I always book my cat at Cat Country Resort! It’s quiet, and the cat rooms are lovely with lots of space and windows. It’s an incredible value for the price, with no hidden fees or charges. The staff are helpful and always confirm dates/details in a timely manner.

Danielle at Cat Country Resort took our two kitties under short notice when we needed to get them out of the dust from remodeling in our house for a few days. They were so kind to our kitties and even sent me update pictures. I would board with them again with no hesitation ❤️

Great experience here! Left my cat, Rusty, for a week while I went on vacation. Very kind and helpful staff, and an individual space for my kitty, who felt safe and secure, but also got to see other cats through the glass door from his private space. He had a cat tree to climb or sleep on as well. I would definitely be very happy to use Cat Country Resort again! ♡

Danielle and the rest of the staff are so friendly and take very good care of the cats! The suites are much larger than any kennel/cage I've seen at other facilities, and every suite has ledges and a window to view the wildlife outside. The cats also get their own time to explore the common area, which has additional cat furniture for them to enjoy. They make sure to keep the indoor temperature at a good level—not too cold, not too hot—which I cannot say for another local boarding facility I had used prior to finding Cat Country.I have an older cat (~16 years old) who I have taken to Cat Country multiple times for stays ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks. The rates are very reasonable: currently $21-30 per night for one cat, depending on the size of the suite. There are also discounts if you have multiple cats (more details on their website).I will continue to use Cat Country as my go-to for boarding my cat, and I highly recommend them for anyone else looking for cat boarding!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Carol and the staff at Cat Country Resort. She went above and beyond my expectations and I knew I never had to worry about my cats while having them stay with her. She's absolutely amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for cat boarding. :) I'd definitely keep my cats here again if needed.

This is a delightful option for cat care in Whatcom county. They were able to take our three cats on fairly short notice and then dealt with us needing them intermittently over the next few weeks, with a schedule that changed frequently. The actual accommodations are great for cats; despite the pictures of small, closely placed rooms each our cats used had a nice window view, ledges for lurking and sealed off so the scents of other cats were of little concern. They also offer a wide variety of extra options customized for individual needs. They saved us a lot of pain during a prolonged, difficult remodel and I can definitely recommend!

It's the best! We call Carol (the owner) the "Cat Whisperer" for her uncanny ability to communicate and bond with our feline friends. Ever since Miss Kitty visited the first time, she has become a love junkie! Cat Country Resort is like her second home and she is reluctant to leave it when we pick her up.Kudos to Carol and her attentive staff for all their professionalism, care and expertise. We won't take Miss Kitty anywhere else!

I'm picky about where I leave my cat and I have to know she'll feel comfortable and be happy. Cat Country has individual large areas for each cat, one that has perches and a place to watch the bird feeder that is outside each one. Each cat also gets time where they are allowed time to exercise in a large room with toys and scratching post on it. This is a fantastic place, highly recommended.

I was moving and HAD to put my cat somewhere.A friend recommended this place ..It was GREAT!!!!!! Danielle took great care of my cat ..when I went to get him after 2 weeks he didn’t even look at me, he went straight to her ..That says A LOT..The cubicles are clean,have windows, shelves to climb on and a cat tree and of course a litter box Each cat has playtime outside of his space twice a day... the rooms have glass doors for nosey cats... it is well worth the money to know that someone is really caring for your cat and he,s not just sitting in a cage ... lots of birds and chickens for them to watch...whenever I called to check on him ,Danielle was informative and helpful.Can’t say enough...

Carol is AMAZING! She is truly a cat whisperer. She made my cat Mo feel right at home. She called me several times to give me reports on how he was doing which was great for me. When we came to pick him up he was relaxed and happy - I think he had a better vacation than we did!
