Pharmacy was great. Always have an easy shopping trip here, although sometimes there is nobody up front when you go in. Not a greeter near unless it's the security guard. They need more employees

This is the best pharmacy around! A special shout out and appreciation for Bao who has helped me more than once with different concerns and questions. He never hesitates to help and takes the time necessary to understand and explain. They are prompt, kind, thoughtful, caring and helpful.I had been so frustrated with (Ill call it W). pharmacy I had gone to for years. The staff at this Rite Aid pharmacy is great and I have had none of the issues I had at the other. Excellent customer service. They are open all day. They answer the phone. They are not constantly out of stock. They get through their lines quickly. They have enough staff working there.Thanks for being there and taking care of your customers!

Our pharmacy we go to is not open on the weekends so I had to go here a couple of times for urgent medications.Working in the field many moons ago I must say I was very impressed how they took care of us. Great customer service and help from the clerk tech up front to the pharmacist both times.Thank you for a great experience durning a stressful situation I was face both times. I know personally how busy it can get.

Pharmacy wouldn't give me my prescription and got mouthy with me and blamed the computer even though my doctor literally called and talked to them. I had the whole booklet from the hospital that I had just left showing that I was meant to get my meds but he didn't care at all. Drop off guy is nice, the pickup girl is nice, other dude is really rude and unhelpful and doesn't understand that people have lives. They wouldn't give me SEIZURE MEDICATION! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and take my business to somewhere more competent. My family has had issues with this pharmacy for years and finally said enough is enough. Bye bye!

I was shopping in Rite aid in twin lakes and received such great customer service that for sure I will go back again and again. Thank you to the lovely girl associate. She was such a doll.

Why does this place always look like it’s just about to close down?They are always out of about 50% of their stock and most of what is left is damaged. Employees are great, though.

I use this pharmacy because it's one of the only ones that carried my medication. However, it is never ever ever ready. I'll get a text saying it's time to pickup, and I'll go pickup and they'll say they can't fill it for 3 days. I'll go 3 days later and they'll say it'll be ready in 30 minutes so I come back the next day and it's another 30 minute wait. Quite frankly, it's infuriating. I've never had such awful service with a pharmacy and I really wish I could go somewhere else. Ugh. Do NOT recommend. *** I would like to add, the people are nice. They are kind, it's just clearly some disorganization or lack of fluency between the tech and the staff or something*

I absolutely hate this pharmacy customer service is the worst! I go through express script but there are a few meds I get for my son here because I need it asap however no type of professionalism which is sad because your dealing with people's medication. Hate to feel like I'm at the mercy of others rite aide needs to better!

Had the most amazing experience with the pharmacist and Junius and Cortney at the counter.I’ve been battling with an illness that could be relieved with an over-the-counter medication. The pharmacist was attentive and helpful, then recommended a medicine that has worked!I went to the front and met a young man named Junius who was working behind the counter. I had a mask on and was coughing and he said “I hope you feel better soon .” For a split second I just stood there and stared at him because it’s rare to get that type of care and genuine sincerity anymore. I told him thank you, and we engaged in conversation while he rang up my purchase.He then told me about the seasonal sale on umbrellas and the base. Not only did I buy it but others bought them too. I do believe others in line were just as impressed as I was with Junius!Cortney assisted us by going out of her way to get the umbrella we wanted that was in the back.Rite Aid, you have a great team in the Federal Way store off of 336th, and Junius and Cortney made our experience exceptional!

Okay, first off, I wish I could rate the pharmacy differently than the rest of the store. So the best I can do is give an "average" of both.The store itself gets a 1.5 stars from me. The staff can be rude at times, but not always. They're definitely more aloof and they seem put out when you ask them for assistance. Half the time, the security guard at the door looks like they don't want to be there and barely acknowledges that you've walked by.The store, currently, has been undergoing a reshuffling of their stock, so it can be forgiven that the shelves aren't all properly stocked - but to be fair, this was a problem prior to their "restructuring".The store's cleanliness varies from day to day. Sometimes it looks like it's been kept up, and on others, it looks like the staff couldn't be bothered.Now, the pharmacy on the other hand rates a 5 and a half stars. Truly these people are some of the best people on the planet. The pharmacist and pharm techs are amazing. Very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help you out. One of the techs knew us from when we were customers at the other Riteaid location (which I won't go into here), and he remembered me and my family from years earlier. He went out of his way to make us feel so welcomed after being so poorly treated at the other location. Everyone in the pharmacy department are super and very easy to work with. I cannot stop saying good things about these folk. It's just too bad that they're stuck associated with the other part of the store.

Still not willing to trust this business again at this time but the problematic employee is now working elsewhere. Unsure about the two security guards who endanger the safety of others but I'm choosing to assume they are gone as well. As long as I have reason to believe the people causing me problems are no longer associated with or supported by this business and that I will have no further issues there is no reason to not remove the details. I can always add them back if it becomes nessissary. Raising the star rating to neutral.

