I love this grocery outlet! They have an amazing selection of produce, vegan specialty items, and wine! I like shopping here before I go to Costco. It’s always fun to see how much you saved on your receipt. The employees are usually friendly.They do have a sign on the window stating to leave your bags / backpacks at the front, which I do not agree with, it’s a grocery store!? But none of the employees have ever actually made me do it. probably because that’s goofy.

Always love going here.VERY helpful and polite staff. Never once gone in and haven't been asked how I am. Followed by a good conversation. Even had exstensive help with a card I wasn't sure they would accept. I do still recommend comparing some prices because it's not always the "bargain" it claims to have. But I've never had 12$ get me so much food for 2 days.

If you're poor and hate starving you'll love this place. Inflation has only just begun to penetrate these bargain prices. Eat while you can, then eat the rich as a lil treat.

I love Grocery Outlet generally speaking, but this is one of my fave GrocOut locations (this one and Lake Stevens are my favorites). This particular location seems to always have a lot of the NOSH items, which I frequently buy. They keep the store clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed.The only down side is that produce quality/selection can be very hit or miss, but if I don’t find what I need there, I just supplement at my local Safeway.

I love Grocery Outlets! Never know what you are going to find, they don't always have the same stuff. Pretty affordable with random cheap deals. A little of everything from produce, frozen and household.

Been shopping at the Everett Grocery Outlets for over 20 years. I post on FB the awesome deals that I find. My hair color is designated by which box of Shwartzkopf is in stock ;)My family even collected the bobblehead mini figs of Ben Savin and Lois Prices 😜

Finding new items in the store is what I like the most. Knowing that I will find my repeat purchases is a comfort. The broad range of stuff keeps me going back.

They do not allow service animals owners response is a lie. Doesn't allow service animals that are trained and well behaved. They kicked out my service animal. The manager was rude holding a loud baby. Walked out wouldn't go back.

This newer grocery outlet is awesome. We love it. They always have things we need and some we didn't know we needed! They put it in a great central location that is easy to access. Only downfall is the terribly designed parking lot.

We go here often, never had any major issues. Prices are fair, lots of great deals from time to time. The store is well managed and kept clean, easy to find what we’re looking for (if they have it). Sometimes the cashier checking us out had seemed a bit rude, or discriminatory, as she seems friendly and talkative to whomever is ahead of us but won’t talk to us initially. We always ask her how her day is first, etc. and we try to be friendly and do her job for her (customer service). She’s an older white lady that has been there a while now, unsure of her name. I’ll update my review with her name after we go next if the attitude continues. This treatment is my only reason for 4/5 stars - if service improves then this location is definitely 5/5 stars!

Everytime I gone they make me set my purse down and I am the only female customer. They do this too because I look around and I see other female customers their purses still have never stolen from that I've never stolen from the store. I don't know why they're profiling me??

Regular prices are extra high. The best deals are usually about to expire. Also, watch the price tags. Items ring up for more than advertised. The cashiers are nice though .

I just moved to the area and I'm really loving this store lately. They have better prices than QFC, the customer service is awesome and there's always good parking. Hopefully they get the waffles back in stock that I like, but they always have other options for me.

They had a plethora of choices and low prices on most everything. I was pleasantly surprised to find non-homogenized whole milk, and there was chocolate milk of the same brand, as well . It's from a local dairy in Lynden, Washington. I've seen a glass-bottled variety from Lynden at QFC and Central Market, Sprouts, etc . that is not homogenized and that I buy regularly. That one has cream at the top of the bottle, but this one didn't. It does have a nice yellow hint of color though, like a grass-fed kind, from the high levels of beta-carotene.. It doesn't specify whether it is grass-fed or not, but I'm assuming so. There have been studies that indicate homogenized milk being able to cause plaque in the arteries due to the fat being broken down into such tiny molecules in order for it to be dispersible and a resulting homogeneous mixture. And non-homogenized dairy didn't contribute to plaque formation . It's not always easy to find it though; the best one is the Strauss brand which checks all the boxes: 1. Non-homogenized2. Grass-fed cows. 3. Organic. The glass bottle is a plus. I've found that brand at Sprouts and Whole Foods.

Never again.8 weeks ago - rotten sugar snap peas.6 weeks ago - rock hard gummy candy.2 weeks ago - stale pistachio nutsFinally (felt guilty but) returned bag of major name brand frozen 'chicken strips' yesterday because 70% was nothing more than nugget sized gobs of batter.Owner/manager told me PERSONALLY (with a big smile on her face) "that's why we have them here - company couldn't sell them elsewhere"She then proceeded to process my return and the purchase of what SHE specifically called a honeydew melon while looking up the code for pricing .It's NOT - IT IS some strange mutant with horrible flavor and inner flesh that's not even green.I understand GO's carry overstocks, etc......Selling food they readily acknowledge to be so far beyond any standard of 'reasonable' or even close to the description on packaging - that's called GREED. It certainly doesn't show any respect for customers.Marking down items that should be thrown out is the policy at 5209 Evergreen. Many of us have budgets that don't allow wasteful spending - AND other stores THROW OUT garbage rather than attempt to recoup their business losses /bad choices ........ or don't order garbage in the first place.In case you're wondering - I've purchased marked down items from many stores - for years and NEVER had the experience this GO finds 'acceptable' and even to be expected.Thankfully I can shop the other GO location closer to me. That owner/manager doesn't sacrifice even the most basic quality for their personal profit.

The selection is quite limited. Small produce area and deli/dairy section. It's good for obscure wines and canned food. It was clean and employees are friendly
