"I recently had a wonderful experience at the Walgreens located on Madison and Evergreen Way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members who were eager to assist me. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of products available. The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was impressed by their professionalism and genuine care for their customers' well-being. The store layout was easy to navigate, making my shopping experience a breeze. The shelves were well-stocked with a variety of items, including household essentials, beauty products, and over-the-counter medications. I appreciated the convenience of finding everything I needed in one place. Moreover, the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. The cashier was friendly and efficient, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend the Walgreens on Madison and Evergreen Way. The staff's exceptional customer service, well-stocked inventory, and clean store environment made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future needs. Thank you, Walgreens, for providing such a positive shopping experience!"

I had a horrible customer service experience with pharmaceutical manager Win (I do not know if this spelling is accurate). I have covid and was sent to his pharmacy from my Safeway pharmacy to receive a gov issue of Paxlovid. Win would not speak with my pharmacist, and absolutely refused to listen to my request/information. I called my pharmacy and set the volume to high and placed on speaker, then I passed my phone through the glass and basically forced the conversation that he should have been willing to have. His response? “Why should I care!” He actually said this. With me, an at risk Covid patient standing right there! Today I was able to acquire the prescription from another Walgreens pharmacy who “did” listen and help me. When returning home I phoned Win to let him know how this had effected me. He still doesn’t care. His response was to list regulations and tell me he could lose his job. I specifically asked him to open his ears and his mind…… this didn’t work either. Case in point: this person should not be dealing with the public…. Period! And the program he was so reluctant to learn about/talk about was initiated through his own parent company. Now; what would have happened if I had been mentally disabled or elder? How would he have dealt with me? These are larger questions that seriously need addressing. I’ve never been treated like this at a pharmacy before. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I did phone the corporate office, they will be in on Monday. I plan to raise a formal complaint. I did call him (Win) today (to give him the opportunity to discuss this as an adult)and had another very negative experience. Again, I can’t imagine being mentally impaired and having to deal with this! I do not recommend this pharmacy because of this particular pharmacist. It is difficult for me to imagine this person in a management capacity… He simply doesn’t have the maturity level needed for management.

The regular employees are kind and helpful, and for the most part I have had a good experience with the pharmacy staff as well. However, there is one particular pharmacy employee who is inexplicably unfriendly and rude; it's strange they have her handling the customer-facing part instead of working in the back (where it appeared the smiling and friendly employees were working). We wasted an extra 30 mins calling the insurance company to get additional information that it turned out we didn't even need - which she would have discovered if she listened (instead of slamming the phone down at the drive-thru when I'd try to speak) and attempted to be at all helpful. After we got the information she was demanding (seriously, just over and over asking for something we didn't even need), I went inside (honestly, hoping a different pharmacy staff member would assist me instead of her), but she was there and got the prescription, just...not needing the information any more. I remained courteous but she continued to be rude and condescending for some reason...even though she was wrong, by all accounts, making us deal with an annoying call to insurance while VERY SICK and needing the medication ASAP.Everyone has a bad day sometimes, I hate to call out specific employees - but I have never seen a healthcare professional act like this. The older Asian (Korean?) lady needs to realize that she's not working at a fast food joint (where her attitude would still be questionable) but in a medical setting, dealing with sick people who need help.

I am extremely disturbed at the elderly Asian woman who works at the pharmacy. She is extremely narcissistic and will go out of her way NOT to help you. She is disrespectful and she brought me to tears. I just want my antibiotics so I can heal from the flu. Not to mention they allow drug addicts to use and abuse drugs right around the corner of the drive thru pharmacy window. It’s obvious she’ll keep her job, even though she has no customer service skills.

The staff care about customers. Photo, every time, gives tips to save me more time and money. Mgr. cares—helped me find an item I had lost in the parking lot.Little things that make a big difference for me.

