This is a long one but bear with meBranex has always been good with having what I’ve needed in stock and their prices are fair. What I appreciated the most was when I went in there yesterday to make some returns. My heart horse just passed away 4 days earlier from a stroke (he wasn’t even 5 yet) and I had several items I had just bought like maybe the week prior that were unopened. I forgot my receipts (but did purchase all my items under my acct) and when I told the cashier up front my name she recognized it. She said that she had heard of my horse passing from others and was sorry for my loss. She was so kind and caring, and was totally understanding with me breaking down in tears at the register after she said that. It was so hard for me to make those returns and her kindness meant so much to me that here I am writing a review (something I never do). The guy who came to get the grain from my car was also so kind and gave me his condolences as well and I really appreciated his understanding of the situation.Thank you Branex, I hope one day I will have a reason to come back to you.

This place is the best, customer service is top notch. We don’t have a feed store in our area so we normally drive north, this time we decided to go south and it was a great experience, hands down worth the drive. This feed store had it all, and then some. I got lots of pictures and even came home with more then I intended but all was need, thank you Peyton for all your help and also Holden for walking us around and introducing us to a lot of new products we have not heard of before. If you have not been there you need to go check them out. 5 star, 2 thumbs up and I highly recommend them. I will drive down again for all horse farm needs. Thanks Branex Feed and Supply.

Straw 51 cents per bale more than buckley feed store. Been there once won’t be back prices to high compared to others. Do yourself favor if buying bulk drive to buckley feed store lower prices friendly staff.

I recently visited Branex Feed and I must say, I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's always great to be greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude, and that's exactly what I got.In addition to the great service, I was also very happy with the pricing. I felt like I got a good deal for what I received. It's always a plus when you can get quality service without breaking the bank.Overall, I would highly recommend this business to others. The combination of friendly staff and good pricing make it a great choice for anyone looking for a positive experience. I will definitely be back in the future.

It's the only place we go for hay. Their prices are competitive, especially for the quality. The owners have many years of experience in the hay business and are genuine and honest.

This place gets two stars just because they have good quality hay. But, I am not a fan of the new ownership. I find them to be very rude and have a snotty attitude. One of the girls that we would see all of the time and knew us well was always making jokes with us, and the owner heard her making jokes and instantly started cracking the whip on her. It was completely rude, and she had no reason to be treated that way. and She had transferred from the Country Farm & Feed to this store, and I truly hope she went and found somewhere that treats her right.The customer service itself is just not good. One girl didn’t want to help us, and tried to get her coworker or boss to take care of us just so she could go mop an hour early. She also acted very annoyed that she had to handle customers.Additionally, we used to get all of our rabbit supplies here. And now they never keep them stocked, and don’t have good quality rabbit feed. We use Modesto, and they didn’t have it in. So one of the employees recommended a “better quality brand” and let me just say, it is NOT good quality. We feed our bunnies less than we used to on Modesto, and they’re still getting plump. They are on a very strict feeding schedule, and we’ve significantly reduced the amount of pellets they receive. Horrible food. Horrible recommendation.Overall, just not satisfied.

I have been a patron for the Enumclaw farm and feed and have always enjoyed the staff and products. Things just haven't been the same since they sold. I purchased my turkeys from them this year (like normal), out of the 9 turkey chicks purchased, only 4 so far have survived. For a small farm owner $70 worth of dead turkeys within 48 hours of bringing them home is unacceptable.Would not recommend them for Turkeys this year as the supplier just isn't producing healthy animals.Less than a 50% survival rate and no sympathy for the loss.The chickens have done just fine...

We avoid this establishment after our first visit for hay after the management shift. The guy who stacked the hay did it so exceptionally poorly we were almost afraid to drive home, and we couldn't take down nearly every bale to fix it. It was uneven and blocked the view on the driver's side, but not the passenger side. And he stacked it three bales high when it was unnecessary, on top of the precarious stacking job he'd already started. Nearly every bale fell when we removed one to unload, it was borderline dangerous. The second time we went it was a different guy, he seemed to have any sense of stacking hay safely, though he still stacked it three bales high. We don't know why they feel a need to do that. We go there for work occasionally when our hay supplier isn't available, but we dread it because we don't know if it will be as bad.

They held a terrific seminar on nutrition for horses, providing food and beverages. I was with a group that cares for rescued horses. They carry food for all animals - I bought healthy cat food - great knowledgeable service. I'll be back!
