They always take such great care of my corgi and give her love while I’m away. I enjoy the the different bandanas she comes home with. After her groom her undercoat looks much better!* her last groomer at a different location she was afraid to go to, but here she loves to go and has no issue. I would recommend!

They SAVED MY DOG'S LIFE!! I took my elderly Pekingese here for grooming and she stopped breathing, the owner performed CPR and saved my sweet dog. Because of this incident, I was able to get a diagnosis for my dog and she is now receiving appropriate medical treatment. I learned that not all groomers have CPR training, so both my dog and I are very lucky that we went to Hot Dogz! In addition to that they give great haircuts and are wonderful people.

Great shop, very friendly and excellent dog groomers! I have a 40 lb Australian labradoodle and Debbie does an amazing job, really takes her time and has a lot of pride in her work. I would highly recommend her.

I have three very large rotties whose nails have been neglected during this pandemic. Took them all three in this morning. They were terrified, there was some drama. These gals were so kind, professional and patient with my big babies. Highly recommend. Highly recommend.

My little dog was afraid. Only time there and she's a Rescue who is skeptical at first. The groomer squeezed us in for nail clip. The groomer put her on the table in the noose. My dog was afraid and instead of calming her, she tried to muzzle her (she didn't even growl). She turned her back on the noosed, terrified dog, who jumped to get away! My dog was hanging by her neck and the groomer grabbed the lead and pulled her up by her neck! I’ve since discovered permanent and serious damage was done to her hyoid bones. We will found an alternative groomer and will never return!

Kathy and her team are amazing! Their care of our 3 dogs is always top notch and our dogs always look great! We are very thankful for a local groomer who loves our dogs as much as we do!!!

4 times associate cut my dogs nails too short, drawing blood and causing pain. My dog was trying to protect herself and had to have a muzzle placed on her. Once I can understand, but four? Blood stopper was applied four times. This has not happened on other visits, but I will not return.

I have a dog I adopted from the Humane Society, just a BIT antisocial🙄; I don't know who had trimmed her nails before but they really needed it. Took two, then requested another but onve she got on the table she actually did pretty good. I'm DEFINITELY taking her back.

After looking for a new groomer since we are new to the area, I took my lil guy to Hot Dogz based on a recommendation from a local. They were able to get him in within a day on a weekend, which is a plus. They followed my instructions perfectly, which were vague in some respects and specific in others. Somehow he came out looking exactly how I’d wanted. They do the whole works for the grooming (even brushing his teeth!) and their prices simply couldn’t be beat. He also smelled clean without being doused in doggie cologne like at some other places. To top it off they were done an hour early and gave him a festive holiday scarf! Also the customer service was great, they were very friendly and made sure he was cut just the way I wanted. #bowiebear will be back for sure!

Deb and the crew always do a fantastic job on my labradoodle. She always looks the same after being groomed which is really important to me. They seem to really care about the animals in their care. I highly recommend!

AWESOME business with ladies to match. We took our two kittens in for a nail trim, and we couldn't have been happier. We were told we didn't need to make a reservation for the next day BUT we did arrive when it was suggested we show up. The young lady we spoke to the day before was not in, she had just left moments before we arrived. This was cause for a bit of concern with the ladies that were in, but even though you could see they had their hands full with two large dogs in the back, they took care of our kittens without fail. I swear we had the two of them in and out in under ten minutes (this exercise for us at home would have taken at least an hour with frayed nerves at the end for all concerned :-) The service was professional, attentive, caring and reasonably priced. LOVE Hot Dogz & Kool Catz.... we shall return for the next round of primping!!!

First 3 times I took my dog for nail trim everything was great. This last time all employees seemed new and my dog yelped several times during nail trim. I watched one groomer getting a tangle out and she was pulling hair out of the skin. I felt bad for the dog. PET OWNERS, Please take time at home to gently comb/brush your pet so it won't be hurt at groomers. Dogs feel pain and this was unnecessary.

If you want a groomer who truly loves dogs and can give them an amazing haircut, Hot Dogz is where it’s at! The Grooming Salon, has a warm and cozy environment , clean....with all those dogs and their hair flying everywhere, p. I don’t know how but clean it is! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they actually answer the phone when you call!!! I am personal friends with the owner Kathy, she has a special spot in my heart, take your dogs to her Salon, you won’t be disappointed 😁

Hot Dogz (& Cool Catz) is phenomenal. We brought our cotton. Fluffy cat in because a few hair knots had grown into one Giant shell. And our cat had strong opinions about us trying to comb him. Our dog loves this place and that speaks volumes. There is never a long wait for an appointment. Our dog gets a kerchief every time and they even gave him a toy as a present last time. The woman who owns the business is very kind-hearted and treats our dog like he is her own. Highly recommend!

Facility is really small and have a lot of dogs on the tables. It seems to stress out the dogs. Groomer would seem to listen to what I wanted done but my dog was never "done" and things were missed i.e. trim around eyes or tail or nails not cut, etc.Not very professional.

The lady I had who trimmed my wild man's nails was very kind about his... *ahem* "sweet temperament" 😂 She allowed me to assist when he got too much to handle. 10/10 will be going back, but will be asking for a muzzle for little man next time.
