I felt like everything was explained very clearly and the area was obviously taken care of. I was walked to the area where my unit was located. The rep demonstrated the use of the lock. She also had me try the security code and explained the hours and exit areas. I was well informed and definitely got my values worth.

The manager Selena was superb! She helped set up everything for me and explained how to work everything I needed!UPDATE!!Hello, I come in today and Manager Selena was such a big help upgrading my locker for me! She was helpful and understanding even offered to help even more than any other storage place has gone to help me before!I hope to continue to have service through this company with her as my unit manager!

I would like to thank Selena the property manager at Diamond RV and Heated Storage for helping helping us line up a U-HAUL to move from their facility in Elma to New Mexico. She really did a lot of leg work and extra phone calls lining things up for us for our long distance move. We were not able to do these things from New Mexico. She was indispensable and removed the stress of coordinating things while we were in another state. Thank you Selena!

From the friendly staff, to the pristine units, our experience has been fantastic. We worked with Selina, who went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Diamond to anyone looking for storage.

Wanted to switch RV space to save money. Moved to shorter covered area. Keeley found us a cheaper spot so we moved that day. Easy and quick. Very nice facility we have been here since opening. Always clean and staff so helpful 👍

Company purposefully raises cost by over 25% after only 4 months of use on unit either hoping you will continue to pay out of convenience or to free up a unit for a new customer. Put in notice to cancel and will be going elsewhere. Scum. Do not recommend.

I was able to chat with someone online and reserve a storage space and they answered my questions!! I then went to the storage and spoke with the property manager she was very pleasant and very helpful! Got my storage and gate pass number and filled my storage easily there is a cart to help load things as well which made it much easier as well!! Highly recommend this storage facility wether it’s for small or. Large or for an RV or boat lots of room for it all!!!

This storage facility is clean and has indoor units. The price was right, so I rented a small storage unit to store my son's belongings while he is away at college (to keep his brother out of his things). I have been very happy with the customer service. The security is good and the units are very well lit. It's definitely the best place in Elma!

The prices they show online are constantly changing because of "what is available at the time" and then they increase your rent without saying anything then when you confront them they claim its due to maintenance and inflation but they have leaking buildings, people have had damage done to belongings caused by maintenance, half of the locks don't work as they were installed on the quick. as soon as you get 1 day passed the last day to pay rent they automatically add a pre-lien fee and continue to add it but make it impossible to pay in person due to "lack of staffing" as well as you HAVE to call the office to reset online password. This storage facility is a joke and all they care about is making money off of people. Save the hassle and get storage elsewhere.Please do NOT bother responding trying to raise my review to a 5 star as it will NOT happen and I stand by my review. hopefully more irate tenants will come forward as well calling you out. Excuses are that just excuses so don't bother with me or any one else. I know better

I rented a unit only to find the clerk charged me the wrong amount. I was told I paid for 3 months but later received a bill indicating I owed for the next month. If I hadn’t changed my debit card number due to a breach they would have taken the money anyway. I ended up paying over 125.00 for one month. I took my things and went to a reliable rental storage company. Mark was impossible to work with and not honest. He refused to acknowledge the mistake was made even though he knew they did. Not at all a good storage experience.

So far not impressed showed up at 330 to verify unit etc. And according to anothet renter the desk had been empty for over an hour. With sign up that says "back in 30" whenever that is. Will update with further experience with the company

I bought a new RV in the summer and stored it here to keep it safe in the winter, starting in November. Within three weeks it had been broken into and sustained $2,000 worth of damage. Management was apologetic and stated they would do everything they could to make up for it to customers.I then picked up my trailer to take it to the repair facility about 2 weeks later. So it had been in the storage unit for all of 5 weeks. While picking it up I spoke to an employee who told me the company would be contacting me regarding compensation. I never heard from them.I called back 2 months later and spoke to the manager, Brie. She stated they never had any plans of compensating anybody and they put in some extra security, which was all they could do. She didn't know who told me that, but they couldn't do anything like that. I asked if they could at least pause my rent while my trailer was still at a repair facility waiting on parts. She said no they would not do that either, and I could vacate my space if I wanted to. I declined as I still wanted to keep it protected for the winter.I wasn't able to get it repaired and brought back to the storage unit until mid-February. I picked it up in the middle of March to go camping and decided to cancel my tendency. On my way to the facility I called and spoke to an employee and asked what I needed to do to cease my tendency. I was told the phone call was all they needed and that I would be initially charged for April, but then prorated for the second half of the month that I didn't use.On April 21st I received an email stating that I needed to come in to the office and cancel my tendency or I would be charged for May. I called and spoke to Brie again. She stated there were no notes regarding canceling my tenancy at all. This didn't make sense since I got an email stating that it was pending. I also told her that I was told I would be prorated for the second half of the month. She refused and stated they cannot do that. She again stated there were no notes regarding this in my account. She stated she would cancel the payment in May, but I was still responsible for all of April.I paid $180 for 7 months of storage and had my trailer there for less than 2 months. Through all of it the management did absolutely nothing to assist and offered no type of compensation or cease of payments. When I brought it to her attention twice that her employees told me something different than what she told me, she simply stated there's nothing she can do about that. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.

