Disappointed Trip for Knife SharpeningI went to this store today to get my knives sharpened. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that their sharpening machine wasn't working. While they mentioned it might be repaired in a week or two, this wasn't communicated beforehand, and the wasted trip was frustrating.The experience cost me valuable time as I had to drive all the way there and back without getting the service I needed. It would be helpful if the store had a system to notify customers about equipment malfunctions or offer alternative solutions, such as referrals to other sharpening services while their machine is down.Due to the inconvenience and lack of communication, I wouldn't recommend this store to others for knife sharpening needs at this time.

Been coming here for a while usually I’d have nothing but good to say but bought a product an LED light from these guys and they’re saying 30 day warranty on parts that they sell which I agree with however this product is less than 90 days old and it supposed to last 30 years according to the manufacturer, I figured they could do something about it, but I’m on my own.The real reason for the one star review is that I showed up here on a Saturday at 3:30 in the afternoon and picked up the five items that I needed and they had incorrect pricing on two of the items and wanted me to wait for them to do a price check and they had two brand new cashiers And 19 people in line. Evidently management had gone home for the day and left there two brand new employees at the cash register giving out wrong information to people. Stand in line, I’ll go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. I typically go to Ace when I want to talk to a person who knows something so you can imagine my disappointment today

Best hardware store ever! EVERYONE is so incredibly helpful and HAPPY! Well run store with so much stuff. They get it. If you need something, just ask and they will find it. 🙂

They are consistently helpful and friendly. They changed the battery in my car key faub and only charged for the battery. It took a few minutes because he double-checked a website to make sure he was doing it correctly because I drive a jaguar, so of course, the key faub has to be complicated. Lol. Another time, they helped me get stuff to heat my hummingbird feeder during the cold snap. So friendly.

If you like a old fashioned hardware store but new your going to like this store they have a little of everything and lots of some things very friendly and helpful staff its a shop local type store and I think the free popcorn is still an option I didn't pay any attention if they had it when I was there last but I'm sure it is check them out if you need some hardware items.

Don't know If it was a seasonal person or just normal attitude issue but i was asking about Christmas clearance items and apparently i should know what items are clearance and what isn't. Probably won't go here agajn.

I love this store. In 3 years, I've never walked in and not had someone greet me. There is always someone who is knowledgeable about the area that I need help with, and everyone is really kind and helpful. Special shout out to Ryan, who saw me having trouble lifting an item, so lifted it for me, then waited while I checked out so he could put it in my car for me as well. Anything you can think of for your next project, and great suggestions and ideas! Lots of staff avail on the sales floor! Prices are standard, and yes they have paint. Ace is online so order before and pickup right by front door. Not too crowed. Well lit and all the nuts n screws you need!!!

We are so pleased to have this store available in our area. It is clean, neat, organized and well stocked. Best of all, the employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.A major shout-out to Andy who, today, went above and beyond to help us determine a solution on how to fix the connector of our air pump, which we use for pumping up vehicle tires and bike tires. Then, not only did he find the right parts for the job, with a lot of "umph" he was able to insert the part in the right position. This was something we would not have been able to do.Thank you to Ace and all the great employees for consistently supporting our community so well.

Update: This Ace location used to have a 5 star rating from me... until I started getting off at 6 and stopping by after work. They used to close at 8pm, but now close at 7pm, and failed to update that on Google. If you come in after 6 they are rude and busy with closing tasks, irritated you would have the audacity to interrupt them to ask for help finding something. The service and mood is a total 180 from you'd get earlier in the day, and from what one normally expects from Ace Hardware. The manager, William, is incredibly rude and condescending. He has a real IDAGAF attitude about him. From now on I'll find another hardware store.I prefer Ace to the bigger hardware stores bc I can get actual help from a person, eager to help me and familiar w/the stock and product lines.The customer service here is really top-notch. Bring them any bolt, nail or screw and they'll match it! I was able to put together a trampoline missing bolts w/their help. I'd tried home depot first. Good luck matching a bolt there! After 3 seperate employees were stumped as to how to search stock to match my bolt, I gave up. It's not they didn't have it, but that no one could find it. Ace found it straight away in just a few mins.They have a great return policy, even for opened items. As long as it's within 30 days and you have the receipt, they'll take anything back for a full refund, no questions asked.They cut keys here, fast, cheap & easy! And there's plenty of free parking. There's also curbside parking in case you need to load something heavy. Highly recommend.

They had a good selection, but initially, they all looked the same. So I had to stare at them for a while before I could differentiate one from another. The prices were reasonable too.

These people are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They make it easy for you to be in and out to get back to what brought you there in the first place. Easy to navigate this location too.

I prefer coming to Ace Hardware over a Lowes/Home Depot because the customer service is much better/employees helpful. Some things can be a little more pricey here than a big box hardware store. The folks who work here are great and I can usually find what I need.

Tried to ask to open up a security cable to check how heavy a chain saw .....answer was no...I am busy ....a can't ....it was really unusuayl....and men also told me everybody are busy too.......just left right away to buy a tool in the nearest Lowe's.

Super nice staff and well stocked hardware store. There nuts, bolts, screws, random house hold fasteners and hardware is the best. Good section of yard and garden supplies too.

We were looking for a screws and washers for a fuel pump for my Dad's '48 Ford. Found them without a hitch and didn't have to buy a package of 10. Got out after paying only $2. It felt like a true hardware store. Great experience!

I come here often out of necessity (because it's close to work) I haven't been wowed by much of anything here. Tried to get a key made and programmed here with 2 different vehicles a year apart and couldn't get either to program. Their go to excuse both times was I must have a electrical issue with the car. (No issue, went elsewhere and no problem)

I went, looking for a specific item, right before work. I was greeted by an employee who asked me if I could use help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to it. There were more choices than I expected and I got what I needed. The cashier was friendly but quick, which I appreciated.

A little too helpful, just let me wander around and I will probably buy more stuff...I don't nee to be asked if I need help every time I turn a corner. Its that 'hurry up and buy' but with a smile on lol.
