As a employee my experience with dollar tree has changed my life in so many ways. I enjoy my job alot.. the reason j love my job is because I've grown to love each and every one of my customers . I always make sure they are happy when they leave our store. They always tell me how well I am doing at my job and encourage me through the day to keep going.. they see how much I go up and beyond at my job so they can have a great experience shopping at dollar tree. They give me credit for the things I do every day. They compliment me all the time when I have a massive line of people and I just keep having a positive attitude and working to get everyone checked out so they can leave.. I recoeve more compliments each day that keep me motivated to continue to grow and do better each day. . I appreciate each and every one of the customers I deal with . They make life so much better for me. Thank you so much. .

Elma is my home town. I love that we have a dollar tree however every time I go in there it is cluttered with boxes and product everywhere. That being said I see an employee Caressa working on the clutter in her down time. whenever I see her she is always a happy face and even though I find the store dirty it's employees like her that keep me coming back as I work in Aberdeen where I have 2 stores to choose from but prefer to stop in at the elma store

I like this dollar tree. I love all the employees. They are all nice and friendly. The store is usually clean and organized but lately been a little clutter due to so many shoppers. I find myself going there almost every other day lol

Employees always kind and helpful. I visit the Elma location a few times a week and I'm sure like everywhere they r short staffed/Employees. Doesn't seem to ever be a manager visible? Seems the floor never gets swept in this store? Definitely need someone to help throw freight, sweep floors, tidy the store and cashier. U can't run a store with 1-2 person crew daily? U can do better Dollar Tree.

The staff that work here are very pleasant. I have no complaints about this store. I especially like the older gentleman with the glasses. (Don’t know his name) but he is very positive and greets me every time I leave and walk out the door. Keep up the good hires!

It's very friendly and helpful,. and so easy for people to survive and to get by nowadays especially being in Revelations of the Bible of today's world of today's life..The downside to the store is that there's not enough employees on each shift to keep the shelves in aisles stocked ,,by meaning,, passport everything back where it belongs and neatly all day long like two people per day person it's really hard to find something and it's not there because something else is, and to keep cleaned and to help customers most of the time there's only one checker and that really pisses customers off

All the employees are complete rude jerks... One even straight up lied to me just so she didn't have to help. IThe store is gluttered with boxes and is dirty. ... I would suggest driving out of town then coming here.Beware of the tall scrawny girl with dyde black hair and glasses. She's the worst!!

There’s stupid people, rude people, ignorant people then there’s the “employees” of this store that redefine all those words. Holy moly this a gong show of stupidity. One register open no matter how busy it is, managers that just hide in the corner closet in the store and seem to think that no one on the floor can here there stories of how hard their lives are, and shelves that look like Bigfoot ransacked the store then puked for fun. The store smells.

We had to travel to Elma Dollar Tree because our local store didn't have the items that I knew they carried. So I called the Elma store & the workers was really helpful on the phone & I was able to confirm that they had the items in question, as I told them I was coming from over 1 hr away one way. I gotta give props where props are due. . . "Most excellent guys, keep up the public relations!!!"

My favorite pastime. Cruising each aisle 2or3 times, buying things I don't need and anxiously awaiting new merchandise. Every town should have at least one! Warning to those who aren't completely gaga at the idea of going shopping: Don't Enter This Store!
