I bought food from this store for my cats a few days ago and the food was expired, the date on food was 2023!!! Right now it’s 2024!!!!! . And fortunately I’ve got 2 cats sick. And one of them is just barely recovered from FIP, she’s still very sensitive to any food and stress. And now because of this food she is sick again. I spent more than 5000$ to heal her. I’ve been coming here and buying the one allowed for her wet food at least once a week.So I want to complain and get a compensation from you guys.And I just really hope that this time my cat can make it and recover again

The staff is so helpful and friendly. You can take your pets to pick their treats.Super cute apparel for any size pet!!I recently purchased a thunder jacket for our new rescue, for the 4th of july.The Jacket was to big. They had no problem exchanging it for a smaller size.Thank you pet smart.We are signed up for dog training 8 week course.Cant wait for the help!!

Called this morning to check for openings and was told to come in at 12:30 because of a cancelation they had. I literally rearranged my entire schedule for today to get here just to be told the groomer had left or called out... while 2 groomers were literally working on dogs. The best they could do was reschedule for ONE WEEK from today and a 15% discount... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

PetSmart is Awesome..we took our kittens to the Banfield Hospital inside for their shots and dewormer. Some of the prices are high in my opinion honestly it was over $300 for the examination and shots however the staff is amazing and I definitely will be using PetSmart grooming because they will groom my dog for $35 compared to where I usually take her for $80!!

This place seems a bit understaffed and there’s always a line at the cash register when I come in. The staff here are wonderful though, very kind and helpful! This store has everything I need at a decent price. They even have some prescription foods for dogs and cats, you just have to bring in a script from your vet! I would recommend calling first to make sure they have exactly what you need. This place is close to me so I’ll definitely keep coming back for all my pet’s needs!

be sure to check on your pick-up orders if you select this store. I've had orders plain not worked on for over 24 hrs, and orders with substitutions made without notice or notification. staff are always friendly and helpful, though, so overall I do enjoy this store.

Everything about this store is fine except the checkout. I've been shopping here for 3+ years and have never had a smooth checkout process. Whether they're short staffed or something is wrong with their machines, expect to wait at least 10 minutes in line, oftentimes longer. I just watched the people waiting in front of me put their stuff away and leave the store because they were waiting at checkout so long. You guys need to get it together lol.

Lines can get long at the front and sometimes it’s hard to find an employee to help that’s not at the register but I enjoy running into Sandy every month I come in to pick up prescription cat food. She is knowledgeable about the store, very kind, and I would wait in a line to get her at check out.

Scheduled an appointment with the receptionist upfront. Somebody else had called the day of appointment to cancel it. Apparently other pet owners had called in and they don’t have time to see our pet now. Having an appointment locked in with this place seemingly doesn’t matter. The level of frustration at all time max. This is not OK

A couple of issues .1. They don't have a large selection of the wet cat food my cat can eat. She is on prescription food for a sensitive stomach, which is only one kind (flavor).Her vet also approved an alternative over the counter wet food in case my cat gets picky. The alternative canned wet food is actually dry and gritty. Plus, PetSmart only carries one kind (Chicken ) to pick from. The other issue is, the cans are the small "tiny" cans that cost almost as much as the prescription large can, just 19¢ less (Not including tax).Since I'm paying so much for something my cat won't eat I'm looking into organic alternatives that I can get from Mudd Bay or somewhere similar.Last, PetSmart has done what the grocery stores have done and upped prices and blamed it on the pandemic. It's pretty messed up that dog & cat toys are $10+ but wait... that was on sale.It's just ridiculous, to see a tiny kitten collar for $20.

Well stocked, but some items are higher priced than other retailers.They do honor price match guarantee if you show them location and item price at cash register. They have in store Wi-Fi, so you can look up price info from other retailers.

Go to Petco instead. This place has the worst staff. I was there to return a simple item - a dog jacket- and I got hassled by the employee as if I was doing something wrong. First of all, I showed an e-receipt since I bought the item online and she looked at me and told me the store didn’t have this at all. Like what? I understand if you’re old and don’t want to use technology but just admit that instead of straight up lying to your customer… after 5 minutes of her eyeing me up and down thinking I’m lying about this return (literally asked me why the item I bought was that expensive and told me she had never seen the item in the store), I just ask for the manager who was able to do the return in one minute. Please train your staff - first not to profile customers and second of all to use the computer/ process returns!

Went in to look at African Dwarf frogs. Three of the four were dead and the last was a youngling trying to fight against the intense current they had in there (they require still waters as they are weak swimmers). Dead fish in almost all tanks. I had never seen anything like it. Please make sure your employees and management understand the living parameters of fish. Many fish with torn fins, missing limbs, eaten down until only the body remains.

I absolutely love this PetSmart. I haven't had a chance to visit any others yet but the few times that I have gone I have really enjoyed finding what I need they've made it so easy and sometimes they've got great sales and sometimes it's kind of tough but it's no different than buying stuff for your kids for school lol 🤣 You just do what you got to do anyway I enjoy it and I hope you do too. I bought a bearded dragon here on Jan 12th, 2023 and the woman who is in charge of the lizards is amazing! You an tell she loves them because when she put her hand in the tank, not one of the 5 ran from her. You can tell by my dragons demeanor that they've been held and loved a lot because they're not at all afraid of humans. I've owned a bunch of lizards but I've NEVER experienced purchasing one that is so docile and relaxed when being held. That lady is AMAZING! Thank you so much for making this experience so easy for me and my new pet. I hope you understand how much your love and care have affected these baby lizards!

I'm in every week for crickets and dog food. I am always greeted at the door by a smiling associate.If there is not already a department associate in the reptile area, they're quick to respond to fill a bag of crickets. However many you may need.I did learn the delivery days of crickets. You want those little buggers fresh so they last long enough for your reptile.

I don’t get the adoption part: we were told we couldn’t meet the cat unless we were adopting it today. Couldn’t take ten minutes to hold it and get to know it to decide.We left without adopting a cat we felt we could take home. I just don’t get it, but I guess we will go to NOAH or the humane society directly …. So weird.

After 8 years of loyalty - I had to wait a week for a bath and nail trim. When I asked Daddy why, he said they were too busy. 2 days later Daddy went to buy my wonderful and maybe expensive food, he saw the grooming department was almost empty at 10:30 am. Dad said: "Reggie, there is always someone down the street that wants your money and appreciates your business." Dr. Dad found me an even better place. So, goodbye!
