If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has gone downhill so hard these last two years. I work in the industry so I know what quality product is, this isn't it. Don't shop here unless you want incredibly old products, budtenders that are clueless and try to hurry you out the door, and prices that don't match up with the garbage they sell. I wonder if Randy still owns this location? I wonder if she knows how unprofessional her establishment has become....?

Got an eigth of frost factory tonight and it was super dry. Checked the harvest date and it was 1/23/2020 over 2 years old!! Next time ill go somewhere that has fresh products.

I only go there because it’s the closest dispensary. Old products, clueless staff, overpriced. They will hire anyone without experience and/or knowledge about anything cannabis related. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I’m a medical patient, me and my wife placed an online order for a Washington grower 28g package. They are always a good choice. However I spent 150 dollars on a moldy 2 year old ounce. Called the manager about it and she said she knew it was old and moldy medicine and that if I didn’t open it she would trade it out for another moldy ounce. They need to hire new managers for this place. If it’s your job to manage this place you’re doing a pretty bad job, plenty of people complain about how dry and old the inventory is. I would not recommend going here and wasting your hard earned money on moldy old medicine. I love the Tacoma location. I was really disappointed coming to this location sadly. Would recommend the Tacoma location. Inventory is always fresh and worth the money you spend.

I can't believe it took me this long to write a review.. I thought I had done this MONTHS ago and apparently I did not! Great place with great staff and a large selection of smokables, edibles, topicals and pieces to smoke from as well.*It should be mandatory for people to wear masks if they are going inside right now

Super easy to find,parking was no though. Once we did park the store it self was awesome. Whoever put the items in the cases did an amazing job, everything catches your eye. Super easy to see products and labels at the top to tell what your looking at. Great selection and price. Friendly staff didn't feel rushed to purchase. Great job thanks again..

I used to love this store and have purchased 95% of my stuff from them over the past few years. Today I went in and didn’t recognize a single face. I attempted to take back a cartridge that was defective. The oil would not saturate the cotton at the bottom of the cartridge in order for it to get to the burner. I let the cartridge sit upright over night and still nothing. The oil would not move! I should not have to do anything to the cartridge to make it work (rub it, put a flame to it, etc) I had returned another one just like it the day before with no questions! I have spent a lot of money at this store and have even tipped well! They know my wife by name. So long Elma 420, I thought we were friends. ~DeucesThese are literally the only 2 cartridges I have ever returned!

Very helpful, nice, welcoming staff. They have a great selection varying from $10+ ! I stop here regularly and would highly recommend!Parking sucks because there’s never anywhere to park but there’s also two bars on that block.

I went into this store for the first time and by the time I left which was maybe 10 minutes, I was carded 3 times before I walked out. Very annoying. This store does not stand behind the stuff they are selling. I went in for the 2nd time today because the battery died and stopped working. I took in the receipt and the box because they said to keep this stuff in case you need to bring back. Yah right, I ended up throwing in the garbage on the way out and I will never go in there again.

Love the organization in this store! Friendly helpful people. Do not follow directions on maps it takes you down the cross street to the police station the shop is on main Street between this or that and the tavern!

Not going to lay!.. my feelings are kinda hurt & I think I'm gonna shop elsewhere unless I have to go in the 420 shop again.. I've had a resume in since a week to two weeks before they are even open the shop here in Elma I've taken it several resumes into them and they continue to tell me did it looks good just that new thing they all say they're going to put in a good word for me and this is not I checked on it several times I walk in today and there's a new recruit in there working and they tell me they're no longer hiring. That's fine it's all good I just wish they would have been a little more truthful with me. But it's cool not only will I find a job somewhere else but I'll shop for my pot elsewhere to

Not sure how this place doesn’t have a perfect five??? It’s super clean, organized, and I’m always having a good time with the awesome bud tenders - doesn’t matter who’s working!When you go in they’ll take the time to compare, discuss topics you might need more info on to make a better choice. It’s like like buying with your best friend, who oddly knows wayyy to much about weed hahaMake sure to stop here when you’re looking!! They make me feel like family!

I love the store!! fantastic display,where you never have to peer at a wall behind the register,or just have the budtender do your choosing for you.i personally can't stand it. I am obviously over21 and can think for myself.(little rant) the staff at 420 are excellent,friendly,and educated in the medical.Raven is a fountain of knowledge and the owner coming in is also nice!I would recommend 420 above any weed store in grays harbor!and I have been to them all . keep up the good work and you guys are appreciated!! So,if you are looking for excellent prices,top notch bud, concentrate,etc... this is the place!!

I was a little skeptical at first with this little shop....the unbearably low prices usually mean not so good products. That is absolutely NOT the case at 420 on Main in Elma. I have literally tried almost every strain of flower they have and have not found anything that hasn't been phenomenal in quality and in price. One of my absolute favorites is only $6 a gram...yes you read that right....this is beautiful bud...smothered in crystals, beautiful dense buds, smells and tastes amazing with a great high. I haven't paid more than $9 a gram at 420. If you haven't stopped by yet, you should definitely make it a point to do so...after your 10th purchase you receive 10% of your next one. The people at 420 are the best! Super knowledgeable , passionate about their products, super friendly and have the best customer service. (I've been in customer service for about 25 years so I'm extremely observant and particular when it comes to this). Best prices, best quality, best service.

Very helpful staff, can tell them health issues and they will get you products to assist. They have a good selection of products as well as edibles and RSOs. They check you in at door, so make sure you have your valid ID with you. Definitely one of the more helpful places with lots of options. Wish a few things were better priced, a few of the edibles I can go down the road and find for $5 less, so that is obnoxious. Still recommend if this is the type of place you're looking for.

If I smoked the devils lettuce this is where I would go. Parking can be tough sometimes even in Elma. Great selection, budtenders and prices(allegedly as I do not smoke or use herb, kronic, happy grass or whatever the wackadoodles call it nowadays).

The staff didn't have what I wanted so they kept bugging me about alternatives. I said I was only looking for....... They proceeded to push me for alternatives. I started I was only looking for....... they proceeded to push me to make my own. Started what I wanted and not interested in making my own. They kept taking too customers about the security cameras and that everybody is being watched. No kidding!!! It made people, including me, uncomfortable. I felt that I had to claw my way out the door! On my way out the door I told them they need to quit pressuring me for things I don't want or want to do and need to just let me leave.To much over pressure, pushy staff don't listen to the customer needs.Not going back!!#uncomfortable