I am giving it a rating of a 2 because I recently realized I have been overcharged for renting a drive-up unit. On their website it clearly states a 10×15 drive- up unit was $134 as of June 11, 2023, however when I went back to the website it jumped $10 to $144. On my lease it says I have an interior unit which is NOT accurate. I was charged $179 a month until March 1, 2023 whereas the rent went up $30 to $209 a month. The reason was for maintenance and inflation. I understand the inflation but this is a brand new facility so maintenance costs shouldn't increase, you would think. If you speak to staff though they are quick to let you know the buildings have had issues with leaking and the doors were not functioning correctly. My original unit next to where I am now was one of those units that we could NOT get the door to open. Mark is less than helpful. He has the attitude that this is just a job and he would rather be anywhere else, but there. He even erroneously charged my daughter who has a unit there as well. I have heard Bri is a sweetheart and easy to work with. I haven't had the chance to deal with her yet. I went to pay rent a couple months back and the office door was locked. I went back 15 minutes later and the door was still locked. I seen Mark sitting at the desk and had to knock twice to get his attention and all he could say was "I forgot to unlock the door after lunch." I went in on June 12, 2023 to discuss the discrepancies in my rent and the door once again was locked. I arrived at 9:27 am and waited until 9:30 am, which is when they open. Nobody around. I knocked and waited until 9:34am. Still nobody around. I sent an email to management with my grievances and have yet to hear back. $209 a month for a 10x15 drive up unit is pretty expensive and doesn't mesh with the posted prices. I've been renting for almost 1 year. Yes, I should have caught it sooner, but have been battling serious health issues and I didn't catch it until now when I started looking for a cheaper facility. Why is the posted prices on the website $75 lower? Most expensive storage unit than anywhere else I have checked, all the way to Olympia and even Centralia area. This is not very good business practice. I have had storage units before at different facilities and I have never experienced these discrepancies or lack of professionalism from staff. With it being a brand new facility you would think they would have their act together much better than this.

Bri was very helpful in getting me into a unit quickly, even took care of it over the phone for me while I was working. The property is gorgeous, and very secure! I also love the fact that you can get an app to open the gate, its super helpful when you’re driving a big U-Haul thats taller than the keypad. You can also rent U-Hauls here and its super helpful! Great new property and amazing staff

From the first day of my rental, through any help I've needed over the months right up to today, Bri has been amazing! She is kind and helpful and i am grateful that she works there. My experience would not be the same had she not. I hope management appreciates her as much as I do. Thank you for all you do Bri. It doesnt go un appreciated. Oh .. P. S. The facility is great too. Its clean and heated and accessable when I need it so thanks again for being a great place to do business with.

I would leave a Zero if it allowed me too. I rent 3 units from them and have since October last year. At first there were no issues until my large 15’ X50’ unit started leaking and I notified the office manager after hours via phone and she was worthless in helping. Their answer was well you have insurance so it will be covered. They did finally get the builder to come out and look outside the unit and could not find the leak. I sent the pictures showing all the water and they sent them to the construction manager to show them. Diamond RV allowed access to the construction crew too enter my unit to look at the door with out my permission and I told them that no one was allowed to enter unless me or my wife where present and had a plan to let them in Friday afternoon. Well my wife showed up too let them in and are unit plus a dozen others where wide open with no one around and no staff or manager in the office as they where out too lunch. Finally my wife found the construction workers on another row working on a door. They scratched our brand new travel trailer with there ladder while going to the back of the unit and knocked over all are bikes and putting scratches in my brand new bike I paid well over 1500 for. They also knocked over stuff in too the trailer and pulled my freezer out and left door open with it raining all day. Again they did not get permission to enter and left the unit open for anyone to enter at anytime as they where not around the unit nor was the property manager or employees present. When I finally contacted the office they act like it’s no big deal and ok. I went out there today and seen all the damage and stuff thrown around and asked Mark the assistant manager for Diamond RV to come look he did not want too. Finally he came over but didn’t look in back of unit and kinda laughed when I told him this was not ok. He said there was nothing he could do too contact his manager Jeremiah which he never answers. I would not do business with Diamond RV & Storage as they treat customers very poor.

We were super impressed,mark was curtious, and very professional, he helped us navigait the rental units. He explained everything step x step.Mark walked us all out to the unit. when i was disapointed. Mark litterally did all he could with in his power to accomidate our storage needs.thats a great employee. he's a keeper

Absolutely love the young woman Bri working at the Elma, Wa location! She explained the pricing of different storage spaces to rent, was super sweet and friendly. The facility is clean and very secure. Bonus if you have dog, there is a fenced dog park located at the same location
