Summer trimmed our baby Frenchie's nails. They are not really used to getting it done yet so they are not that great at sitting still. Summer took the time to make them comfortable, controlled them kindly, and did a better job and more quickly than anyone else has. I will come back for all my Frenchie nail trimming needs. I was very happy and that is saying a lot. The level of care, kindness, and actual love towards the animal is RARE these days. Summer is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Kira was very friendly and very patient with my dog. My dog has a little bit of attachment issues and didn’t want to go back at first but Kira was patient and nice and was able to get her back. When I picked up my dog she was so soft and looked so happy. Her nails looked great and her breathe smelled so much better! Thank you so much Kira for doing such an amazing job with Sandy!

Turned my 5 pound dog away because he nipped while getting blow dried. Here’s the kicker, if you give you dog anxiety meds, so they don’t do that. They will refuse to work on your dog. It’s against petco policy to take any dog that’s under any sort of sedation. Joke of a company for grooming. Joke of a grooming staff. Take your dog anywhere else.

Tried to take my 6 month puppy here and we’re turned away before my dog could even get comfortable. Lady who is checking me in is not welcoming and instantly had bad vibes from the second I walk in. I showed her my phone for proof of rabies and she continued to hold my phone for over 2 min scrolling up and down, I don’t know why, then she tells me that my dog already seems too anxious that she probably won’t be able to do any work to him, which already in my head I knew she was gonna start with this. She proceeds to try to get the slip leash over my puppy’s head which she does successfully, my puppy is now EXCITED at the most, he’s jumping but he’s not being aggressive, in less then 5 minutes worth of trying to get to know my dog, she tells me she’s not gonna work on him and sends me away. Both of these ladies in the grooming center were unprofessional, lazy, and had horrible Customer service. They don’t deserve to be working with our animals. I will never try to take an animal to Petco grooming again. My appointment was at 930, I was 5 min late, I’m now at home by 959 writing this, that shows how much time they really took to work with my dog. Unbelievable.

I have always taken my dogs here for grooming but today we were turned away. We hadn’t been in 6 mos…they want older dogs (he is 8) to come every 3 months so they can see problems. There is no policy stated about this where you can visually see it. I took the first appointment I could get…waiting a couple of weeks, even went in and told them exactly what I wanted a few days ago and they switched groomers, checked his shots, and all was good I thought until I arrived. So now we have to find another groomer and no time before our vacation. Not happy at all!

This was a smaller store than I'm used to - but the service was more personal and much less frenzied than other Petco locations. My dogs were not whisked behind a two way mirror - I was able to stay in the grooming area with them (of course, behind a counter) but they could see and hear me - which calmed them a bit. Super nice stylist named Zack. I will now make the Everett Mall store my primary Petco.

I have had horrible experiences with both of my dogs here. They initially took both of them despite being on medication and when we came back a second time to a new groomer they were both denied.

Petco has always done a very good job grooming my dogs. On July 16th Latasha groomed my dog Sophy. She did a more than excellent job of cutting Sophy's hair. I loved the way she did her ears. I will ask for Latasha again the next time I make an appointment.

I use to go to pet smart. This is my 2nd time my dog was groomed at petco. She smells better, feels clean and love to be able to get her extra brushing. Most importantly she is much calmer when I pick her up.

My aging dog that has hip problems was made to stand to the point he could no longer stand then was propped up with a strap under him so he would stand longer. By the time he was done the manager had to carry him because he could only drag his back end. His back legs could only flop around. They never called me to tell me there were problems.

Because I was pleased with the results of my pets.marcus was itchy before I took him in to be groomed,he is now happy and itchy free.his fur was long and matted in some areas, but now his fur is clean and shinny.i am very happy for the way he now looks.
