New cashier is rude and disrespectful, other girl is much better. Had a hand written note to say they were closed but the doors were unlocked and employees were present, lady hollered across the store at me instead of walking over to explain. Unacceptable. I go here every morning for breakfast and ha e had the same lady grunt at me, clear her throat and tap on the screen repeatedly, and similar rude things. Just because I don't like to talk first thing in the morning when I get my coffee???

I saw the attached sign and figured I'd stop in and take advantage of the deal. Once I finished filling up my drink and making my hot dog I got to the checkout and the total came up to $3.50! When I asked the cashier she told me there was $1.50 in tax that was bringing it from $2 to $3.50. What?! I tried to press her on it, but was told to pound sand. I ended up leaving without a hot dog or a drink.0/10 Not Recommended

Sales associate Tina is awful and is going to chase customers away. Long long time customer here and if she's working I won't go back. She threw my change at my because she was mad I had a second transaction. She told me I had to do it all in one. When I've never done it before she was telling customers to go get this to riing up ect. Shes bad for business I'm telling you. She can't stand properly and never should she throw things at customers. She doesn't need a csr job.

As I walk into the shop today (04/07/2021 at approximately 11:15 till 11:23 am), I noticed that there was a few people in there just browsing around for potential purchases including myself. I also noticed 2 employees (maybe one was a manager, I don't know, but he did disappear into the back office for some time and never came back out for the remainder of my visit to the store, so who knows?), One of which continued to stand in place and off to the side of another cashier who was already working and trying to get customers through. During this time, he continued to stand there and watch the other cashier work while doing nothing as there was already a line of people formed behind me. It was only when I had finally reached the cash registers (where the other person was diligently working), that he chose to start servicing the customers that was already behind me in an attempt to alleviate the volume of customers that the woman herself was already serving. While he was standing off to the side, he looked right at me and at the other customers in line and doing nothing about the situation, and all I could think of in my head was to ask why is he not helping when he appeared perfectly capable of doing so? And when he took the cash register to help the customers behind me, it would appear that my assumption of him and his training was correct, but I'm still stumped as to why he just stood there watching the scene as it was unfolding and choosing to do nothing.Don't get me wrong, I love 7-Eleven as much as the next guy, and I don't mind any of the stores operating the way they do, but it just seems odd to me because that has never been an occurrence at any of the stores except for this one today. At this particular location, I have witnessed this similar occurrence on a few other occasions, but this is the first time I'm speaking on it here, and this was actually the most irritating instance of the previous similar visits which I've paid to the store over the last 6 months.My advice: if somebody isn't trained to be on the cash register, then having them work behind the counter is probably not a good idea because he's giving the impression that he does know how to operate the cash register and is just too lazy to take action when needed. Even if there's only one other guy in line and he's standing around doing nothing, maybe take decisive action to get that customer served so that the customer can be on their way a little faster is definitely a good idea to start considering. If they aren't qualified to run a cash register, then train them, or if you need him or her to do something as an employee, then figure out something for them to do so that they're not giving any illusions to people that they're just standing around doing nothing, because that type of display is irritating especially to guys like me who have to work for a living and don't get to just stand around waiting for work to happen. At my job, we get yelled at for it and we get told if we aren't looking for work they'll send us home, and if we do that enough times we'll get wrote up and fired for it.

Not only did I have customer service issues just a few days ago, now I find out from my financial institution that the corporation requested that my funds be held until 8 days after a transaction that 711 is responsible for. I am not going to be able to work all weekend because they are holding my funds all the way through the weekend collecting interest on my hard earned wages! I'm beyond furious, and helpless. Gas money that would have got me to work this weekend. NEVER AGAIN GET GAS AT 711. BOYCOTT

Like others have explained, this store is not open 24 hours. It's usually closed when I visit in the evening. I decided to look at the busy hours for this store, and Google maps shows that the store has no traffic between 12am and 5am every day. In the description it also states that 711s may be closed between those hours in order to sanitize, which I believe is a newer thing they implemented because of COVID-19. Not all 711 stores close between 12am-5am anymore, most are open 24 hours again, but this one STILL closes for the entire 5 hours Mon-Fri. Sat. and Sun. appear to close earlier, around 7pm. Hope this helps!

Went in. Ask to use the bathroom. 1 employee was gonna give me the key. An employee from another store was there and started being rude about it and then they refuse to give the key. Idk why everyone refuses to allow customers to use the bathroom now but it's ridiculous. I didn't purchase anything and went elsewhere.

