Thankful for a pet store that carries a lot of different brands and sizes. I have a St Bernard mix, and typically, XXL and XL breed sizes have to be specially ordered, but they had our size in stock! Quite a few items have been out of stock when I go in, but they do seem to have quite the selection! Staff have always been kind when I'm there.

Staff is always knowledgeable and have good attitudes. Aquatic plants are dead and it's pulling teeth to get an available employee to help you with tanks or live animals. Clean and organized, not much restock or new inventoryUPDATE April 30 2024: There seem to have been more staff on duty today and it appeared they were having a corporate visit. The plants looked healthy finally but reptile stock was still lacking.

Very helpful ask me a lot of questions about my tank making sure all of my fish would be compatible. Even recommended waiting a little longer before getting snails so it had more time to get more algae.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We got a hamster that ended up being not a good fit with our younger children and they were no questions asked able to take the hamster back and refund our money. It's nice to be able to do that for us and for the hamster. This allows for the right family to adopt the hamster instead of being stuck and miserable with owners that aren't a good fit. We decided on a different breed of hamster that is turning out to be a better fit for my younger kids.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the fact that I’ve been a member with Petco for over 15+ years and they would not take my word for it. That one of my fish had died the dayed after I had bought it is a shamed if they just said, we don’t replace fish, even if they die, I would’ve been totally OK with that but instead, I was told to turn into deadcorks to them which is ridiculous. My business is better. I guess I will go to Petsmart instead moving forward.

Reptile tanks were extremely dry, the corn snakes were at 10%! Most reptiles need it around 70%, but none of the tanks were. I told an employee, but she only misted one of the tanks and then said someone else had already misted them an hour ago. No way they did, there wasn’t a drop of water anywhere and the poor reptiles were all hiding and burying themselves. The temperature in the Crestie tank was too high at 85, the cresties were lethargic and clearly trying to hide from the heat lamp! The 30% humidity doesn’t help them either. I only came here to get a bottle of Tetra safe start, since it’s the only store I can find with the 3 oz bottle, but I think I’m just gonna order off of Amazon from now on.

Came in for your bulk cat litter (which I like a lot) as well as looking for the special on canine dental chews I saw posted on the front of the store. I was helped by the casher who directed me to where the dental chews were. I ended up buying a few to try out, as the cashier suggested. I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured to buy a big bag of them rather than just try them to see how my dog reacted to them. Petco is my go-to place. Always has been. Great job.

The idiocracy. Understandable you require documentation of proper vaccinations does an invoice and his caller tag not count for anything. The lady needed the expiration of the rabies that he just got a month ago. Are you kidding me?

I (liked) this petco. I dont like being ignored by staff when I am standing right next to them . I wasnt standing by the fish to hold the tanks up . Both employees went too middle of store and continued with there little flirt game and left me standing there .. after I asked for a few fish . Just left me there . Will not return . I drove a half hour to go to your store.Oh by the way why are there so many dead fish at 11:30 am in your tanks.

Cashier was friendly however the overcharged mistake was triple that having to go back to Everett Mall Way after getting home in far North Everett. Dealing w traffic at 5pm on Friday and having to stop to refuel. Yes their policy is to replace my funds ontoy account

Great location to get lots done: Walmart, Half Price Books, etc.And the staff are a very friendly and helpful. Shout to Judy! She was very helpful walking me through all of my first time owning Parakeets questions, and picking out all the right stuff for them. Cheers!The box birdhouse was a bad idea, and Judy warned me so. Lol

Cause they have almost everything u need for any animal, from furry ones to non-furry ones, from really big ones to super tiny ones, for ones that eat other critters & the ones that eat hard or soft nutrition food, they even have the cutest clothes for it four-legged family pets. The employees r very knowledgeable on almost anything u may need to learn & if they don't they will help u trying to figure it out. Thank u all for genriousity & super helpfulness.

My wife and I are new dog owners. We adopted thru N.O.A.H. in Stanwood so this was our 1st experience having our new dog, Spud (we quickly discovered she's a couch potato) groomed.Since my son uses Petco in Lake Stevens I called the nearest Petco store.Everyone we talked to from the groomers the ladies stocking & checking customers out & they were ALL awesome!! We've set up reminders for grooming & other services provided by Petco.We love our Petco & you should check em out too.

I stopped in to ask a few question about there grooming services and there was a cashier and I went to the back where grooming was and stood there for around 6-7 mins seen nobody i went up to cashier she told me to go back to grooming and talk to them so I went back there again waited 8-10 mins seen nobody went back to cashier she couldn't answer my questions so I left never found out anything I wanted to know.

I bought 25 cans soft food online. When I picked up at Everett WA Petco, there were 10 cans which had been expired. Others were almost expired soon. I returned 10 cans then.

Picked up an online order in store. Great layout and just about everything seemed to be in stock. They had my items ready in around 1 hour on a Saturday and the guy at the register was quick and efficient.

I will not bring my dog here again. The staff was rude and returned him to me with wet ears. When I asked about it, I was told that he got them wet in the water bowl and they couldn’t do anything about it. They should have dried them. A full groom means the dog is bathed and dried. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude is not worth going here again. I tried multiple times to call and talk to a manager with no response.
