Almost everyone is very helpful, friendly, efficient, & kind. Usually has what I need. Carries a variety of hardware items, more than I'd expect to be in the store. Always very nice plants, flowers, seasonal items even out of the season.

I LOVE This store, really warm welcoming atmosphere, the store is organized very well, and they carry quality products, they have very nice and helpful staff. They also have a nuts and bolts isle which is very helpful and you can find pretty much every common nut, bolt and screw there, all for very little money (cents, not dollars). Its much better than tractor Supply Co, which has a massive building that's really confusing to find your way around, little to no staff to help you out, and has very cheap products. I've tried true value and groundwork stuff and true value is far better quality and lasts longer. If both stores carry the same thing I'm after, I'll always go to Gateway True Value Hardware, even if the same product cost a bit more, just so I don't have to enter Tractor Supply co.

We got plants from here and were amazed by the variety of the different fruits, vegetables, and herbs they have here. Not an amazing variety for perennial flowers, but they do still have seeds. Good hardware. Really nice and helpful staff, not amazing prices though.

I go in for 1 thing but still has to look at everything, and then buy all the stuff I know I'll use. I buy all my house cleaning cleaners and such from there because it's a nice big bright open display of all the different cleaners and whatnot and you can see everything easily. And they have a large selection

Most expensive Hardware store in King County!!! $15.90 for one stick of half inch PVC conduit before taxes. Regularly only $2.11 retail at Home Depot, and about $4.39 at most ACE Hardware stores.

I like the store and the people that work there. I don't like the way the prices have increased. I saw a large disparity in pricing. A number of items I looked at were 45-50% higher than Tractor Supply. Mind you these were $2-3 items. Lower priced example TS. $.50 each and TV. $1,29 each. Hose clamps pack of 4 were $1.99. TV was $1.29 each.I the future I'll be easier to find at Johnson's in 4 corners

Extremely helpful staff!!! My old car key broke off, and guy behind the key counter was very helpful. He did all he could, but it was in too bad a shape. He even came out to check on me while a spare was on the way and offered to call for help. Great service.

Very clearly organized shelves and isles as well as a clean store. It could easily be a dirty hardware store. It isnt. One of my favorite places in town to shop at. Im sure Tractor Supply across the streets taken some of the business but it definitely is more of a farm feed store whereas Gateway is a true Hardware Store!

One of the finest customer oriented staffs in Enumclaw. They are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, courteous and appreciative of every customer. Love to shop there. Worth visiting even if just to browse. The experience will give your day a lift.

I love this little store. I swear they have everything! Everytime I come here they're friendly and helpful and their prices are comparable to the big name retailers. There is a younger kid who is always there and is super helpful, knows where everything in the store is. Seriously love this place!

Real helpful service when we were looking for some matching machine screws that were having trouble finding. They have pretty good connex screws and bolts.
