*New kitty is fitting in wellWe adopted our new kitty, Dr. Guy Furrious here a week ago and it was an easy process. The adoption came with a coupon book, flea treatment and bag of dry food and a case of wet food. He settling in nicely and we couldn't be happier.This store also has the nicest staff.

My Big dog loves walking around and greeting the staff and anyone who comes in while we are there. It’s a great place to bring your dog and practice their self control. We took a puppy class at the location in Tukwilla, but we live closer to this store so we do a lot of walking around and smelling in this store when it’s raining outside.

Always a nice vibe when I go here because they always have what I need. The smaller stores don’t carry everything so this one in federalway is my go to. Always enough parking and tons of shops in walking distance if you get your pet groomed here. I have been here for loulous grooming needs, but I live in Tacoma so it’s not as close anymore, but the groomers are all friendly and they do a wonderful job taking care of our fur family.

I don't normally go to PetSmart but my last visit was pleasant. The free santa event was what brought me to this location since there was nothing in my area. The selection of treats and stocking stuffers was surprisingly large. Had good sales. Had a great conversation with a very knowledgeable employee.

My dog has been going there since he was 6 weeks old. I didn't have any issue with them till the new Leader start working there. Our experience with her was very bad today. she's very rude and grumpy. she cares about store policy more than she cares about our pets. Every time I go there I put leach on my dog and handed to them so that way he know it's safe to go with them. I have been doing that since day one. A lot of dogs get stolen cause they don't have this type of training. My dog is trained different. nobody can't just walk up to him and put a leach on. My dog is very nice and friendly. He's the sweetest little dog I promise. In 2 years for the first time they refuse to bathe him because I didn't allow them to put leach on him and I guess the new policy says owner aren't allowed put leach on there pets. For the first time my dog looked terrified. Because they were being very rough with him.

This was the first time using the grooming services at this PetSmart. The groomer did a great job and we could discern no over due stress in our dog as can occur from so.e groomers.

I wanted to update my review after a moment of dissatisfaction. I reached out to their manager because my dog has an uneven funny haircut. The staff was not very nice when I brought up any issue. Long story short, thank you to manager Rizvi for taking take of my concerns and for making things right. I will come back again and update my review. I am hoping that their groomers and their service will stay consistent. My dog is happy and she looks incredible.

We love the grooming and the classes here. We have gone to several groomers locally and just wasn't happy with any of their work on our golden retriever. We love the groomers at pet smart. Our pitbull that we adopted is 3 years old and just has some bad habits. Christy at petsmart has been a great teacher and super patient with our girl.

Visited the Federal Way location today. There was an adoption event going on and the store was a bit chaotic. There was poop on the floor, puddles of piss on the floor. Everything was just dirty and unsanitary.

I love shopping at the store but I had a horrible experience with the grooming salon. The groomer cut my puppies nails so short. She was crying and was in so much pain. Not happy at all with this

This place is great. My little furball decided to throw us into a tizzy last month where we had to rush her to an emergency vet (Blue Pearl vet hospital is amazing btw) and they put her on a special diet. She's a small cat and they think she has kidney issues and the food they put her on is really helping her a lot and the only place I can find it is here. The staff is friendly and very helpful (it took me a minute to find her the correct prescription food...and when I say minute I mean a very loooong minute). Every time I have questions they never seem annoyed or irritated, even when they're busy.Forgive the picture, the original picture I took a woman just walked out of the store and it didn't feel right posting her picture on her without permission and I took a picture of I side the store but they seem busier than usual right now and I couldn't get a decent shot in without either a small child surprising me or someone not expecting a picture being taken. So, that being said, I just gave up on trying because I was starting to feel like a weirdo. :)Oh, one thing I would like to add, the parking lot is busy. Like often times you'll see stalls available at the front of the store but it's a trick and a trick I fall for every time. It's nice to park super close but when it's time to get out it's obnoxious to leave unless you're able to back in. :)

Vetco sucks at this location. Understaffed, unable to give vaccine that my dog's regular vet is able to because I didn't have the records with me, people with appointments waiting everywhere upset, unable to handle large dogs because of the understaffed conditions, felt bad for the staff, if one of those big dogs decided to fight it would result in serious injury or death to the poor staff, just awful. I've been to Vetco on 2 times prior, always a great experience elsewhere. Came all the way down from Burien on a Sunday to save a couple bucks, total waste of time. Guess I'll pay full price at my dogs primary care vets, I'll never be back for their Vetco services or anything else. Store was filthy too.

First time going for a groom for my dog. But the grooming area had fleas right at the counter and was messy. My dog came home highly anxious and acting standoffish the rest of the night and the entire next day. He was not the same after leaving the grooming session. Plus, his session, his paws were not trimmed down and he smelled bad after his wash. After almost 80 dollars for a deluxe treatment this is unacceptable. I will not be returning and not recommending petsmart for grooming services. Now a couple weeks since his vist, my dog has fleas. I am extremely unsatisfied. Especially with my first time having my dog groomed my a "professional." The "kids" back there looked to be early 20s or even late teens handling my dog. I should've took him somewhere else when I noticed the fleas I spoke up about.

It's a nice store, with good staff. We're adopting a kitten, and my 3rd grader had fun using the checklist provided by Petsmart (at the entrance) to make sure she got everything for her new responsibility. We'll see how long the litter box really stays in kiddo's bedroom.We also picked up some dog treats. The Iron Lady, here (17yo dachshund) carried this thing five laps thru the house, before finally giving up and collapsing on her own bed. She'll need a couple days to gnaw thru it, and she'll love every minute of it.

I love petsmart and so does my dog chip . A wide variety of clothing is what I love about this store.i found chip a Seahawk shirt and collar and he wears it proudly.we also visited Banfield vet. I will be taking him back for visits. Really caring staff.

Horrible customer service. I went to the aquatics section found what I needed, but no one was around. I ring the bell for assistance and a young girl walks up ask me if I rang the bell for help after say yes, I told her I did but the other customer was there first. Her reply yes she was here first kinda rudely. After waiting another 11 minutes for her to assist that customer walks up and ask for crickets. The associate then asked me if it was ok if she help the Second Lady as if I had not already been waiting and the one that initially called for help. Only difference between myself and two female customers were they were older and Caucasian and I’m younger African male. Poor service and I’ve been shopping with PetSmart nationwide since 2004. Never again!!!

I took my dogs here few times and it was okayTill I went this time and I had to turn back as it was a terrible start. The girl’s name is JenneeShe is so rude so unprofessional and definitely shouldn’t be working with pets.I wasn’t comfortable leaving my pups in her care. Totally careless and extremely rude.

One of the so called Managers told me they have no way of doing a return without the paper receipt and they have no way of looking it up.So I had to call customer support in Florida and spend 40 mins on the phone while they tracked it down and then emailed me a copy.The whole time I knew he lied and was just being lazy and on a power trip
