On a whim, I decided to take my new dog on a little adventure. Instead of dragging him to all the same old places we always go to, I decided to take him someplace neither of us had visited before. We went to Sam's Cat's & Dog's Naturally. And we love the place. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on the products and very helpful. If you need something for your cat or dog, chances are they have it. Honestly, they carry products that I've wished to find in other pet supply stores but couldn't! To be honest, this store is a little overwhelming, but in a great way! High quality, hard to find merch! This shop is located next to the 7-11, but not in the same complex. Sam's has its own dedicated parking lot all its own for their customers. And your dog wants to be a customer. Trust me on that! The second time I took my dog there, he knew where he was and pretty much threw all his weight into trying to drag me inside the doors faster!

Stopped in for our first time to get our pup a bday cookie and toy. Everyone was super friendly and even gave him an extra birthday treat! We Will definitely be back again.

Great place for your animals, food, toys, supplements, treats, raw bones. Nice people and they are actually knowledgeable for a change. WAY better than any major pet store. My dog food was recalled and they called me immediately and gave me a refund, changed out to something better.

We went it to find a rain coat for our bear,a giant golden doodle. We could take our time trying on the coat for the right fit. We did find one big enough for our giant bear. He loved going through the store and finding the treats we loves.They have a very large variety of treats for cats and dogs.Thanks again for all the help to find our way around your store.

Update: it is now 12th bag free 🤣 not 9th..We find what we need. I guess you get a free bag of food after 9 bags of Northwest Raw food. We were told the bag was free after 7, then 8, now 9? Idk. Who knows if we will ever get that free bag 😂😂. Asked an employee for toy recommendations for my pitbull and they didn't ask me anything in regards for what my dogs needs are or what we are looking for, so they just gave us a basic run down of the toys they carry and marketing what they wanted to sell. It's an easy going atmosphere and they don't engage in much talk. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Such a unique store and amazed at the large variety of pet food and accessories. The build your own cat toy is awesome, kiddo loved building the personalized toy as much as our cat has loved playing with it

Don't buy anything and expect to return it or exchange it without an "itemized receipt." My dog died and I brought the unopened and overpriced Kong toy I purchased for him back today & the staff was extremely rigid and not at all empathetic to my situation. I was able to show my Chase bank statement which showed that I had spent $50 with them and because it wasn't itemized, they wouldn't let me return or exchange the very clearly untouched toy. I try to purchase goods locally to support the economy & because small businesses **typically** have better customer service. Not this place. Go to Paddywacks in Mill Creek town center if you don't want to go to Petco.

I've been shopping here since 2020.. I just found out yesterday my dog's food had been discontinued I went in today to talk to a gentleman about what food I should switch her to. Then the lady behind the desk tried to Gaslight me into believing that they had tried to call me and left me a message on my voicemail. I'm done with this store. I'm going to a lower quality brand so I don't have to shop here anymore.Just went in to get dog food and the customer service representative was rude.. if my dog's food wasn't so hard to find locally in this pet store wasn't so close to my house I probably go somewhere else.. The people working there used to be so much nicer than they are now.

Originally placed a "special order" on 6/20/23 for can dog food they ere out of stock on. I asked if they were able to get the 3.5 lb bag of my dogs favorite flavored kibble BUT with grain (they only carry grain-free). I was told no problem and they'd call me when it's delivered. Later that day the gal that took my order called to ask if I wanted grain-free or with grain...even though she wrote it down in a note book. I get a call that my order is in and go to pick up on 7/29/23. It's only for the can food. I ask where's the other part of my order? "Oh, looks like they forgot to order it. I'll see if it's in stock at one of the other stores and let you know on Monday." Monday comes and no call. On 8/4/23, I stop in because my dog is out of dry food. I ask about my order and told it should be in soon. On 8/22/23 I call once again, I'm placed on hold for the manager who informs me "Oh, Justin should have called and let you know we're having a hard time getting from our supplier! It's on my weekly order and I'll keep ordering until it comes in." I can easily get this from Mudbay and Petco. I only ordered from them since I get my dog's can food there and was trying to support a small store. Not anymore! Horrible customer service!

They have the best selection on cat and dog accessories. I went in for vet suggested cone for my cat Lucy. They had a great selection and better prices than the big chain stores and friendlier staff. Ultimately we got her a pillow that looked far more comfy than a cone and she definitely does not mind as much. I love love love Sam's Cats and Dogs!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. My usual dog food was out, none on order right now. The store employee is getting some transferred over from their Monroe store next day for me. I can't tell you how much these guys go above and beyond.This is my go to place for pet supplies, I buy everything here that I can. If they don't have it, they're willing to order stuff in for you if they can get it. They have a rewards program for pet food and often have events including customer appreciation events. The staff is always friendly and helpful.If you're looking for the cheapest food possible, this is not the store for you. If you want decent food at a price comparable or better to online stores, then this is your place. They've also got a lot of local and small business sourced toys and treats and supplies.

This review is for how horrible the store system runs. We used to be a regular customer there. I used to love this store, but not anymore. This is for visit on Dec 5th 2022.We were there to purchase more than $100 worth of pet stuff, one of them is $40 slip collar leash. We made the purchase, forgot some other stuff, and turned around to continue shopping (never left the store). We tested the leash we just purchased by walking our pup around the store. About 5 minutes later, we decided we don’t like the length of the leash. We needed a shorter one since we intend to use it in tight spaces indoor. We however lost the receipt we just got 5 minutes ago. They don’t let us return/exchange the leash. There is NO WAY we could return or exchange the leash even when all the tags are still on and we only tested it out INSIDE the store. We paid for it using credit card. The employees are rude and NOT flexible. We are furious that we just purchased multiple stuff from the store, never left the store and still couldn’t return/exchange when the receipt was slipped off somewhere we couldn’t find. Store credit was not even offered. Staff is very rude and rigid.This place has slowly been degrading over the years in terms of customer service. The people who used to work here were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Now they are just rude, cold and unwilling to help.Most shelves are almost empty. Selection used to be good but now nothing is in stock. I know it’s a manufacturer’s issue. However, other local stores like Mudbay, Bridges Pet store, All The Best Pet store, the Whole Pet Shop, etc have stuff in-stock that this place doesn’t have. I used to recommend this place but now I will bring my business elsewhere.

We love the selection and are very grateful for safe clean food for our pets. Our dog is sensitive to certain products but never a problem with the brands Sam's carries. We also love that they deliver which is especially handy with large bags.

Amazing staff and huge selection of pet products and food! We buy raw food from here and know it's our go to place. They also sell Baskerville muzzles and other training collars we frequently can't find in other pet stores. We love Sam's Cats and Dogs!

This place was a huge surprise to me after moving to Everett. Not only did they carry the same high quality products that I typically purchase at All the Best or Mud Bay but they have amazing products I haven't seen elsewhere. Whether you're in need of food, toys, treats or any other dog/cat accoutrement they will have you covered.

I love small businesses and this one has some unique items you won't find at the bigger stores. I try to visit once in a while to find that perfect item for my little buddies. Staff is very helpful.