Jeffrey, a cashier, is an excellent employee! I am a disabled senior with learning disabilities. I was purchasing several OTC items with multiple cards, very confusing to me. He assisted me in a way that diffused my anxiety and also made sure that all applicable discounts were applied. 😊

I worked here for over three years until the end of 2022. During that time, I held different positions, including in leadership, and interacted regularly with both the front end and pharmacy staff. In the entire time I worked here I can count the number of genuine racism displayed by staff on one hand and still have fingers left over. Those individuals are no longer employed at the store. Employee safety is a top priority for management, especially in the rough and difficult neighborhood this store is in. Management have spent the entire pandemic communicating with and attending to customer concerns. Unfortunately the pandemic lead to an increase in the amount of theft, homeless and drug addicts in the area, which added a layer of difficulty for leadership. The management at this store cares deeply about the employees and the customers and works extremely hard to ensure both are safe and satisfied. There will always be individuals who misunderstand situations and policies, especially when they lack longevity, work ethic, professionalism and experience. Retail can be a difficult field to work in and when you're new to it sometimes finding workplace satisfaction can be difficult.I learned a great deal during my years working here and I am incredibly grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced during that time.My family has always shopped at this store, most recently today when my niece came in and walked out very happy with her red nose. Please keep in mind that retail staff are humans too and deserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.

I know in Everett that the bathrooms are locked- I had been in traffic for over an hour and really needed to use the facilities I had asked the girl at the front I really need to use the restroom a slight emergency.Long story short I had been waiting from 5 mins before someone opened the door for me and by this time due to my medical condition I had urinated myself and felt horrible that the had to clean that up. plus not to mention the guy that opened the door for me was RUDE "do you still need to use the bathroom" well no duh I have urine soaked tights and my shoes are water logged with urine.I asked the guy if I can buy some socks and underwear, asked if I could get cleaned up and then he could walk me to the front and pay for the items. he stated no I need to pay first I stated what do you want me to due walk through the whole store tracking urine everywhere and I had gotten so frustrated I asked to go into the bathroom proceeded to clean myself up and cry.. I had to call my husband to come help save me and buy the items for me cause I was indecent in the bathroom and I was so humiliated I will never be shopping and or come in to this Walgreen's ever again.

Walgreens was okay, however my problem is with google. I googled at what stores can I pick up ox bile and one of the stores they suggested Walgreens. An employee told me that they no longer carried that product.

Super rude PHARMACY staff and negligent. Was told my prescription is ready only to show up and be told it's not avaliable. A waste of a drive and my time!! Thankfully CVS had my medication and took only 15mintu3s compared to the 45 I wasted here.

Terrible Pharmacy and technicians, do not get your medication here. Waited patiently for 25 mins to pickup some medication that was behind the shelf. Only one other was in line and by the end I was never helped. The main technician helped the person in front of me then proceeded to take 5 drive-thru orders while not acknowledging me once. Finally another technician finished up multiple phone calls then asked if I was picking up in passing. I held up the medication card, and asked for a box. She waived me off then called the person behind me. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but this was beyond rude. I had to walk out and will never be shopping at this Walgreens again.

I have had consistently positive experiences with Walgreens in the past, as their brand and customer service have always been impressive. However, during my recent visits to this particular store, I was disappointed with the poor customer care provided by some of the employees. It's disheartening to see this kind of service as it could impact the overall reputation of Walgreens, not just for me, but for other customers too. I hope that the headquarters can look into this issue and provide better training and support to the staff at this branch.

The wait times for the pharmacy are always long and now on two separate occasions I've waited in line for 20 minutes to be told to come back later because their system signed them out and they can't pull up my account. I also had an employee argue with me today after waiting on hold for 25 minutes about what date I can pick up my prescription (20 days from the last time I picked up) while I'm actively looking at a calendar she tells me 3 different dates. Simple math. I'm so done with Walgreens. If you can avoid it, save yourself the headache.

24 hours shopping is convenient. You can get some great deals with a Walgreen's card.I can't speak for the pharmacy since I don't have prescriptions.Their candy and seasonal aisles are huge. They also stock over the counter medicine, lotions, ointments, snacks, frozen foods, skincare, beauty/bath, clothes, as seen on tv items, tobacco, and liquor.Took a star away for being followed and stared at by other customers here more than once. Some people who shop here push my comfort zone and can't keep their eyes to themselves. The cashiers sometimes watch me like I'm trying to steal even though I'm not a shoplifter. Their employees often have a sour attitude at checkout as well.I give them 4 stars for carrying products I love, good discounts through the Walgreen's card, and organized shelves.I love their wide selection of haircare, makeup, and bath products. The 112th St Walgreen's store has limited selection for both while this store carries lots of variety and all my favorite brands.

This used to be a 24 hour pharmacy. Google said they stayed open until 7pm. Drove there to find out they actually close at 6pm. Had a sign saying nearest 24 hour pharmacy is in Issaquah. Checked Google maps for that site and it’s pharmacy also closes at 6pm!

