Sam used to run the place but he isn't there as much now they have a couple other younger guys there who are rude and very arrogant I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and I bought a new lighter there and it didn't work right so I came back the next day and these two new guys were there and they flat refused to exchange it or give me my money back and treated me like I was a criminal and had stolen it and all I wanted was to exchange it now I know if sam was there he would've done it no problem so now I avoid this store unless I absolutely have to get something that I can't get anywhere else because it left a bad taste in my mouth it just goes to show how valuable good customer service is in retail sales

Count your change if paying cash. I don't drink but I came in to get booze for a friend and was shortchanged 11 dollars because I was too trusting. I hope it was a one time oversight but it was a nice reminder to always count my change.

This place use to be really cool to go in. It had perfect customer service. But now they really don't care about the customers. I had a complaint and the person working just blew me off, saying "okay, have a good night" Without even asking more about what happened... A few years ago this place was perfect. The store itself is fine but they really need to work on the employee part.

Love this store. I shop here several times a month and the manager and the employees are always very friendly and courteous, the store is always clean and the prices are affordable. This is one of the few places i drive into Elma to shop at and one of my favorite stops.

Umm, almost feels like price gouging, but I guess it's the state getting their cut from the comsumer. I thought Utah was bad on pricing, doesn't compare. The staff are great, but store is small. Limited selection.

Ok prices for such a small town but the wine selection is pretty terrible. Barefoot is not a good brand of wine and there are many other comparably priced alternatives.
