Went in for my birthday to buy a few things. I'm a Big Lots rewards member, and you get a birthday coupon. Sometimes, they let you combine discounts, which is awesome. They have a large variety of household items, furniture, and snacks. They get some cute stuff! I love shopping at this store. My house is full of items I've bought there! I included photos of some highlights. The rug is my recent addition from Big Lots!

Overall, ÿ, respectful, helpful, and professional staff with a clean store. I also like that they have an angled parking lot, which makes parking in a truck, van, or large service vehicle such as a box truck so much easier and more efficient. Nice also that it's not overnight by everROTs finest street urchins that expect you to pay for their prolonged suicide but I digress. Fear not, though, as one need not go far in any direction for that, I can assure you... oh yeah big lots.. 🤔 uhhm, yeah, they've got lots of lots and racks on racks on stacks on racks on stacks and big big big lots.

I love Big Lots, but at this location, literally don't go after 4pm.Unfortunately this area makes this store incredibly dangerous at night. Lots of tweaks using the parking lot as a campground and also wandering around the store to shoplift. There's cops there often at night, and not because they can afford security, but because they have to escort someone out who "doesn't understand" what they're doing wrong when they shove a bunch of DVDs down their pants. Everett right...But the employees are really helpful, the selection is usually pretty good, and low prices are the main reason I love going. Will always visit during the day when I need to! Props to the employees that put up with everything else that goes on there.

I prefer their curbside pickup but unfortunately their lack of signage is a real pain. It used to be in the parking lot in front of the store but now it's against the store off to the side. It's kind of far from the door as well. As for their customer service, it's always been great. I love the storage boxes that I purchased and I'm going to buy more soon

The Big Lots in Everett, WA is a lonely store. It's big, too big for the product selection. The contents are the usual Big Lots variety: odds and ends of various packaged grocery goods, home products and inexpensive furniture all at low cost. But the store lacks any kind of warmth. It's like shopping in an old 50s Soviet-style market. All product shelving is at distance from the checkout stand. It's a horrible layout. I'm not expecting intimacy at a Big Lots store, but it would be nice if someone in the chain thought about adding just a little heart.

The store shelves are empty in the home and beauty aids section. They never cross out the barcode on reduced items and always scan the full price. We have to get it adjusted every time.

Has tons of sofa and sectional selections available. The place is close to the main road so it's easy to locate.The salesladies act quickly when asked and doesn't care if you ask them to check things multiple times.The only complaint is the exit. The door says exit but you can't go out that way. Weirdly you have to go the entire payment/cashier area and go out that way.This probably would give someone anxiety and would be forced to buy something.

Young guy that runs the register is not friendly what so ever. Can't even get a hello from him. No personality, should not be working the registers if you can't even get a hello.

I recently visited Big Lots and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The aisles were cluttered and disorganized, and the floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. The overall atmosphere just didn't feel clean and inviting. I hope they can improve their maintenance and cleanliness in the future.

The prices for Christmas lights are AWESOME!!!! I was able to buy more boxes of Christmas lights than originally planned because of their great prices!! They are a lil over priced on other items. Overall the customer service is great!!

Shelves have been empty on many of the days we go in. With discounts, prices are comparable or better than Walmart. With lack of stock, things tend to get moved to the wrong label, which has caused us grief our last 2 visits.

Store was a little messy. Bathrooms are out of order. Items on the floor. Huge selection of furniture. Was going to purchase a cabinet but all the boxes were damaged or missing parts. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff for the most part most of the people that work there are nice. Somewhat good deals it just depends on what you're looking for but they do have a large assortment of different things. I've always like going there. Sometimes it's just nice to go and look around especially for after holiday sales those are always amazing.

This is a pretty typical Big Lots, few employees, difficult to find what you need if it isn't in plain sight. But if you have the time to browse, you'll always find cool things that you didn't know you needed until you saw it. One big problem, Big Lots used to be a discount store where you could find everyday items at a lower cost than most other retailers, but this is no longer the case AT ALL. Big Lots has gotten much more expensive, so now about the only things my family and I go there for are paper products, because they're generally less expensive than other retailers.

They have really stepped up their game over the years. This is a nice location and wasn't overly busy. Lots of good choices. Their furniture section has gotten better too. Worth a look if you haven't been there in a while. Try to finish your shopping before dark. This part of Everett draws night walkers. They know where you shop.
