From out of town visiting family everyone was so helpful. Until we got to the checkstand. A black haired female took over for Kenny, she was the most impersonal person. No hi how are you. Being from out of town we are not familiar with QFC and asked if my Fred meyer card works. She snapped out that it worked at all qfc stores, then when I thanked her she would not respond and immediately started with the next customer. I've been involved with the grocery business most of my life and was disappointed in her customer service.

Do not go to this pharmacy. These women are horrible and very rude. They refused to fill my medication and told me it was an insurance issue. Ok, I call my insurance and have no issues there and said they must be entering it wrong. The women there very rude. They announced my business for everyone to know. This pharmacist wouldn’t give me her name, but I already filed numerous complaints against her and the women who works there. I even contacted BBB and put this company on their list and encourage everyone to file their complaints with this company and the other companies they will send the link to your email address. It’s your right to be treated with respect and dignity, no matter if those thangs are having a bad day or not.

This place is WAAAY cheaper than Safeway. I'm so glad I convinced my mother to start shopping here instead, after 30 years stopping at that other place. QFC is closer to home, it is way easier to get in and out quickly and efficiently. The employees here are very personable and quickly learned who I was by name. Maybe it's just me, but they seem happier then the employees up the road. This is one of the cleanest and most organized, well-stocked grocery stores that I've shopped at anywhere throughout my life. It definitely is a Quality Food Center.

I'm appalled that they had the cart pusher out in 94 degrees today. That's definitely not ok. Overall, this store is just ok nothing special. Has all the basics you need. There's usually parking which is good. Watch out for people speeding because several people have been ran down in the past in front of this store. Overall average rating.

Love this QFC! I live on the outskirts of Auburn and I'll make the short drive through the country just to shop here. People are much friendlier and the everyday products/selection are superior to anything else nearby. Plus after stocking up on essentials you can swing in to Tracy's produce and Olsen's meats on your way back out of town!

The chocolate milk is rotten. Continues to be rotten on 3 separate occasions. When brought up to the worker, all they could say was "yep." And nothing was done about it. Horrible and a bad thing if the health department sees this, but maybe that's what they want? Seems like this store is falling apart.

Amy who works the register is absolutely rude. I inconvenienced her by coming up to her line. Made sure I knew she was unhappy by throwing things aggressively into my bag. Absolutely rude. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and find a new one. I will not be returning while she’s here.

One of the worst and most unprofessional store in America. Few days back one of friend purchased some cards from them they have taken 1000$ from my friend and given empty card without any balance. Also store misbehaved with her when she tried to inform them about cardI will suggest to never step in here they are fraud cheater and have no manners to deal with senior citizen

I wanted to hopefully stop shopping in busy Bonney Lake, so I tried this place out. Took me over an hour to buy a few things, mainly because I was constantly fighting past the gossiping employees having their drama talk in the center of any given isle. Good luck asking them to move because they won't. You may receive a nasty glance though. The meat selection was so sad, I almost cried. The produce section was pretty impressive, but that's the only positive.Man, this place seriously sucked. It's a freaking grocery store, and they somehow managed to make it suck. Won't be back E V E R

Staff are typically upbeat, relatable and down to Earth. I can have a short but sweet conversation with them while checking out.I love their novelty little bakery/cheese/cold meat section and enjoy their selection of food.I don't frequent this location often though as the price of their food is about 2-4 dollars higher than anything in Bonney Lake [for whatever reason]. Food is a bit fresher, but still, it's a large retail grocery store.I don't think I'd put this up there on the list of the equivalent for Haggen so the pricing doesn't feel justified.Otherwise, nice and quick stop if you're not going to BL.

Good clean store, a little short on service people. Lots of organic products offered. One of the "higher end" grocery stores, and it is reflected in the prices. You can get the Sam for less at it's sister store Fred Meyer. It is all Kroger brand as well as Haggen stores.

Beautifully kept grocery store. Every item is placed with perfection. I mean, it's so organized and taken care of.... I'm pretty sure after they close the store they play a lullaby and tuck all of the inventory into bed for the night. Prices are a bit high but if you're a clean freak you should shop here. It'll be worth the trade.

Nice, clean store with friendly employees. But the prices are generally around 20% higher than at Safeways and Fred Meyers, and you don't get much more value in your experience other than the company of fellow well-behaved clientele and fancier shelving units with doors on nearly all refrigerated units. You could maybe add in a slightly better dressed work force and typically more help on hand.There are even some added annoyances such as a smaller selection with a skew towards higher-end, locally produced products, which could be as much a negative for some as it is a benefit to people like me.Overall I see this as a niche store or a place to stop off for a few things when there aren't other options if you don't care about those few benefits and a nice place to go when you can afford it for the rest of us.

Newly remodeled, looks great and the staff is super nice and helpful. They have great produce and a lot of their organic products are very reasonable in price. They've started offering "Costco" like samples throughout the store, which is pretty cool for a small town grocery store.

Had a rude lady bagging my groceries tonight. The cashier himself was nice but this bagger just seemed annoyed. It was a younger girl. I don’t want to put her name in here. But she first got annoyed when I said yes that I wanted my stuff in bags. And luckily I didn’t have anything fragile cus she was just kinda tossing stuff in the bag. And she put everything in one bag making it ridiculously heavy. My last three items were 2 liters of soda. She went to put them right in the cart and all I said was “oh could I get those in bags too please?” She responds to me by rolling her eyes and going “ugh!” Like she was annoyed that I asked for another bag. I’m not sure what her problem was.

Inconsistent! It's not easy to shop when there's so many digital things to do first if you want to get the best deals, which aren't really always right. Give ecoup for free item for me: you don't carry it at location I shop & not relevant to me. Best yogurt on sale, great deal! But, none in stock, won't give raincheck because 'it's a problem getting any.' I thought that was the point of a raincheck. I have SO many old receipts that I've been told by online 'customer service' I need to take to in store customer service to have them 'deal with the issue.' I don't know why the customer service contact online won't give consistent customer service. Almost all of the people who work in the store are helpful, friendly, kind. They're also extremely busy & it's not their fault when digital things don't work right.

Best store in Enumclaw that I've been to there prices are good and their customer service is really good too. The people at the Starbucks inside are really fast and they get your orders right 99% of the time

Safeway prices are better...you do get 3 cents of a gallon of gas for being a member of the rewards (unlike Safeway). Meat and bakery are better than Safeway also. Customer service is about as good as it gets here in Western Washington (which isn't that good).

Dennis yelled at me for not wearing a mask in the store when his employees were not wearing one as well. He continued to insist I wear one and handed me a mask full of chemicals after I told him I had medical exemptions from it. I called the store at a later time and talked to the manager Kristy. She started yelling at me about how her family has died because of COVID and I needed to wear a mask everywhere I went so I’m not killing people. This is absolutely unacceptable to talk about to any of your customers and you can not enforce someone to wear a mask

The prices are great on certain items at either QFC or SAFEWAY. But QFC is closer to me. And the employees are very nice as well. Although QFC is adding on additional eating/seating area outside. Will be quite nice to have and sit while doing various things likeHomework and reading a book 😉

Drove 30 minutes here the other night to get enfamil formula cuz it says on their website they have it got there the lady said they don't have. It would be nice if they changed or updated their website could've saved my gas 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Always clean and well stocked. Staff seems more motivated than in most grocery stores. You pay for that a bit with the overall bill at the cashier.
