The guy who is working there today 5/5 at 11:15 AM NEEDS some training on customer service. Every time we go to this location and he’s there there’s problems. Last time my husband went in to buy a slushee the gentleman was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced that we were there. Didn’t give us an opportunity to put in our phone number and when we asked to have it brought up to the screen so we can put in for our points he sighed and rolled his eyes at us cus he had to go back. Then today 5/5 when we went in. He was being EXTREMELY rude and doing some shady/possibly illegal business practices. There was a lady in there who (and I saw the sign too) grabbed some energy drinks right FROM UNDER A SIGN THAT READ 3 for $5. She was in front of me in line and the dude told her it was $10. She pointed out the sign right by him that literally said 3 for $5. Just kept saying no it was ten didn’t matter the sign. He then proceeded to go TAKE DOWN the sign and told lady it didn’t matter and it was $10. My husband told him that by state law since that sign was up he needed to give it to her for that price. He tried to still say no he did not at first until we (and the other customers in the store at the time) all said we would make a report to corporate against him. He then changed the price.

Visited this morning. Has all the coffee & pastries I was looking for! Decent selection of coffee, doughnuts & snacks. This is what would be expected from 7-11. Glad someone got in this gas station & made it what it could be .

Poor service. The card reader has scamed ××× amount off my card and tried to take more my bank noticed they have sum kinda issue with p.o.s machine im not the only person this has happened too

Asked me to empty out my pockets. There were my gloves in my pockets because it’s snowing. He saw me take them off and put them in my pocket when I entered. Terrible service don’t come here.

Dude behind the counter asked my girl for her snapchat as she told him no she has a boyfriend and a kid and he says so who cares and he just keeps asking for her snapchat and it was very awkward for her also he kept stareing at her in the store. Not cool man when she's says no she means no. I hope u don't do this to other girls and make them uncomfortable in the store. Your at work keep it professional...

We stopped on the way to Mt Ranier for snacks and our last restroom stop before we headed up. This place was clean, well stocked early morning with hot food and cold deli items. Only one restroom that says employees only but we looked desperate, my family took forEVERRR to get their AM BM out. Gas station outside with a few pumps.

i wish some of these workers didn’t make comments on their customers it makes me uncomfortable to just go in by myself. the worker is skinny and had a bob like hair cut and his accent was really deep so him speaking english was a bit hard to understand.

I was under the impression that reviews could not be deleted. This is apparently not true because I have searched for the review that I left several weeks ago and can't seem to find it. My problem with this establishment is that every time I went in the cashier would pay absolutely no attention to what I was asking for...in effect, looked right through me, and I would have to repeat myself several times in order to get my gas, etc. I found this with all of the newer employees. As a result I will now be going to AM/PM, or Runlands when Circle K used to be my go-to. Way to ruin a great small town vibe, 7-11.

I went there this morning to get my usual 2 energy drinks and a small bag of chips. The total rang up $8...close to $9.00. Felt like I was overcharged. Told the clerk that it has a 2 for $3 sticker on the glass door but he he didn't do anything to honor that deal. Falsely advertising your products is not good for business and I probably will not be back.

Asked for a fresh Buffalo wings since the one in the one in the self served looks dried. I paid for it and drop off other items in the car, came back he used the same chicken was on the shelf served.

Has changed immensely, new staff. Very dismissive and not so friendly.A year later this still applies, 'cept now the shelfs are emptier, hot food and pastries are not pulled in a timely manner. Eat at ur own discretion!

I was in line to purchase some water. There was a gentleman infront of me who was not fluent in english. The man behind the counter taunted him, asking him to correctly name the dollar bills he was given. Smirking and giggling to himself. I was furious because it was clear what the man wanted, and this harrasment was unprecedented and disrespectful.. the man behind the counter will toss your change at you. And will stare down women in a very provocative way. 0/5
