I am so happy with the results, I was a bit nervous at first because it was my baby's first haircut but it turned out amazing. The costumer service is excellent, the price is really good. I can't remember the name of the lady who did the haircut but it was a beautiful young lady, I cannot recommend her enough because she's really good at what she does. I'm in love with my baby's haircut!

When I say my dog is allergic to everything, I mean everything. (Including dog dander, so yes, shes allergic to herself). I spent the better part of three weeks researching brands and ingredients trying to help improve her quality of life. The owner was in the first time I visited and he and the store manager spent close to 45 minutes with us going through dog food so we could find one where she wasn't allergic to a majority of the ingredients. I've been back numerous times since and have never had a bad experience and my dogs coat has never looked better since we switched her.

Super friendly and helpful! Great prices and lots of selection! Found a perfect collar for my minpin that would have cost twice as much because it was a metal clasp. Definitely check this store out! Oh and their bug prices are awesome!!

My first time shopping experience has made me want to ditch the box store chains! This place has a huge natural food selection, including some hard to find brands at very competitive prices. We even got a CanadaPooch jacket on sale! The sales team was really friendly and helpful. I can't wait to shop here again for my dog and cat.

The selection of dog and cat food was amazing, but the exotic animal care was atrocious. Tropical reptiles/amphibians didn’t have enough substrate and what they had was not moist enough to hold the necessary humidity. The crested gecko had nasty food on the bottom of the tank when it should’ve been in an elevated bowl. The hamster and betta fish habitats for sale were all insultingly small and outdated. Please practice and model proper animal husbandry. Either don’t sell animals that you can’t care properly or do better.

This is absolutely THE BEST PET STORE!!! They ACTUALLY have amazing care for their animals and know how to properly take care of them. They don’t house solitary animals together and are open to feedback about animal care. They have the best prices for pets and supplies compared to petco or petsmart. Not to mention they have items that aren’t sold in other pet stores and can be hard to find. The employees are also so incredibly friendly and sweet. This store is THE PLACE to go for pet supplies and animals.

Hidden location but great place once you know where it's at. Wide selection of items for ones fur babies even a nice do it yourself bathing center for the fur babies. Staff are very attentive to help get patrons squared away.

Glad to see a new pet store in town! I’ve got 4 dogs, so I was glad to see the prices of the 30# bags of food I buy were even a couple of $$ less than where I buy now! Staff were very friendly! I like the astroturf potty area in front of the store, but they might need a hose available to keep it clean!

Always helpful staff, and decent deals through their rewards app. Clean store, and really well functioning pet wash station! I use the punch card which is well worth the investment compared to other grooming places nearby.

We came here for the first time to get our dog's nails trimmed and use the dog bay wash afterwards. All of it went perfectly smooth and the staff is super nice and helpful on getting that all started.

Did not do a lot of shopping at this time? In there, I'm giving them before. Because I wish to finish looking through the store and finish the review. I would say the store was kept Queen. Very well. Employee seem quite friendly, what's the supplies? And things to look at unfortunate. Do not have that time for that day, but definitely would recommend and check out their products. They have their, they also offer a dog Bath or watch their 2.

This store and staff are amazing! I came in during the soft opening, and found a pleasant and helpful staff! One of the employees helped me pick out some new dog food, helped me find the right rawhide alternative for my dog, and helped pick out some supplements for my older pup. The cute dog bakery items up front were so fresh! This is my favorite new store!

Staff was nice and helpful. But felt a bit frustrated after my first visit. I shopped around the store and picked out a bag of dog food, shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, dog treats, nail clippers and a dog toy. An easy $100+ total. When I got to the register, I realized I forgot my coupon I received in the mail for the grand opening. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she was disinterested. My experience is that most retailers have a copy of a coupon in the drawer to accommodate when a customer forgets theirs. I told her I’d have to come back later when I had my coupon, hoping that she would toss me a bone and give me the discount, but she didn’t, so I left everything behind, and walked out. I am surprised they would let a customer walk away over a 20% off coupon, but to each their own. I did return a week later and I witnessed the cashier pull that same coupon out of their drawer and use it for a customer. Huh. Just not a fantastic experience and other places to shop.

I love and appreciate every staff member here. Their communication and friendliness are above any pet store I've been in. Their prices are better than most pet stores as well. They have the most adorable pet bakery. Our dog loves almost everything in there. The best part is that we're supporting local people and business. A local lady makes them!Our dog had her spa day, and the ladies there are so sweet with our dog (half German Shepherd and half Husky). They do an amazing job with her.They know we will be back!Ohhh, and if you like to support the Seahawks, they just got a shipment in for all sizes of dog shirts and bandanas!! Go Seahawks!

Nice pet store! My friend mentioned it's brand new, so it was very clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices on grooming services seem to be better here than in other places so maybe next time I'm in town I'll let my dogs have a spa day :)

This is a really nice new pet store. Staff asked if we needed help. Good selection of pet food and products as well as live small animals, reptiles, birds, ferrets, and fish! I like that they do grooming and have a reasonably priced self serve dog wash all in one location. I think I have found my new local pet store!!!

Hands down the best place to get anything you need for your fur babies. The staff is amazing and helpful and super friendly. This is now my only place to go to get food, toys, meds etc. Highly recommend!!!!

Its a small store. The prices are on the high side compared to other local Pet stores, Amazon & Walmart.I bought a small bag of dry dog food with a 25% coupon I received from signing up on their website.I'd only buy something there if I were in a pinch & couldn't find what I needed anywhere else.I also asked how much a Groom, nails clipped & glands expressed for my 7lb dog, $112!

If you want a stress free shopping experience, go to Pet Supplies Plus. It's the most relaxing shopping I have ever had to do. The lovely lady behind the counter was thorough, helpful, and pleasant. I took my dog in for grooming and the entire staff was phenomenal!!! I would highly recommend all of them! Katie groomed, my dog Bear and was so sweet and so kind to accommodate his health issues and he looks amazing!!!

While the inside was clean and tidy, the animal enclosures for the small pets was a disappointment. I undstand they have less space but all the encloses were less then half the size you would see at a petsmart. Also, I was particularly upset to see the ferrets litter tray was right in front of their water bottle, which is very unsanitary. Please improve the living conditions, the store is a nice alternative to the near by Target and I'd like to visit again to see if it improves.
