and then the manager was a plus sized blonde that was probably in her 60s but i cant tell for sure because she was eating a donut and i couldnt understand her very well. Dont go to stores that discriminate.

Come in here everyday for lunch and everyday there's something wrong. Coffee machines down no cups. And when you tell the manage they are rude. Don't come in here then is what they say. Nah! How about you get off your lazy rear-end and do something. I guess I'll just keep coming in and wasting all the cups and stuff. Choke yourself 7/11

7-Eleven is a great store was great products just thing of the slurpee's. A lot have gas stations which was my recent stop. It was the best price which was nice for my wallet.

Great staff very polite and knowledgeable friendly and speedy attention love this location and its employees however the last several trips to this location there entire freezer section was completely empty I mean absolutely nothing inside of it no food or ice cream not even bags of ice.

I tried to buy ice cream but the case was locked. A sign said to ask an employee to open it. The two employees told us they don't open the ice cream case until 7AM. ?? What?? They acted like I should know that already.

One of the cleanest 7-Eleven I have been in to in quite a while, so organized. Surprise to see the drink machines working. Curtis was very friendly, helpful and professional. Angel was also very friendly and helpful.

Horrible location to get gas at. It's on a 1-way road on the north side and a turn right only from the front. Then there's the selection. Their hot counter has almost nothing in it. Almost never a pizza ready. The 1 time they did, it was a cheese pizza! WTH?? And the staff is argumentative when you point any of this out. 2 stars because.. well, can't justify a 1 star. But it's close.

not open 24 hours . Seen a flow of traffic come and be told they are not open and it says on door closed for temporary time. It's been hour it's almost 4am . Here is just a three min span of cars and people being rejected . I guess they make enough not having paying customers use the store during hours of operation and a sucirty guard present and paid as well. If corporate sees this I hope they know this location is failing to provide any service .