I worked here for three months and during that time multiple members of management discriminated against Black people, multiple times people were accused of stealing for no legitimate reason, people have been kicked out, I’m aware of at least one instance where police were called in a situation that was very clear discrimination but there are likely more situations that have happened like this. I don’t know how it compares to other Walgreens in the area, but the policies put in place by corporate to prevent discrimination were absolutely not enforced by the all-white management in the time that I was there in late 2022. I brought it up to management multiple times but their response is not efficacious and definitely not until after the fact. Note: they could have prevented all of these situations by enforcing store policy but they don’t because they don’t care enough.

I was just in searching for Children’s Tylenol.Currently almost everywhere is sold out due to the cold and flu season. When I arrived at this Walgreens, I had already been to 4 other retail stores searching for this sku.Once I arrived I saw they we’re also sold out.Being an anxious father and panicking because I can’t find relief for my child, I asked an associate for assistance.Dustin was unpacking freight and working very hard on a project. I asked for his assistance to ensure I wasn’t missing anything and once he double checked he offered to go through some of the freight so that I didn’t have to drive to more places.Dustin eventually found my child some Tylenol and this interaction is the definitionof above and beyond, and aligns perfectly with your motto of the “happy and healthy”.Retail workers are often over looked and not rewarded. Dustin didn’t get a tip or paid anything extra for his kindness and my experience with Walgreens. Therefore there’s not a lot of incentive for employees to go above and beyond like Dustin did.Dustin is simply a kind human that helped someone in need.Walgreens, if you intend to retain employees as wonderful as Dustin, I’d hope you’d reward him, or give him some sort of recognition for this positive customer experience. In the past my experiences at most Walgreens have been just Okay.Dustin has re-ignited my faith in Happy and Healthy.Thank you Dustin!!

The pharmacy is a complete disaster. You wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you are there, then they can never find you medication even if you called ahead to make sure it’s there and ready. Then you have to wait longer while they fill it. Worst pharmacy ever. I had to use them for my insurance but now I’m switch all my medications to a home delivery company.

As a life long hearing aid wearer, it’s nice to finally see digital hearing aids being sold over the counter. I haven’t tried these yet. This Walgreens pharmacy location is quite busy yet I was able to complete my transaction in a timely manner. Very professional staff.

It took us more than 1 hour to get the flu shot.We had an appointment at 3pm. Reached at 2:40 pm. They checked us at 2:55 pm. No activity for 20 minutes. I reminded them about the flu shot. Then they gave us the form. And again let us wait for another 20 minutes. This pharmacy is a full mess. If you have other options please don't come to this pharmacy.

I wanted to order a case (10 or 12 2.7 oz containers of a product). Online it said all Walgreen stores had it on sale. I called to make sure they had it in stock before driving up to get it and other products. When inquiring I was told she could not go check because if she put me on hold I may get cut off before she could get back to me. I guess she thought I wouldnt be smart enough to call her back after giving her enough time to get my info. (This was my second attemp with same clerk) so I told her never mind I would go to Rite Aid. She said "OK" and hung up on me. I have bought many items weekly for 7+ years at this store. This is the last time for me. It is on Evergreen way and Madison in Everett Washinton State.. It would have been 50 to 70 dollar order plus another 50 or 60 dollars I had on my list. Guess they dont need my business any longer. It is very sad how this modern generation treats their customer. The day is coming soon that stores will no longer need to exist. All shopping will soon be with Large on line companies like Amazon. Meaning the loss of millions of jobs.Rite Aid got me my info and I am heading there now. And that is where I will be shopping after this..

Never stocked and now I can’t even use the bathroom? 😂 went in to buy a redbull, was hit with a stomach ache so I asked to use the bathroom and was denied. Employee was behind me nodding his head in approval. Mind you I always pick up DoorDash orders AND shop here- don’t expect them to remember everybody but not an entirely unfamiliar face. Makes me not want to even come here. Long lines anyways and employees always argue in front of customers and refuse to help each other

