I typically shop at aQFC but i wanted Kung Pow chicken for lunch. After being ignored for several minutes i asked if they sold it. The employee daid yes and then went back to his prep. I ask if i could have some and said "we dont have any today". The menu depends on who cooks so we have no idea what is going to be put out. My first and last time ever shopping at Safeway

If you're looking for generic, this is the place for you! It's a Safeway/Albertsons/Kroger/GenericsRus store. Expect generic mid quality items, it's no Aldi's.

A couple of weeks ago I had bought some food from the hot deli. Well when I had gotten home I noticed that I was missing 2 of the chicken strips I ordered. The next day I had went back, and before I could even say anything the lady has apologized about it and handed me a bag with my order doubled for free.The people are awesome here. Small Town feel for sure.

Loved this store, but recently they have been super fragile by not having a single checker working a normal checkout stand most evenings between 8pm and atleast midnight. Covid seems to have really done a number on customer service at many businesses. So we have to pay more for the same amount of groceries while now having to work at the grocery store checking our own groceries. To top this off, their self check is small and God forbid you need to buy a full cart of groceries! Better bring bags or they charge you for those now too.Guessing in the next few months I will have to start stocking shelves also🤪Extremely disappointed!

Look at the expiration dates of things that you want to buy at this store. Now I remember one of the reasons I stopped shopping here! This is only one single example, today is July 6th, this is what I'd like to buy, but...it expired on the 3rd! Suddenly, they no longer offer delivery to the town where they're located. UPDATE: Today, I happened to see they had a great price for cheese. When I got back from store, I saw that I'd been charged for 10 rcycble ba 80cents. I called as I brought my own bags, 4 bags, only needed to use 2 of my bags. I was told 'the next time you're in bring in your receipt & we'll refund your 80 cents.' Ugh. Scammed again.

This is a good meetup location for visiting Mt Rainier national park. Great for getting takeaway lunches, bathroom break and topping up gas before travelling down 410 east.

Christine on customer service should not be answering the phone if she can’t actually have good customer service. Rudely, hung up while I was thanking her and telling her to have a great night after calling to let her know my man had located some expensive children’s prescription glasses and didn’t want those expenses to come out of their holiday funds so we would be sure to get them there (in case family was calling looking for them). My family has faced extreme crisis and I’m going out of my way to communicate while sick in bed and that’s the treatment you offer Christine?? Nice! Consider being nice especially around the holidays. Thanks!!

It’s fine, nothing exciting or fancy. Just a typical grocery store. I do like that they don’t frequently have items out of stock. I didn’t like paying $5.29 for a bag of hotdog buns.

Normally great but today I forgot my wallet and after shopping I tried using Google Pay which they're system says it accepts but it didn't. Customer service couldn't get it to work either so I went down the street to a different Safeway and the same thing, error message saying not working.So I went across the street to a competitor store and Google Pay worked just like it's suppose to.???

I would dread picking up my meds from this pharmacy due to the rude treatment from the staff there, I stayed out of convenience. After 3 interactions with other pharmacies in town, I switched. I was helped personally by a pharmacist who had 4 other employees working with her, I treated with care and concern, not like I was wasting her time. I clearly waited too long to switch, thinking all pharmacies in town would be overworked and understaffed like Safeway. Kindness matters.

Watch your prices. Discounts don't show up until the end and its hard to make sure they are all applied. I tried to calculate but didn't want to hold up the line too long. I reviewed by receipt before I left and found a missing discount ($3.50 worth). I got bounced around each with a wait, 3 times before someone finally helped. Staff was very nice! It's not the staffs fault the computer made a mistake. Still time I'll never get back.

This Safeway is my last stop before going to Crystal MT. or anything else one might do along 410(camping, shooting, hackysack). Normally, I use the self-checkout, and the layout is the same as any other Safeway. So, it's quick, in and out. The only negative thing I can think of is that the parking lot may have some large pickups that take up two spots. Really, only a spot and a half. Ok, bye.

Every department is clean and free of clutter with friendly faces and a kind word to all who come through. Willing to go the extra mile for a customer, from hunting down a desperately needed product to running to your car in the pouring rain to roll up the window!

Sure it costs more than Walmart.. But you get what you pay for! The people working there are intelligent and helpful . The meat and produce are excellent quality And they seem to keep the lines under control as well .

While I don't often come here to do my groceries, I do enjoy their deli and speciously there soups. The bakery is also pretty good and the jalapeño cheddar bagels are the best!

If this is the Enumclaw one, that's a cool Store! They have these really good (aluminum tray) creative meals (for the oven) located in the black case in front of the warm fried food counter. Where, by chance, a (mature) lady is just so nice and helpful, and her fresh Spring roll wraps were just what I needed. Yum!

I would give zero if I could but you can't. Your employees are rude and disrespectful. Your employees the two women at the butcher are more concerned about talking with each other about there bad day while using foul language i might add. I know company doesn't care when someone says they're not coming back but I will not be spending anymore money here. It's sad that I now have to drive a half hour out of my way to get things that are right down the street.
