Recently purchased a rabbit hutch which was already assembled and sitting out in the rain at the Enumclaw location. I asked the associate how long it had been out in the rain, she said "not that long".A few days later as it dried, I noticed the wood was warped and the hardware was coming detached. I contacted the store and spoke with the assistant manager, Amber, who did try to give a few options on how to correct the issue. After explaining how the solutions she's offering wouldn't work, she continued to talk over me then immediately hung up.I called back to ask her name and the name of the store manager, to which she replied she "didn't know his name" and that I could call back tomorrow morning and ask for the store manager.I was sold a rotted product, lied to, and hung up on. This has not been a good experience with Tractor Supply - Enumclaw and unfortunately soured my experience. I expected a little better from Tractor Supply based on my experiences in other locations.How very disappointing.

Would not fill my propqne tank due to a hard to read date code which if the sales person would have looked closer clearly said the tank was certified within the last 5 years. This person would not even attempt to read it. Code was clearly 0819 E which means August 2019 which is within the 5 year requirement. Terrible service

It is nice not having to drive to Covington or Bonney Lake to a pet store to get food. They carry good quality pet items here. My dogs and cats prefer this brand and it is always there.

Excellent customer service!! We went in just to look around at some of their kayaks and see the different options (I had a red one I was dead set on that was online and wasn’t going to change my mind) — Ryan came out to greet us and answer any and all questions we had, spent about 20 minutes with us going over the different types, pulled a couple out for us to see and get a feel for, ones he recommends, etc. — and I ended up leaving with a pink one lol. Needless to say, their customer service and the time they take to truly listen to their customers and their needs is 10/10. Always a pleasant experience here! 👌🏼

The best place to get propane refilled for your barbecue. One of the employees (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he has sort of long hair/top knot) is super friendly. Give this guy a raise to keep him on board!

We have had a good experience every time we come to TSC. They have a wide variety of things we are looking for, fun decor items for the home, etc. On our most recent trip (March 12, 2022) my husband was planning on buying a weed whacker as well as a tiller for the soil. We were planning on buying a $500 tiller, but Ryan, an awesome employee there, convinced us not to and told us we should just try renting one for the work that we had in mind. He also helped us decide on what weed whacker to buy. He was not in anyway trying to pressure us to spend more, or buy the more expensive ones. He was honest, and super helpful and informative. My husband was very happy with the one he decided to purchase. I highly recommend this place. All the employees are great!

The store itself is fine. Some of the products are not the greatest.For example, the Rabbit Playhouse that’s $230. Within two days, the playhouse broke. The flooring that goes above the pull out tray completely broke. There are no supports in it, and it’s quite frankly VERY cheaply made. No one can say it was an installers error since my boyfriend literally builds structures, and has definitely put these together before. If there were supports for this thing, it probably would’ve been better.And since it was put together and my rabbit had already lived in it, I wasn’t about to take it back. I felt like that would be kind of rude. Even though it should’ve went back.Please sell better quality rabbit items and housing. Especially if I’m paying $230, I don’t want it to fall apart in two days.

Have been in the store 3 times in the last 2-3 months to buy the Paws & Claws Cat Food in the 36# bag. First couple of times, I was told it would be in on Tuesday. Today, I asked if they weren't going to be carrying it & the reply was something about it being a supply chain issue. Not a great idea to lead a customer on when they sell pet supplies. It's usually best to gradually change the food for a cat, as a sudden change may cause upset stomach & unwanted vomiting. No help, none to be seen. Usually many items without prices. Not very easy to move through the store. Not easy to find things. Very overpriced candy, probably because not found in other stores in town. Inconsistent with items they will deliver, making it difficult to get items that are needed at the same time. UPDATE: Today there was a bag of their cat food! Very nice, 2 employees went to look for it, found it, & the guy brought it up to the cashier for me, waited while I paid for it, then he even carried it out to the car. As I was thanking him, he said 'it's my job, & I love my job.' He meant it. Thank you!!

Excellent service, went above and beyond to help find what I needed urgently to get a job done. Tristan and Louis especially were enthusiastic to help and got me the lowest price I could find in my area. Awesome service, will recommend to everyone!

Just had a terrible experience at the Enumclaw tractor supply store tonight. Purchased dog food, chicken feed WAS a frequent customer. While I was loading purchase into my vehicle in parking lot, a woman middle age ,thin, blond gray hair accused me of not paying for purchase. Since I told the girl at the register I wouldn't need a receipt, this lady rudely said I needed to come back in store and pay for said items.I assumed the girl at the register would verify I had just paid so I went back inside.Register girl had stepped out for a second but mgr type lady lied and said she had already left for the night, while pretending to rummage through trash looking for my receipt.Then register girl magically reappeared and verified my purchase. I asked mgr lady if she would apologize, then said they had lost a customer as I will not be shopping there again. Mgr lady just smirked and said "ok.'*** No I won't be calling your "customer solutions" 800 line, I detailed every bit of the incident that took place at your store and from now on will be going to country farm and feed and Buckley feed store.