FyiDrive thru is where they have the covid test appointments for safety. PCR tests take up to 3 days to recieve the results. Binax rapid antigen test is same day results. Haven't been 24 hr store for some months because of shoplifters. Every buisness is short staffed but medical personnel must be vaccinated. Pharmacy is training new technicians.Don't run errands on your breaks or lunch, use some common sense. Avoid rush hour, times everyone is getting off work and going by to pick up an RX or holiday shopping times. It's a fedex drop off, pick up site, like a mail box. Not a fedex store, no fedex supplies or fedex employees. Specialty trained staff as with any place is never enough and they can't have one on shift at all times. This walgreens is the busiest of them all. Want less traffic go to Broadway, 112th or Mukilteo. If you approach anyone nicely they will be nice in return. There are rules and policies that are followed no matter a persons circumstance. Employees are humans with family and lives, just like everyone. Do you like being forced to miss meals, breaks or being forced to stay late due to anyone being inconsiderate of you?Any biz that has transactions involving more than 2 companies has communication problems especially with the various computer programs not syncing well. Like each program was created by a different person or company. This has been the same at any customer service job that's open to the public. Don't knock it tell you try it. Have personal issues? Don't take them out on others and go to the correct professional for help.

They are always under staffed in the pharmacy. Wait times are usually longer than 20 minutes so bring a book. After getting through the phone tree they don't answer the phone or just pick up the receiver and hang up. Some medications are not stocked but I've never waited more that 24 hours for them to order it. The pharmacy is not open 24 hours and take a meal break closing down for an hour right in the busiest part of the day. How is this a good business practice? (shrug)

I am not one to complain or go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this pharmacy has given me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I moved from Marysville to Everett and started using this pharmacy because it is 2 mins from work and 10 mins from home. It’s been almost a year and it’s seriously the worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. I can’t ever get someone in the phone and when I do the wait on hold it extremely long, sometimes they even just hang up on you. The lines inside and through the drive thru can be upwards of 45 min wait time. The communication is terrible and the pharmacy staff seems to have zero regard for the time sensitivity of medications. Over the course of the last two weeks i spent my first night home from my C-section in pain due to their inability to do their job, and my oldest son went three days without his daily medication as well because of the run around I was given. I will be switching to a different pharmacy for sure.

I've been on hold for over 35 minutes... all the way to closing time. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Can't say they're out of stock early enough for me to have my doctor switch it somewhere else OR even answer the phone to find out when more will arrive.

I work for a dental practice. We phone in scripts all the time every where. After being disconnected 4 times in a row, twice by staff over the period of an hour it's easy to see why this place rates so low.We will never bother wasting our time again in calling this Wallgreens as it's the worst that we have ever come across for any business.Unfortunately our patient has left so I'll be forced to call again after I cool down.

UPDATE 6/5/22- Employee at pharmacy Sandy Awful! So rude and condescending sad to see this company allows behavior from their staff like this. This time Ill make a corporate complaint. And I can only blame myself for not taking the time out to switch my prescriptions which I have just done so NEVER AGAIN SANDY will I have to deal with sure a terrible person.A couple of good people in the pharmacy but most are so hassled they cant give accurate info. And they Never have prescriptions ready when I have received the text that it is ready. Then they say theyre out of that med and need to order it, probably a few more days. Then zero follow up. They say that they dont know why I would have received a text it was ready because they manually go in and release it so the notification is sent. Ive had to show them the texts because they act like they don’t believe me and then they just say hmm I dont know!! Never have I heard an apology.I get a different story ever time I call depending on who is looking up my info. Nothing seems to change here. I guess its time to try another place since its been a few months and the management cant seem to correct this awful customerservice. What’s worse is the people that cant give accurate info on your prescriptions are the same one responsible for filling them. The worst person Ive spoken to with the least amount of accuracy was the actual pharmacist! That’s terrifying to me!!

I have been using the pharmacy here for about 6 months now. I have had a few issues, gave them slack because I understand people have bad days. Today was thew last straw. I was on hold for exactly 9min 44 seconds, NOT a big deal. The issue was, while on hold the phone would wring, they would pick up and place me on hold again. I wish someone would have acknowledged my presence, but again, people get busy. The line was eventually picked up and I did my business. At the end I said "just a heads up, when I was on hold, someone kept picking up and putting me back on hold". She answered that it was not on purpose.... Sooo, your accidentally picking up the phone and putting it back on hold? She then went on to imply I was mistaken. I then said "It rings again, and I hear your employees and customers, it clicks and I am back on hold, so yes it is happening and I am not mistaken. It would just be better if the person acknowledged your presence and said they would be rite with you". Simple thing to do, industry standard. A simple reply of confidence would have been all that was needed. Her answer? "we will see you in a couple days." WHAT?!So, no more Walgreens.