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. They tell you one thing, and then do another. I went in for covid shot. If I stayed it would have interfered with meetings I had, so I went back later, a different employe told me that they were closing in 15 min (@8:30 they close at 9.) And they would not be doing the shots. I showed the time on my phone (8:32pm) she still said to come back tomorrow.

Well organized, the employees are courteous and friendly. The shelves seem a little bit empty so the selection for certain products was lacking. The pharmacy although efficient needs to hire more to help. Every time I've been there to pick up or drop off a prescription there is only one pharmacist and one checker and you typically will be standing in line for 5 to 10 minutes. Overall for what the store is I like coming to this particular rite aid because it's clean, close by and beats having to wait through the crowds at Fred Meyer.

Honestly the nicest Ride aid I’ve been to. Every time I walk in they always say Hi and welcome me in! I believe the managers name is a Courtney and she is beyond helpful!

Just went there to purchase items and checker was trying to scan a soda for herself and couldn't do it. Then moves to the spot next to her and ask the lady behind me up next. When I was next. I just left the stuff on the counter and left. What kind of mess is that. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing and her trainer didn't correct her.

I guess the pandemic has stores desperate to hire just anybody and it shows, Pharmacy staff included! For starters no one greets customers they just stare & assumes everyone is going to steal smh. The pharmacy is HORRIBLE and staff is RUDE! They will have you on hold for an hour, if you are even able to get ahold of them! The drive thru is closed! Takes them at least 5 minutes to even acknowledge you are in line. I have literally tried calling the past 2 days even when they first open and nothing!!! Always putting me on hold, but no one ever comes back to assist me. I will not be back to this raggedy store ever again.

IF YOU WANT FREE DRINKS SHOP HERE -So I just got out of the ER and was waiting on a prescription. So while I was walking around I grabbed some drinks. The line was long at the register and pharmacy so I had a few sips of the drink. When I got to the cashier to pay, he refused to let me pay and said walking around drinking stuff is thievery. I informed him that’s incorrect it would be thievery if I tried not to pay for it, he told me he works here not me so he’s not allowing me to pay for something I already drank from and go to Safeway as he’s sure they would let me walk around drink stuff and then pay.I would actually pay money to hear the conversation with his manager of how he let me drink stuff for free and then refused to let me pay. Hey free drinks . Can’t say I’m upset but in hard times I figured I’d spread the word of free drinks ❤️❤️

We went to this location on Saturday November 20th, 2021 to get a prescription for our son filled. We had taken him to urgent care and this was the closest pharmacy that was still open. We arrived at 7:20pm, mind you the pharmacy did not close until 8pm. I waited to get help at the pharmacy counter for about 5 minutes until someone greeted me. I explained that we had a prescription called in and was wanting to know how long it would take to fill (I was planning on browsing the store while I waited). He looked up my prescription then said let me check with the pharmacist. Without looking at what needed to be filled at first she stated, we close in 30 minutes, no. He then replied to me that it couldn’t be filled tonight. I again explained that this was urgent and severe, my son needed to start treatment tonight. He called the pharmacist over so she could look at what the prescriptions were. As she was looking and they were talking amongst themselves, I said it was for topical ointments my son needed to start tonight and emphasized on how severe it was. Very rudely she said I know I am talking to him and then said to me, no we cannot fill it tonight. I turned away very upset and shaking on how rude I was treated. We ended up having to drive back I urgent care to explain what happened and get the prescription sent over to Walgreens in Lakewood. The Walgreens in Lakewood was able to have it filled in 10 minutes and apologized to us for the way we were treated. I normally get my prescriptions at Rite Aid but I will NEVER go back and will be getting everything done at Walgreens. If the product is available to be filled and the store is open, the customer should be helped. I am very upset on how we had to waste our time to go to that store only to be treated rudely and turned away. If I could give less than a one star rating I totally would.

The pharmacy staff is rude. I talked to 3 different people from yesterday and today. You would think the customer service would be better . 1. When you call they say hold and slam the phone . 2. The audittude from speaking to 3 diffrent people makes me feel like there was a problem that I was calling to check on my prescription. 3. Me and my mother been comming here since the 90's I can see why people are leaving this pharmacy and picking up from CVS or fredmyers instead.

I had a prescription called in for emergency refill. Drs. office thought this was 24hr location. I called pharmacist and said i would arrive right at 10 pm. I drove 30 miles to get here. Upon arrival at 9:59 pm i walked to the pharmacy and there were 2 people working talking and on their phone. I asked if i can get my prescription and was told they are closed and to come back later. I explained it was an emergency medication and they did not care. I asked if they could please make an exception since i was already in the store at 9:59 the associate insisted u come back tomorrow. I found this completly unacceptable. I will never go here again.

Customer service is not great.Maybe people at the pharmacy are tired and stressed out and need new job or vacation or something.I feel sorry for them.