I am a frequent customer At this TS Store for various pet supples and farm parts. I took a chance and purchased 10 bags of stove heating pellets. I saw they STILL store all the pellets OUTSIDE in the rain. I told them I wanted the DRY bags which were inside the store. They still got me bags of pellets which were outside. Guess what? Get home, pour bag into stove. Last half of bag is sawdust. Wet stove pellets AGAIN. This is the second time. 1st time this happened I bought an entire ton of pellets, ended up taking them ALL back getting a refund. This requires A LOT of work and effort since I ended up having to hand load half of them back in the truck once I discovered the pellets were wet. I ended up driving the extra miles to coastal farm in Auburn. All pellets stored INSIDE and DRY. THIS Tractor supply store shouldnt even sell Pellets if they cant keep them dry. BTY, I used my $10.00 off rewards coupon to purchase these and they never restored my $10.00 rewards credit. Oh well, lesson learned.

I had one very helpful friendly staff member assist me, but the lady who rung me out couldn't be bothered to be nice. Maybe if she stopped talking with her coworker for a second she could've said hello, or have a nice day, or even anything. Very mixed visit.

The staff are always friendly. The store has a huge supply of pet needs from household pets to farm animals, not just feed and toys but medical needs as well. I love wandering through the store and finding a great deal on something that they have marked down.

Staff is friendly and always willing to help me find things. That said they are lacking on some essential farm supplies. Wish their shelves were stocked better.I will say I found a super cool camping chair with hydralic rockers on the back. Good for them to have some off the wall selections.

The store was organized and clean. The biggest reason for me to review it is because the lady that helped me was awesome. I never caught her name but she was very personable, knew a surprising amount about dog food and managed to make a recommendation that I change my dogs food without being offensive about it. Then she even gave me some food to try out and encouraged me to bring in my bully as dogs are always welcome. Enumclaw as a town doesn't seem to care about even basic covid protocal (which I wasn't prepared for) but this store has some awesome customer service so I will be back in off-peak hours for sure.

A couple of hours ago, I bought a pedal boat from the Enumclaw store but didn't give it a thorough once-over. It was dirty and had, obviously, been sitting outside for quite a while. They gave me a discount for that condition. When we got it home, I found a hole from where a fork on a forklift had punctured the boat. I'm really disappointed that it had a big hole in it. Beware goes out to anyone else who buys one of these boats. Not a happy camper.

I needed help buying duck food, walked around the store for 10 mins trying to find help. Once I found someone (Ryan) he was too busy to help me, told me it’s in the back left corner. I told him I could not find it, I expected that once he was done with what he was doing he would help me. He did not. When I went to the front to ask if they had anyone else to help me he came back in and was extremely rude, I ended up leaving without buying anything and going to the Buckley feed store where I received help immediately. Won’t be shopping here again.

This place has a lot of great things. Prices are high in some things, Sales are the way to go. Also, i think they should give away 10 chicks when you buy a bag of chicken feed like other farm stores.

Cashier told me product was out of stock . No customer service skills. She did send me to the customer service counter. I super nice person went and looked and told me that they do not keep the feed in stock normally and I would have to special order and wait for it to come in. Had she not told me that I would have kept waiting for it to come in.

Have had several issues with this location but they recently have stepped up their customer service. I had an issue with the manufacturer for two very expensive flashlights, one missing a charger and one that never worked. They addressed this quickly for me and even though they were out of stock for the item they went out of their way to bring it up from another location.

I went to tractor supply today after calling to verify that they carried the herbicide that I wanted, which they did. They told me it was a little under $100, a little more than the going rate, but it was what I have had success with in the past. I drove down to tractor supply found the herbicide and took it to the register. I waited in line and when it was my turn to pay for my goods I was informed that they could not sell me the product they had on their shelf. I was informed that they only have one employee certified to sell herbicides and she was not working today. It was a complete waste of time.After being completely irritated and having this be the third time I have gone there to walk out with nothing I went to Bill's farm and feed. A great establishment with knowledgeable folks that work there. I found the herbicide I wanted in a generic brand which was about 30 percent cheaper and got an additive to help the effectiveness after talking to the staff. Morale of the story, if you want to waste am hour of your time, get completely frustrated and walk out empty handed take a run to tractor supply. If you want to buy a product and maybe get an education on how to make it more effective while saving money, swing into Bill's farm and feed, about 10 minutes down the road.This is my last trip to tractor supply to waste time.

If you are looking for the Wal Mart of feedstores ? Here it is . Very seldom do I see the same employee twice. This store seems to have issues with inventory, even pre-covid . They always suggest that I try another location , they are all 20+ miles away. We are in a small town here and have limited local resources , and our TSC does not help that. We do have another locally owned operation that gets most of my money. this particular location used to be a Del's farm supply since I was a kid , sorry they had to sell.

I was highly disappointed with my experience. I went on Wednesday as they have veterinarys there . it was a ploy to get customers in the store. They do nothing for the pets. They post a sign out front advertising the vet on duty. Ha! They talk to you take information then tell you if you need something done go to your regular vet. They don't precribe any meds no treatments. Not even so much as trimming nails as advertised on their sign. It is hard to get your pet into a vets office due to covid so you go to the store hoping to get help and then to have them tell you they don't do any services and to go to your regular vet. Highly disappointing. Very bad for business. Do not recommend and will not shop there anymore.

1 checker, Very long line! They need to get there other register fixed ASAP! Waiting isles back to check out is very unnecessary! Outside of that they do carry some unusual things we like and my husband's work socks!
