I have lived in this area my whole life and this store has never been this bad. instead of spending money revamping and reorganizing the shelves, they should've made sure that they had good produce that wasn't nearly rotten or moldy. never coming to this location again

I have a love hate thing going on with this store. Mostly love the Bakery, Deli and Specialty items we can't seem to find anywhere else. Love The boar's Head roast beef. Hate the prices.

Needing a few items, we popped into Haggan. Locals say it’s more expensive but they do have a wide variety of items, including international food and produce. There’s a Starbucks inside too.

They have some good customer service, they are good if you really can't go anywhere else but a bit pricey. I paid 2x the amount for same kind/size/amount of berries from Freddy's I think milk was a Lil bit higher price too and other things. I still shop there when I need to for local support. Have no problem going back

Whatever you guys did to the honey glazed chicken it’s not good anymore. Bring back the old recipe. Also multiple times employees are closing up the Chinese food place early and it seems they do this frequently. Some of us work till 6 and after. If you’re open till 7 or 8 stay open the entire time or change your hours.

Way too pricey. Feel that take advantage of being the only major grocery store in a small town.Honestly it's worth the drive to Fred Meyer in Bellingham. They have better prices and better selection.

Well stocked grocery store with quality items priced competitively with larger chains. The produce here is very good, and there is an excellent selection within each department to choose from. Service is friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stop by to pick up essentials when you are vacationing in the area, or simply passing through.

Older guy cashier (late 40 early 50) with glasses. Could would it hurt him to say hi hello thank you. Looks at the next guy in line after I pay $80 overpriced groceries smiles at him and asks if he would like any bags ignoring me with my receipt. I guess he's too full of himself andxconfident in his cashier ability at 50.

Lots of parking. Deli is pretty good. Bakery is pretty much the same. Prices are way too high for the area!!! Was planning on doing a full shop and decided the prices are better in Bellingham.

The price is unbeatable and my bouquet was absolutely beautiful. They even incorporated my grandmothers necklace into my bouquet, so it was like having her with me. My bouquet was $45 and my bridesmaids bouquets were $20 each. They were easy to work with. Rachel even gave me her phone number so I could text her photos of bouquet styles I liked. Dinora did the designing.

It's an outstanding grocery store. The Asian hot food, along with the service deli is a definite lunch or s,acknowledged stop. Fresh rotated produce, a bakery that can indulge a sweet-tooth, and a meat department lean meats and nicely marbled steaks. The seafood will round out your surf-n-turf desires.I could go on and on, so, suffice to say that you pay a touch more on some items, but it's well worth it.

Great place to shop, it's clean and well organized. Don't forget to visit the pastry shop. Most items are at par with Canadian prices, but don't forget the exchange rate!

I put 3 boxes of cereal in my cart because instead of each box priced at around $6, there was a tag saying they were on sale for $1.99 each. Went to checkout and the (very nice) clerk said that the price was only available as a digital coupon after you download their app on your phone. He said it would take awhile to do so, so I should go home and download it and use it next time I shopped. When Haggen used the key fob card, or just had us input our phone number, the deals came up automatically. Using a phone app adds an inconvenient task at checkout. Worse, it discriminates against shoppers who aren't comfortable using a phone app. My 84 year old flip-phone using, Social Security fixed income mom would not be able to use a phone app. I've shopped here for years and would typically give the store a five star review. So disappointed.

My favorite grocery store when I come into town! The store is clean, well stocked, and have hard to find items. Their deli/seafood and bakery has lots of great finds. I come here for my mozerella whips. The floral department has gorgeous arrangements, their wine/spirits have a huge selection. And ready to order food has great presentation!
