Sensational little coffee shop nestled in this small Washington town. First, and most importantly, the coffee was delicious. Perfect really. Hot, fresh, and tasty. The atmosphere is small but nice and the internet is blazing fast. I was there for a few hours. The girls running the shop were quite impressive. So friendly, much more than the starvucks across the street where the service was generic and somewhat rude. I worked at the top of F&B for a decade and dont think I’ve ever seen someone handle the “rush” so well. The line was non-stop and the blonde was so kind and efficient, knew each customers name and it looked like each guest received a great experience. Her back up was flying too, as the line was always moving quick.Great little coffee shop doing a great job.

Easily one of the best places, if not the best shop to get coffee or a quick snack for your daily travels, or even just a visit on its own. No shortage of flavors, coffee varieties and a menu that can cater to near anyone. Service is nothing less than perfect, fantastic every time without fail."The Coop" has 2 drive through windows, a small indoor seating area as well as some seating outside in front of the shop. There is parking available. Wait times are generally short even when it's busy, and the staff are attentive and quick.Prices are fairly reasonable, and certainly comparable to neighboring shops. Quality is second to none, and as mentioned above there is something for just about everyone. They have lotus, quite a lot of it too.Overall, "The Coop" is easily my favorite coffee shop and is absolutely worth the stop in. I only wish they stayed open later.Parking: Parking is available on both sides of the shop as well as the large lot the shop is on.

WAY OVER-PRICED. A quad shot 20oz half-sweet mocha was $6.50! I'd say the most I've ever been charged is $5.25, but most places are around $4.75. That drink was not worth damn near $7! They must not get a lot of local business because if I lived around there I couldn't afford it.

I went there at 11:30am on 12/20/20. For starters there was two cars in front of me and it took twelve minutes to get up to the window. Once there I had to sit for two more minutes while three employees sat there chatting and ignoring me. I finally got one of their attention and she took my order. One girl proceeded to make herself an Italian soda with no cream stating that it makes her stomach upset and then talked about how she used to bully a girl for having IBS and all three of them laughed about it. Two girls sat there doing nothing while one girl casually was making drinks despite having six cars waiting total. She asked me what my order was a couple of times and asked if I wanted any straws or sleeves to which I replied “I would like sleeves on both and a straw in the eggnog latte” which I believed was a simple request. She went back to laughing with her friends and came back with sleeves and straws in both and told me “I didn’t pay attention to what you said so I just put everything on both, you can throw them away if you’d like”. Then she went back to chatting and gossiping with her friends. I sat there for another minute after she handed me both drinks and had to get her attention again to ask how much I owe (I could have easily drove off without her noticing). At that point she looked annoyed and said “I don’t know probably $10.50”, rung it up, and told me I owe $9.53. I gave her my debit card and left no tip. I have never had such rude and unprofessional service before, definitely not going again.

Coffee coop is the best Espresso in Elma! So convenient to the north end of town and they give a Veterans discount...but you have to ask. I would prefer not to have to ask as it makes me feel cheap. Great coffee though and I stop in everytime I go to Bayview Lumber.Update: stopped for coffee yesterday. I'm wearing my Vietnam hat. I have VFW stickers on the drivers side window, and still no veteran's discount is offered.Yes they DO offer one if you ask. That's not really saying "thank you" to veterans for their service. That's making them beg for it and THAT doesn't feel good.Great coffee! Nice group. For the 99% who AREN'T veterans, no big deal. For me...I've bought my last cup.Take care

UPDATE: Decided to try again, heard there was a change in ownership. Experience was exact opposite of our other visit. Barista was very positive, upbeat, friendly, informative. Now we will come back.Definitely need some customer service training. Went inside, asked if they had a menu, was informed it was posted outside - in the drive thru. Never asked if I wanted food--lost a sale. Never thought I would say this, but coffee filled too high, clear to rim. Spilled out on the way to our car, lid popped off when getting in the car and spilled all over me, the floor board, lost half my coffee, mostly on my clothes. Suggest closing walk-in services, and if you're not local, you are ignored. Will go elsewhere or do without next time there. We go often, Dr is at Summit Pacific.

One of my faves! I live a half hour away but will drive to Elma for any of their "cake" flavor treats! They also have a small menu...tasty snacks and a cute table out front of you have time to sit and sip. The staff is great and very helpful with ideas for different yummy stuff. Easy to get to from the highway too!

The only 3 times I've been here the girls working have been rude, like I'm inconveniencing them by stopping in to get a coffee, my drink isn't difficult or annoying to make either, just an iced white chocolate mocha, triple shot. The drinks are good but the customer service is seriously lacking.

I don't live here. Just here last summer and this for a couple months to help care for my mother.Can't say enough great things about this place. The ladies are always smiling and after a couple trips, they remember your order and are right on top of it.I know a SB just opened but honestly, (and I've experienced SB, Bigbys, Seattle's Best , Peet's, among others) the coffee here is just very very good. Support your locally owned biz! :-)I'll miss this place when I leave again.Thank you ladies for making it a treat for me here twice a day with my perfectly made Americanos.

I dont live here anymore but my family has owned coffee stands for many years and I spent many as a barista. This has made me very particular about my coffee. They pull amazing shots, gave great customer service and made it nice to come home to good coffee.
