In getting so sick and tired of the rude attitudes the employees have at this location! Every time I call to check on a prescription the phone is never answered properly, ever. They just pick up without saying a word and put you on hold, every single time I call! I'm getting extremely sick of being treated like I'm an inconvenience, they're paid to be there for the customer?! Rite aid really needs to evaluate their staff, I know for a fact between myself and my husband's medications or insurance pays over 2G a month, maybe we should take our business elsewhere since asking rite aid to do the job their paid for is just asking to much! The attitude from every single employee accept 1, the younger white man with glasses has always been very nice but everyone else acts like their doing you a favor! I'm sick of it! I'm on the verge of taking my business else where!

Pretty disappointed in this location. I had my prescriptions transferred from Bartells on 19th due to the complete lack of competency with my medications. I can't say I'm any happier here. The staff in the pharmacy is rude! The greeting you don't get when they answer the phone is angering. They can't even take the time to acknowledge your existence and ask you to hold, they just pick up ND put you on hold. I'm sick of feeling like they'd rather be doing anything other then what their paid to do, like provide people their medications! I spend way too much money every single month in this establishment to be treated like this at all and bc of that I'm currently looking for another pharmacy. The smaller, privately owned ones tend to be better, more respectful of you and your time. Moving on to the actual store, this is the most ridiculous large name store I've ever been to! Like many other posts have mentioned the store is insanely hot and has been that way for way too long! They obviously don't care about their employees nor their customers comfort or it would of been fixed immediately and not continued for YEARS! It's not like they don't make enough money!Do not respond Rite Aid with your pre written fake apology and rant about how it'll be better. I don't wanna hear it! Just do better, that's it!

This is my regular drug store and pharmacy. I've been coming here for five years. The staff is generally great at both the front and in the pharmacy.I have one big issue with this store, and it is that they have allowed their HVAC to stay broken for at least three years. I went in last Friday and it felt like getting hit in the face, it was so hot. Management has given them some portable air conditioners for the front but they are intended for use in a single room of a house, so they seriously do nothing.Your consumers, but more importantly, your hard-working employees deserve to be comfortable inside the store. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's an actual OSHA violation. FIX IT.

The store is clean and we were greeted. All staff very nice.Now what I will say, as a manager, I would not expect my employees to work in the conditions they had to face today. The air conditioner was broken and it was far too hot in the store. I went to grab a chocolate bar off the shelf but it was already melted.I couldn't take it as a customer. Imagine the staff. At least I can leave.

Hubby and I went in for our 2/15 pick out Valentine's candy! The store is clean, we are greeted. We find the Valentine section, but there is no sign telling us if anything is discounted! Hubby picks out some peanut butter hearts. I couldn't find anything so I go to the Easter isle and find something there. We get to go play cross your fingers and hope for a Big discount! Turns out they were both on sale! No signs on either..

The temperature in the store (#05230) was so hot that the chocolate I was going to buy was melted. The cashier was clearly uncomfortable and I could barely stand it for 3 minutes. Rite Aid needs to do better and provide a reasonable working environment. No one should have to work in extreme heat unless it’s part of their job. It’s really not that difficult to fix the issue. It’s ridiculous! DO BETTER RITE AID!

Pharmacy staff is wonderful ... My experience with anyone other than the manager was little .... The manager seemed to want to lie his way out of problem that the customer had rather than acknowledging that The "savings/rewards" card pulls more money from people during a transaction when items that arent on the "savings/rewards" list are being bought. .... So if you are a frequent customer make sure you only use a rewards card when you buy items on the rewards list rather then run it like a safeway card where the points can be used for gas

On Sundays, apparently, the store closes at 5pm. But through Google maps, it reports the store open until 9 pm. I was greeted by another gentleman in pursuit of services or goods from the vendor. Someone dropped the ball on this. It needs to be corrected post- hast.

Just tried to buy microbial soap that was priced at $ 9.99 but at the register it rang up at $17.99 there were several on the shelf. And showed the cashier. They only offered a 20% discount. Asked to talk with manager. He proceeded to lie to me about how their computer makes the prices! Total Price Gouging!!! I will never shop there again! And neither should you! Scum like price gougers should be Locked up when health crisis are happening! Never shop this store!

I go to this rite aid very frequently and every summer I feel horrible for the employees in the heat because this store has no ac. They have a ac unit by the pharmacy but nothing for the employees up front. This isn’t a good working environment at all please do better for your employees and customers.

Always great service here, mostly at the pharmacy. They are so knowledgeable & courteous, treating me like I matter. There are some creeps who come in here & give these good people a hard time. When I see this, I am even kinder when I get up to the check stand, doing my very best to mke their experience pleasant. It's rough working in customer service. Be Kind. :)

With complete honesty and disappointment in my heart, I'd have to say that this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The establishment was a clean environment but that does not waive the fact that every single interaction at this location was very negative for me. As a type one diabetic, when I run out of my medicine I need to be able to rely on my pharmacy to have it in stock, however, this location ran out often and gave me attitude about it being my fault. I recommend staying far from this pharmacy as for every month and every prescription was a huge hassle for the crew there.

Really like this pharmacy! But today their was two pharmacist working that I've never seen before and I've been coming here for about 10 years. I dropped off my prescription and she said it'd be ready before they closed at 6pm. So i was looking around to kill some time right in clear site. Since 6 o'clock was nearing i go to the counter cause they didn't page me notifying my script was ready and as they were closing up they told me i was too late!If was a first time customer I'd NEVER come back here EVER AGAIN! And rate it with a 1 star!

It's a great pharmacy for simple prescription renewals. It becomes less great if you go beyond the basics. For example, to dispose of unused prescriptions this pharmacy offers a disposal service...that is non-functional every time I've asked to use it. If you desire a COVID PCR test for travel, they are happy to administer it but you cannot get results in time for your travel.So... two stars.

Both of the male pharmacist have given me a runaround about my suboxone Priscription. Very irresponsible. You should be fired and barred from practice. I am a recovering addict on suboxone as part of my treatment, to keep me from craving opiates. And these two think they can do as they please. I am reporting you to any official who can read or hear. I have been a customer of rite Aid for years, but you will never received business from me, my family and anyone else who I might come in contact with. Very pissed
