the most attentive, professional, high quality grooming service I have ever experienced. they have so much knowledge, love, and care for animals, therefore it’s really comforting to know every dog is treated with so much attention, love, and care. i took 2 of my maltese for a grooming service, and the cut itself is was precise and beautiful. the most cutest, magazine looking puppy cut. cut was so clean, sharp, and precise. i can’t staring at my puppies because how cute the cut is ! i recommend this place to anyone who wants to give their dog a wonderful grooming experience with the most loving owners who has so much knowledge !definitely not your average grooming salon, the environment in here is bright, welcoming, warm, and seems fun for the dogs :)

We decided to change groomers after 1 year, 4 months, with the same groomer. It was a difficult decision. But we made the decision for two reasons: 1) Our Goldendoole was terrified when we dropped her off at the old groomer. 2) The previous groomer was excellent for more than 1 year with our puppy's face. And then something happened. Three times in a row they deviated far from what we were seeking in the face.The first thing I noticed about Puppy Luv was the customer service. This was evident when we called to make an appointment. We were shopping around. Puppy Luv went above/beyond. The next thing I noticed was when we dropped her off at Puppy Luv. The detail they put into understanding what we wanted was appreciated. It was a 10-minute session with pictures and discussions. They seemed to know what they were doing. Third, they have a puppy daycare there that seems impressively run. No small cages. This is a "fun" daycare not just a place to leave a dog. How one treats animals is important with a groomer. I liked what I saw.When we picked up our Goldendoodle she was cut perfectly to the specifications we agreed upon! After three "fails" in a row at our previous groomer we were basically expecting something to go wrong. The legs, body hair length, ears, between the toes, and the face were all more than cut - they were designed.We have tried overall three groomers now. One stood out: Puppy Luv. So we are returning. And hopefully the consistency is there, because this first time we visited was awesome!Here is a before and after photo of our Puppy (birthday photo is 9 days before she visited Puppy Luv and the after photo is 3 days after she visited Puppy Luv). I wish I had thought to do an immediately before and after photo. Sorry!

I took my two fur babies in for a bath and groom. They did a fantastic job on both. I am so very happy and I will be coming back. Also the customer service was excellent. They asked what I kind of work we wanted and they did just that. They also keep me in the loop when it took a little longer with the both of them. Thank you so very much I will definitely be returning.

I’m all about supporting local business however I had a terrible experience at this establishment. After my dog got a haircut I was told the prices were raised. Additionally after getting groomed my dog continuously to tear up in one eye - my suspicion is that they injured her eye during the haircut and they failed to tell me this occurred.

10/10 recommend! I brought my small Maltipoo for her first haircut and I didn't even recognize her during pickup. She was beautiful!!!! The customer service was amazing, and I will for sure be a returning customer. :)

Jay is amazing! I called today and he made time for my 4.5 month old Corgi to trim the nails and cut her butt hair the later that afternoon. He is an extremely passionate guy who loves and cares for dogs. 5 minutes with him and you can see it for yourself. I am happy we found our forever groomer for our puppy dog!

First time here. I brought in my 3 1/2 year old French bulldog that I never had to get her nails done because we walk her a lot but because of the cold weather she had to get them done and it was impossible for me to do them, she is very snippy and they were able to handle her and did a wonderful job.and also did my 15 week old Frenchie with care, super satisfied for the cost, quickness and kindness. I did buy my own set of clippers coming soon but if I can’t do them, I will be coming back.

Our one year old Double Doodle got his first real haircut today and we could not be happier with the outcome! He’s a big boy at 80 pounds lol but the results speak for themselves. Amazing !!

I brought my rescued miniature poodle here today. He was in kinda rough shape. They called me to tell me that the cut I wanted wasn't possible because of all of the mats. I told them to do whatever they think is best. I'm impressed, they did a great job! Very friendly people, they clearly care about the dog's. I plan to come here regularly.

Jay, the groomer was wonderful!! I took my nine month old female puppy Maddie to him because when I bathed her her fur flew all over the house which was an awful mess! So, after reading their great reviews, I took her to Jay. When I picked her up she looked like she'd lost 20 pounds. She smelled great, was happy and well cared for. Jay explained some things to me about the condition of her skin that I didn't know, and gave me good advice as to how to care for it. I highly recommend Puppy Love because Jay is so good with animals and Maddie was so happy when she came home.

I adopted my dog almost 3 years ago and she came with many issues. I have been going to Puppy Luv for years but taking this one due to her issues is almost embarrassing. Princess had her hair cut last Saturday and she is so happy, she was also very happy when I picked her up. She usually has such an attitude when I do anything out of her norm. The owners our beyond wonderful. There isn't enough I can say about them except thanks for all you do for my crazy (little bit bad) girl.

After a TERRIBLE experience at a large corporate groomer, I started looking for a new groomer for my almost 2y/o GSD (he has been groomed at several locations across 2 states since he was 12 weeks old!). I reached out to Jae and WOW what an amazing groomer and person! He shared he had a bad experience with a GSD that bite him in the past but was willing to meet my guy. After an introduction meeting, Jae took the chance and I’m so glad he did!!! Jae did a FANTASTIC job with my GSD. I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you are on the fence please give Jae a try! He does a great job and cares about the animals he services. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The best place for your loved ones!! My little puppy’s first grooming, the owner was so friendly, and nice.I could totally leave my puppy with comfortable feeling.The place was very nice and clean, great environment for dogs.They did a great job on my little puppy. She’s maltipoo. She looked like a princess after got groomed. Amazing.I was very impressed. The most of all, I could tell the owner’s passion and care for dogs.I’m so glad I found this place. Two thumbs up!!!

Best place for grooming your doggies. The owners are so passionate about what they do and care so much for your animals. They are so knowledgeable about dogs and very accommodating. This is the best place to board your dogs. They treat them like their own kids. I was very comfortable leaving my 2 puppies with them for 7 days.

I have tried other pet groomers and puppy luv is by far the best groomer not only because of their work but their compassion and customer service. I always feel safe and trust them 100% with my bichon frise. They are honest and always goes above and beyond. They recently helped me with few dogs that needed grooming for adoption. After she found out they were getting adopted, she went out of her way grabbed extra dog supplies and even offered to baby sit them awhile until they found new owners. I was amazed on their compassion. I highly would recommend them to all my fur parents!!

This place is wonderful.They provide only the best service and care at an affordable cost.You can tell how much the owners love dogs they have 10+ dogs of their own some who were abandoned by previous owners.Our puppy Luca loves coming here and absolutely loves them.They have free hassle free parking in the front lot and also sell snacks, toys, and cute outfits for your doggo if you want spoil your dog after their fresh cut.They also offer dog boarding if you're going out of town.Tips: Call and make a reservation before you come by. If they pick up in Korean just ask for the owner that speaks English. Sometimes they're pretty busy so they'll call you back and let you know available slots.We wouldn't take our members of our family anywhere else and have highly recommended Puppy Luv to all our family and friends.

They didn’t blow dry my puppy and her grooming took over 2 hours which was longer than we were instructed. We could tell the quality was much worse than our first time here, missed spots, red marks on my puppy’s legs and leftover hair all over my puppy. This is a small puppy with short fur so I was very disappointed by how little attention she received by the groomer. Price was $5 more since a month ago and the guy who works in the shop smoke just outside the store and handle the dogs right after. I never recommend this shop.

Love this place! I have been coming here for years! I will ONLY take my dogs here to get their hair cuts/boarded. They do such a great job and awesome customer service. Nobody else knows how to cut Yorkie’s hair, but this place 👍🏻💯.