The store is supposedly supposed to be 24hrs. There's an employee inside. He hears me knock and goes to the back. When I approach the door he goes to the back. Then he finally sees and hears me keeps saying he's closed. I asked what time you open he said 7am. It's 6:20am. Wow

I went to this 7 11 to get donuts and milk and when I am getting the donuts I set my phone down and forgot to pick it back up so I pay for my stuff I leave and realize I don't have it and go rushing back to the 711 and when I walk in and ask then if they seen it they couldn't give me a straight answer then finally they hand me a phone so I can call my phone. And it rings but no answer. I ask them if they could watch the camera and see what happened. And they refused. Both the manager and the owner said they wouldn't do it because they did not have to. I told them to call the police and I would wait til they got there so supposedly they called them. I was there waiting and of course the manager all the sudden found my phone exactly where I said I had left it and looked a million times. That man really tried to steal my phone. This place is horrible. Rude customer service and liars

This is the second time I've stopped here. Both times I opened the door to go in and have been yelled at that the store is closed??? WTH?? No closed sign, nothing! its 644pm who closes without closing? Doors not locked etc.. No explanation whatsoever! I will NEVER come back to this location!

Me and my son stopped in for slushies to get out of the stop and go traffic for a bit yesterday. The gal that helped us was very pleasant and outgoing. My only complaint would be the few people outside loitering.

Not happy I walked up to the store on my lunch about 5:15 pm and both employees were outside smoking and said the store was closed till they were done and had a parking lot full of cars. I have never had that happen and I go there all the time for lunch.

For over 6 years we have stopped at this 7-11 almost every week on our travels. We will a no longer shop there since the last couple of stops the bathroom was "Out of Order". Really!

Tried to stop in for a quick slurpee. Two bums standing out front. Couldn't even get the car in park before the bums tried to approach and harass me. Just put the car in reverse and left. I'll take my money elsewhere.

People seem to be nitpicky about this location. It's by far the cleanest 7-11 in the area and stocks a wide selection of treats. I never expect great service from a convienience store so I never pay attention to those matters. Just buy your slurpee and go about your day.

A gas station without fuel. It's misleading having the same name as a fuel stop. Overpriced merchandise, did not even see an employee, and the co-op ATM is deposit only. 7eleven also has a $10 max cash back policy. Not very helpful if needing to get cash.

I walk in this 711 today the girl was mopping the floor was friendly, she asked how was I, I figured she had real good customer services, so I spoke too, and was telling her my car just broke down, so I went to fix a couple ice coffee for me and my girlfriend she waited outside to call a tow truck, I came to counter to pay for my coffee, the other employee was Just walking in from outside and told her he got the next customer, I payed and walk out to give my girlfriend her coffee, she was still on the phone with the tow man, I purchased my drink at 6:40 at 6:43 another customer was leaving the 711 telling me they called the police on us, for standing on there property when i just purchased a drink because I was thirsty this is the worst customer service.... I had just explained that car was broke down this place sucks

So I was in the store on 6/8/2017 to buy a pack of smokes and a coffee, when my significant other and I walked up to the counter there was this African American gentleman was the cashier that night and there was a young female trying to purchase some items from the store and her card wasn't working, So the nice young lady offered us other customers to go ahead and check out while she figures out what's going on, after she said that the Cashier Gentleman told us no she needed to finish what she was doing before he would help us and mind you this was all over a couple bags of sunflower seeds that are 99 cents and I'm spending triple that amount already, anyhow he then proceeds to accuse her of trying to steal them and is making a huge heated argument and scene over the whole situation so finally the lady just left mind you I should have to, when she left he was calling her a thief in front of all the 5 people in line and was very rude when we went to the counter so we kindly asked for a pack of Marb menthols and placed our coffee on the counter, he asked for I.D and we provided such as he angrily stared at it and started to mumble some "words of wisdom" under his breath" after he confirmed we were over the age to buy them he then threw my I.D at me and we checked out we immediately left before I gave him some of my own "words of wisdom" I will not come back here ever again after that, I find it very unprofessional and not up to the standards of a fortune 500 company in my opinion and that gentleman needs to be fired or disciplined for his actions.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I stop here I'm greeted by the neighborhood drug pushers and peddlers!! It's awful! The staff does nothing! It's like the hang out spot for them. Done with this one!
