We always have a good experience when we come here for our two miniature dachshunds! The ladies clearly love the dogs and really care about taking care of them. They have also got us in for last minute appointments for nails/glands when needed which is was so nice. Prices are similar to anywhere else we’ve been. Online booking system is easy to use.

Great small pet store with quality food treats and toys. All the lady's working their are great and super helpful. Used to get my dog groomed their but my groomer moved on. So now I just go for food and treats and, of course, to pet the kitties.

The first time I took my dog there I was so happy with them. They were so kind and friendly and my dog loved them and I was was very satisfied with her groom. However I had an appointment last week and I arrived 5 minutes early. The sign said open but the door was locked and I called 3 times and got no answer. I waited for about 15 minutes then I had to leave. I have tried to several times since then and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I was really sad because I really loved this place.

Rude and pathetic! I'm glad I walked in to schedule an appointment rather than over the phone, so I could see how the lack of customer service and professionalism the employee presented. I would never leave my pet in their car.

I've found (the other) Sabrina!!!! We used to see her down the road but she'd left the area for awhile. We're so thankful she's back in town, no one's ever really bonded with my dogs like she has. She's absolutely amazing with my trio and they all are so excited to come in for their grooming. With other groomers, they were scared and were bad dogs, but they chose her as their human. I swear she's just as excited to see them as they are her. It's too darn cute!When I pick them up, they all are so happy and her work NEVER disappoints! I always lose my mind when I see what kind of bow or bandana she has for them.In the past, She's helped me with my pitbull's skin issues and helped us find out one of my dogs had a lump!!! She told us to get it checked out by the vet and thankfully we listened. caught it early enough to where the cancer didnt spread!!!! This woman literally loves and treats my dogs as if they were hers. I honestly couldn't ask for more from a groomer!!!

I love taking my Daryl there, but am confused about the prices, started out at 60 up to 70, and they didn’t used to charge for the gland thing, said it was free, now this last time they charged for it! I thought I said the usual, teeth, nails, they did the nails but not the teeth and charged me for the gland. I am delighted with the grooming, but have questions about the billing and information that is being shown with discrepancies 🤷🏻‍♀️

This place used to be my go to place for my dog... Made an appointment almost a month ago due to the fact that they were booked solid. I get there today to a sign on the door that they are closed. Called the number on the door to find out that if I want my appointment I need to drive to Kent location. My appointment was at 2pm I got there at 1:30 so no way I was going to make it in time. No communication and now my dog still needs to be groomed. This really put me off from ever giving them another dime. It would have taken one minute to let a customer know that they weren't going to follow through

I've been taking my Bichon Poodle mix to them monthly for the past 3 months. It's clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is no waiting for hours to pick up your dog. They say 2 hours and they are done in 2 hours, which cuts down on my dog's anxiety. They have given me great tips as well. I've been searching high and low in Enumclaw for over two years for a groomer that can address the needs of my nervous Bichon mix and thankfully the staff at Dog Spaw 2 have come through. They also send reminder texts and you can book appointments online.

I really doubt any of the previous reviews are from actual customers or if they are it relates to a bath only. Took our Golden and Aussie in today both got bathed. The one request for the Aussie was to trim her backside and back legs, neither of which was done. The Golden although bathed still has a snarl behind her ear. If you want to pay someone to bathe your pet cool, anymore then that don't go here.

My dog was so nervous when I dropped him off as it was his first time, but when I picked him up he was so calm and happy. The woman did a beautiful cut on him. I definitely will be bringing him back.

Very good at what they do and they don’t have any problems with my dogs, especially my one dog who has some physical handicap issues, they’re very careful with his paw and his tail. I am so glad that they are local, BEST in town!
