One of my favorite locally owned stores in Enumclaw, Washington. I come here quite often either to pick up carhart beanies or shoes for the fall and winter months, re-supply last minute items before heading up to the mountains for a weekend stay or just to browse around.It’s a mini giant store for everyone that has what you need to hit the outdoors. It’s like a mini Cabalas or Bass pro.The staff are always nice and kind here. Purchase a Taurus 856 revolver and some ammo not to long ago and the young man that was helping me out was great and didn’t seem judgmental and was very helpful and informative.It’s a very well established place and run by some awesome folks. Need a place to re-stock or grab your next gear? Work-sports and Outdoors most likely will have what you need.

As a long time Enumclaw resident and decades long Work Sports customer I am floored and saddened by the experience I had today. I purchased a pair of boots for my mother for Christmas and they were too big. She slipped one boot on and knew they wouldn’t work. Back in the box they went until today for a return to exchange them in store. When we went to the register the manager, Shelby, said she would not return them because it looked like they had been worn “A TON”. And continued to insinuate that my mother had worn them even after my mom kindly said “how could I wear them, there were too big!” Shelby, I hope you understand the impact of your energy and demeanor. I know we all have those days and the customer is not always right. I too have worked in customer service. But that was not the case today. The way you treated us and implied we were lying about a Christmas gift (something that was supposed to be joyous) was unkind and disrespectful. This is too small of a town to treat your customers like common criminals. Absolutely wild.

Tried local but Caters to mostly men wear. Daughter has outside job and hardly any women's work clothes. Coastal Farm and Ranch in Auburn will have what you need.

Really the Best buy around to buy any kind of boot if you have time. Great selection of Georgia and oddly enough some very fine boots that my wife loves. They're very unique and very hard to find online and we are fortunate to have them so close.

Super nice staff, great inventory. It’s way bigger on the inside then it looks like on the outside. I almost felt like I was back in Texas except for the mountain in the back ground. Definitely will be back.

Great service in the guns section. Just weird how every time I come in to look I end up leaving with a receipt for new gun. Not sure why that keeps happening lol

I had to do a return at this work sports today and the lady cashier who took my return was very unfriendly towards me and she would not give me cash back on my return even tho I paid majority of it in cash and she put it all back on my card even tho I told her I paid in cash and needed my cash since I am in a hard spot right before the holidays and she wouldn't give me any cash and since I have dark to feel like she was being racist

Went in to get some new work boots. I was greeted by a very nice lady in the boot area. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the differences in the boots I was looking at. She made my experience enjoyable. I was happy with my purchase. I wish I could remember the ladys name she deserves a raise!

Always a great place to browse and shop! Nothing beats this little Mom and Pop store in the local area! Great selection, friendly/knowledgeable staff, fine location and overall a great local place for the avid outdoorsman or woman to go! Clothing and sporting goods for all ages and tastes! This is a great store. Love stopping in here and I always find something I need. Prices are good and the selection is great on everything from sporting goods to clothes. Great selection of hiking and camping gear, along with hunting and fishing supplies. Truly worth the stop in.

Good store, come at least once a month. However, they wouldn’t return faulty shooting targets I purchased last week. Not sure why they turned it into a investigation over $25. No big loss just won’t come back

I purchased a firearm on 10/30. Waiting on background check they said 4-6 days. Called on day 5 just to check in was told it could take 10 days ok cool. Day 13 I called again they said come get it it’s over 10days?? I get there to pick up and I honestly was shocked how I was treated it was like I was a ghost. Then Jason came out with my purchase finished the paperwork slid the case to me and walked away. Never said anything to me he didn’t even look to see if it was in there or if I had any questions unbelievable experience. I will never buy anything from that store again. Thanks Jason.

I dont have one nice thing to say about this place, which is sad because I always give others the benefit of the doubt. Previous Review so acurate. "They do not want customers to come into the store. It does seem like they only have employee security shoppers, not there to actually help you." They do not respect you and how they treat people is wrong. Horrible atmosphere and the worst Customer Service I have ever seen in my life. I have never been disrespted until I walked into this store. We will never go back and give them our hard earned money. They said "We don't even care about that either and dont need the money anyways."So please spend your money at a businesses who needs it and who cares about you!Thank God for Big J's in Orting.
