I buy Taylor Farms salad bags here because they have a better selection and cheaper products here than at CostCo or WinCo. I buy their cheap $1 salads and I use it as a base to add stuff for eating.They also have some sort of bread that has 1906 on it and only costs a buck and I recommend it if you toast. Unlike others that instantly turn into charcoal this is edible not to mention it isn't turned into a raisin with it being flat.

Grabbed a few things and left without a receipt because I was being called back to work.Realizing I was charged over significantly more than it should have been I went back immediately asking for the receipt from the sale til.They wouldnt reprint the receipt for me and clearly didnt want to help me.I went back later and asked for a manager who was apparently unavailable, and again they clearly wanted nothing to do with me being massively overcharged0 customer service, ill drive elsewhere and pay more because they'll at least be honest and help when they messed up

The store is okay in a pinch. Prices are very high on just about everything! Sometimes double what you would pay in Bellingham. Staff are typically very nice and helpful.

We went in to investigate how this local market looks and what the selection was like to support the small bedroom community of Everson. We are considering moving to the area for retirement and we were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, well-stocked store filled with healthy choices and friendly employees. We like Everson and are considering it as a top choice along with Lynden and Greenwood.

A wonderful addition to our small town. It is nice to be able to pick up much needed items without having to take a trip into Lynden or bellingham. They keep their prices down on the essentials, milk,eggs and bread and good sales on meat and other food supplies.

This grocery store is small but for the most part it has the staples needed to fill a kitchen. I'm a little disappointed with what seem to me to be higher than average prices. Employees are friendly but not very knowledgeable of product placement. Multiple things that I asked the location of were unknown by the workers. For example plastic spoons. When I asked where they were the girl, who was rocking some pretty cool blue hair responded with "they really don't train us well when it comes to where everything is." I responded with " when I'm employed somewhere I usually use my free time to get to know my surroundings, especially when customers are constantly asking where stuff is." Hopefully she took it to heart lol

I quit shopping here the day that all stores decided to charge .08 per bag. I entered the store in the morning and went to the one guy who works there (has worked there several years) I went through his line and handed him my bag that I brought in and he said he couldn’t use it, all I heard is I can’t, so I said well just put the yogurt in the carrier and I will take it to the car, he said you can use the bag but I can’t touch it. I was irritated at that point (wondering if he would have said that to a friend or family member) I gave him a lecture about being nice and informed him That I wouldnt shop here again. And haven’t! They have lost about $15 per day from me since I left there months ago. I like the part time people at night but the permanent long term employees are not as helpful as they should be. I asked on several occasions if they could order me extra yogurt because that’s all I could eat after having tongue cancer, they wouldn’t even commit to trying, they felt like they couldn’t do such a thing (woman with long hair and glasses)I would not spend your money at this store, they are so far behind in customer service.Terry V

There wasn’t a lot of stuff here. It’s a really small market, But it does have some of the necessities. It’s convenient given there isn’t much in the area, but with as much as eastern Whatcom County is growing, it would be nice to see them try to expand the store and provide more of a selection. It’s OK if you need a couple things here and there but for grocery shopping, you’re better off driving into Bellingham.

I shop at this store because it's the only choice we have here in Everson. The employees are great and friendly. The prices are not so great, the choices, are few for healthy and good quality food. I heard, the rumor is? The owner doesn't want to upgrade the store, because she doesn't want to make Everson more attractive or bigger? She owns 3 or 4 blocks in this town. I'm not sure 100%, but really, this store needs a complete makeover. A "Deli" would be a "huge hit" in this store. Upgrade the meat department. To the store owner. Please update your store with the rest of the world. Thank you! Signed: a loyal, but aggravated customer; who often ends up driving 14 miles round trip to Safeway in Lynden to get some quality food.

I live nearby so I go here often. They always have what I'm looking for and the cashiers are friendly. It's expensive but that's fairly expected since they are the only grocery store in a very small town.

I refuse to shop in this awful store. I have had many bad experiences with this store. The manager is VERY rude! They very often do not have items from their ad or coupons. Some cashiers will give a rain check while others claim it is against their policy to do so. I have seen many instances of bait and switch with the ads and coupons. Coupons for meat will have a max number of pounds and they pack all the packages way over the limit so your forced to buy part of the package at regular price. The buy one get one free meat specials are not truly buy one get one. The price per pound is increased on these packages. Which is illegal, Safeway was sued for this same practice. Asked a meat department worker once if they had an item in the back and she asked me if I knew how to cook it and refused to get the item until I assured her that I did. But the final straw was trying to ask the meat department manager a question and he starts yelling at me. When I tried to walk away from him, he chased me down the aisle, got in my face and continued yelling at me and called me a filthy name. He was not happy that I questioned the shady sales tactics. The store manager was gone for the day. Tried to contact him several times and he refused to speak to me. I sent e-mails to the address provided on the website and never received a response. This place is the worst of the worst!!!!

Great place for the quick, on the go shopping. A little higher prices for most things but milk and eggs have always been fairly low priced. Local folks appreciate that when they don't want to travel to the larger stores in Lynden or bellingham

I guess their prices are high because they're the only grocers in the area. I tried to buy fresh flowers and the clerk asked me to walk back outside and see what the price was. I told him the type of flowers they were and suggested he find out. He asked if I was sure I wanted them, then, or did I not want to walk outside, as he set them aside. Wow, No I paid for the groceries and left those fresh cut flowers. He was not willing to help any further. Is it clerk service?? Or customer service? 😂😂 I actually don't shop here anymore, unless absolutely necessary

Closest grocery store to my home, so convenience is important. It's a bit more expensive but with the price of gas nowadays, it ends up being comparable to driving to Bellingham.

I avoid shopping here at all cost. There is a huge impact to the local community as the prices affect their finances. There is also discrimination in this store with a hint of racism. I would recommend going somewhere else to buy anything you may need. This store is simply a sad state of affairs.
